Physical Description: A brown-haired, lanky man in a gray business suit. He's quite plain and average-looking.
Personality: On the outside, Congressman Uldrich seems to be selfless--a true patriot of Haven willing to help the people and protect his land by any means necessary. On the inside, however... this desire to protect Haven may just be a desire to protect his own power, a cover for a self-absorbed and greedy man. He is not someone you wish to cross.
Equipment & Abilities: Uldrich carries a gun on his person, but aside from that, he carries no other equipment. As far as anyone knows, he has no special abilities or powers.
History: Not much is known of Sean H. Uldrich's personal life. He appeared out of the blue in Haven one day, and immediately started his political career. It did not take long for Uldrich to climb the ladder and join congress. He now resides in Sanctuary, specifically in Eden, where he looks down upon the masses of people whose lives he has influence over.

So begins...
Congressman Sean H. Uldrich's Story
Within his residence in Eden, Congressman Sean H. Uldrich sits at his desk, sipping a glass of wine and looking over several documents. He is specifically musing on his new proposal to increase weapon production in Haven--specifically, nuclear weapon production. It shouldn't take much to convince the rest of Haven's leaders that such weaponry could make Haven the safest region of all. After all, who would dare assault their borders with such power in their hands? Yes, that pitch should do quite nicely, thinks Uldrich as he smiles.
In his own residence in Eden, Adriel Killian, flanked by three strapping young blonde women in business suits, looks over some documents of his own while reclining in his library. As one of the single richest men on the planet, let alone Haven, it naturally fell onto him to join in an upcoming business meeting with... some senator or another. One of those old men who think they know everything because they've been around for so long, most likely. Adriel had little patience for men like that, who discounted him because of his youth and his crippled leg. Still, if the congressman indeed has a new, revolutionary idea for an upcoming meeting with the other bigwigs in Haven, it may be worth it to listen... at least for a little while.
"Aly, Meg, T'Cie," said Adriel. "What time does the meeting start?"
"In two and a half hours, sir," said one of the women.
"No need to call me that," said Adriel. "The only one who would put that on your performance report is me, and I honestly don't care."
OOC: I'm aware that Killian and Uldritch aren't in the same place. I also don't really care.
"Aly, Meg, T'Cie," said Adriel. "What time does the meeting start?"

Almost two and a half hours later, Uldrich looks at his watch, packs up his documents into a briefcase, and begins making his way to Adriel Killian's residence. If the head of Killian Co. could be convinced to help support and finance the construction of an all-new nuclear arsenal... well, then the rest of Haven's most powerful political and business figures would most certainly fall like dominoes. Haven's ultimate defense against all of those who would wish to do it harm would be assured.
Killian, in the meantime, has moved to his meeting room, instructing his girls to bring the congressman to him whenever he arrives. No sense getting up and putting any more pressure on the leg than necessary.
Uldrich soon arrives at the area in Eden owned by Killian, and begins looking around for anyone nearby.
One of the blonde women mentioned earlier stands in front of Killian's rather extravagant house, holding up a sign that reads "Congressman Uldrich" and waiting for someone. Presumably Uldrich.
Uldrich sees the blonde woman, and calmly walks up to her.
"Hello, miss. I believe it's me that you're waiting for." he remarks.

"Mr. Killian's been expecting you," said the woman. "Follow me."
The woman heads inside as another holds the door open for her and Uldrich.

The woman leads Uldrich into Killian's meeting room, where Killian sits at the end of the table opposite the entrance. He smiles and stands up, leaning on his cane.
"Congressman," said Killian. "Welcome. It's a pleasure to meet you. Please, sit down."

"Thank you, Mr. Killian." says Uldrich, sitting down at the end of the table near the entrance. "I trust I did not keep you waiting too long?"
"Not at all," said Killian, sitting back down. "You're right on time. Which is a first amongst senators who've come to meet with me. They think they can get away with being fashionably late. Already you have a leg up on them."
"I find that one's timeliness is often equal to how seriously one takes his or her job." remarks Uldrich. "I'm sure that in those senators' cases, there was a distinct lack of seriousness to be found."
"Absolutely," said Killian. "They're all focused on the refurbishing of Sanctuary's public transportation or education systems. Nothing meaningful or permanent."
"Ah, but we're not concerned with such trivial matters, are we, Mr. Killian?" asks Uldrich. "You care about the wellbeing of Haven, and so do I. Which is why I'm planning to propose a bill that will... up the ante on its defense."
"Really?" asked Killian. "I'm intrigued. Meg, get us some drinks, would you?"
One of the blonde women heads off for the kitchen.
"Continue," said Killian.

"Simply put, I wish to increase the production of nuclear weapons within Haven tenfold." explains Uldrich. "The world is getting to be a much more dangerous place these days, and Haven's current defenses are not enough against outside threats. We need more--much more."
"Tenfold?" asked Killian. "That seems a bit excessive. Not to mention incredibly dangerous. In order to keep up with the production many more workers will need to be hired, some of whom may not have safety training around a nuclear arsenal. Then there is the question as to whether or not these weapons will be effective against targets that may require their use, not to mention the political drama that would be sure to pop up should we so drastically increase Haven's nuclear arsenal."
"All fair points, and the number hasn't quite been set in stone yet--it will most likely end up being simply doubled. Regarding workers, well, that's the beauty of all of this technology--we have so many robots that can be programmed with the safety training and carry it out precisely, thus ensuring less risk for the rest of us. I highly doubt effectiveness will be a problem--if this project can get the financing, the missiles will be the latest in cutting-edge technology and be capable of wiping out anything. As for politics, I'll make it clear that these will be used for defense only and never any sort of first strike. Their mere presence should be enough to help keep us all safe."
