MYAKU SEPPEN -X-Machina-
Rocket Raccoon's Theme - Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Specie: Kemonite (Fox)
Physical Description: Looks like a human girl with bunched pink hair, and with the ears and tail of a fox. She wears a sleeveless blue midriff halter, as well as blue form-fitting shorts, black gloves, and black boots. She wears a utility belt and a golden badge.
Personality: Wholly dedicated to her job, she is sworn to protect the innocent and subdue the wicked. Her never-give-up attitude has given her a level of tenacity, making her stick to her goals firmly. She even commands a great deal of respect from her fellow officers. Other than that, she's known to be rather meek and socially-awkward, leading to some cute moments.
History: A young officer of the galactic Super Vixen Police Department, she comes from the planet Kemonis (populated by what look like beast-humans). She's mainly known in Earth's popular anime (of the same name), gathering an incredible fandom. What the fans might not realize is that the events depicted are hardly fictional...In fact, Myaku would soon pursue a criminal to Earth's soil, becoming entangled with another incident in the process.
Equipment: Her weapons of choice are the Justice Comets, twin tonfa that double as energy blasters. They can be set to fire various kinds of shots, even infatuating shots. Her most important gear, though, is her SVPD badge. It encases her body in a membrane of cosmic energy aura, reducing damage taken and acting as life support in the vacuum of space, keeping her alive and compensating lack of pressure. It also acts as a gravity manipulator, allowing Myaku to perform many superhuman techniques.
Abilities: She's a skilled acrobat, able to quickly scale walls and leap 10 meters into the air. Kemonite advantages to humans include better night vision, more flexible joints, and enhanced senses.
Other: N/A
Specific Moves
- Pistol Whip: Spins one of her Justice Comets forth. Not very strong, but it builds energy for her shots if used soon after.
- Pursuit Maneuver: A front-flip kick, made for getting in close.
- Escape Maneuver: A back-flip kick, meant for getting out of rough situations.
- Reaction Time: Assumes a counter stance. Will evade incoming projectiles, or counterattack a direct strike.
- Heart Shot: An odd energy shot that causes the target to become immobilized with feelings of passion and a drooling stupor. They become oblivious to everything for a while - even pain. Effect is greater if used after Pistol Whip.
- Shooting Star: Fires two star-shaped shots forth from her Justice Comets. Will shoot a wave of four stars if used after Pistol Whip.
- Charge Star: Focuses aim, then fires a charged-up homing star. Power and homing capability are greater if used after Pistol Whip.
- Star Flare: Shoots a star-shaped beam up above, which then crashes down into the ground.
- Repulsion Field: Her badge generates a mid-sized barrier that rebounds projectiles that come in contact.
- Low-Mass Dash: Rushes forth a short distance, seeming to melt into a beam of light in the process.
- Gravity Well: Her badge becomes a gravitational attractor, drawing foes toward Myaku.
- Rising G: Reduces her gravity to deliver a rising backflip kick.
- Kemonis Comet: Stellar Trick. Sends coordinates to the Kemonis military's remote satellite, which fires a laser beam down to the battlefield.
- Justice Saber: Stellar Trick. Generates a large blade of cosmic energy from her Justice Comets and swings it forth.
- G-Barrier: Stellar Trick. Creates a spherical zone with her badge. This zone will hinder foes' movement and fortify Myaku's bio-electric aura while in contact.
- Foxfire Jet: Stellar Trick. Becomes cloaked in flames while rushing upward in a mass of light.
- Mugen Mode: Ultimate Trick. Triggers her full armor. Increases power and endurance, reaction time, and gravitational control. Using it for too long will make it overheat, which can be dangerous for its wearer.
