Ollie had no idea what was going on. He left the other male suddenly to go see if someone was fucking with him. He smelt sea water, but payed it no mind. Somehow, the house was changing, and it was seriously pissing him off. It was pissing him off because it confused him.

It wasn't long until he found the room with the other three inside it. "Can someone please tell me what is going on?" He snapped, lifting his chin a bit. He noticed that everyone was actually a bit scared. The boat jerked roughly but Ollie stood his ground. He glanced down at the people and realized their clothes have changed. But yet, his didn't much. At most, his hair seemed to have brushed itself back into a small ponytail. "Alright... Now either I'm dreaming or going crazy." He turned to the only friendly face he knew. At least he knew these people. Dream or not.

Isaac was sure the two girls would handle it better than him, which was why he was just turning around to leave when he spotted Oliver walking closer. Naturally, his stomach pitted itself against his skin with nervousness. Not a conversation I want to have right now. He waited until he walked closer, and spoke until he said something himself.

"Can someone please tell me what is going on?...Alright... Now either I'm dreaming or going crazy."

"Hey, smart-ass. You don't know where you are? Well, it's the goddamn Titanic." Curb your tongue. You spoke to your dad this way, but this isn't your dad, and remember that. "...Excuse me. It seems I have forgotten where I am, but that is no excuse. Please, I have something to admit to you, and I would rather we do this somewhere more...private." Isaac started walking, without waiting to see if Oliver would follow.

He did not expect him to. But Isaac followed to where he was planning to lead earlier, gently bouncing the violin. The chances of him earning a spot for a song were slim. But, there's still a small chance, isn't there?

His gaze passed over Jolie, hiding back a scream of frustration, where he turned to see if Oliver had decided to follow him or not. But what will you say, if he did?

The truth.

He thought he heard the classical 'Sleeping Beauty Waltz' being played, as a down-scaled size for the small band, and started to softly hum the violin tune as it bounced through the air.

Ollie glared at the other male. He debated following such a rude man. But, he could at least give the man a shot. If he decided to continue to be an ass, then he'd either punch him in the face or point blank tell him he was an ass. He followed Isaac and stayed a good four feet away from him. He crossed his arms and leaned against the wall.

"Alright. What do you want?" He asked bitterly, "Because quite frankly, I do not wish to be near someone like you alone for too long or else I'll find myself growing too annoyed." He listened to the music playing but didn't really care for it. But he made not of how Isaac was humming to it. He pulled his hair out of the annoying ponytail only to find that once he did so, another one decided to take its place.

"Alright. What do you want? Because quite frankly, I do not wish to be near someone like you alone for too long or else I'll find myself growing too annoyed."

Isaac grimaced momentarily, then nodded his head, and bowed momentarily. "As much as it pains me to do so, I would like to apologise for my earlier actions, specifically the intro. Which, I am quite assured, neither of us will forget for a while." He looked Oliver in the eyes, and sighed. "You look like my father. Alright? I hope that's a suitable explanation. To be honest, he was a complete ass. I doubt that you are, but know that I will never be able to treat you like a normal human being, unfortunately, because of...what he did."

'Isaaaaac!'

'Jolie! Quick, if you run through the back, you can get to town!'

'Isaac, I... I can't. He'll find me. Isaac, you can grab some things, and
you can get to town. Take Bhronstein. He will carry you.'

The door slammed open, and he staggered in, drunkly brandishing a pistol.

'Isaac, go, now! It's not too late!'

One shot was all he made.

Isaac fled, running up the stairs faster than his legs could carry him, falling over more times than he could count. He remembered his stuff was already packed, and he grabbed the bags, climbing down the side of the house towards the horse pit.

'Isaac...!'

'Don't stop. Don't stop. Isaac, don't stop! He'll find you, too...'

Bhronstein gave a scared whinny, and the small boy climbed onto his back, carrying what he could as the horse set off on a gallop, unbridled and unsaddled.

"Jolie, I'm so sorry..."

"Why doesn't one of us ask a steward or someone what day it is? And the time, preferably. It'd be nice to know the time. At that, though, I may be trying to find my way towards the band..." Casandra listened to Issac as he suggested they find the time, and immediately nodded. It was imperative they found the time, after all. If they only had a few hours... they needed to be hanging out near the lifeboats. If they had a day or more, it would be nice to enjoy it.

Oliver appeared just then, and Isaac didn't seem to take well to that, so he left. Casandra grumbled under her breath at that. They were in an unfamiliar place, after all, the sight of a horrible disaster nonetheless. Would it be that hard to stick together? She followed after them, gesturing for Carrie to follow as well. She caught up with them at the tail end of Isaac talking about his father and how Oliver looked like him.

"Guys, I get that you don't like each other that much. As much as I respect that, we need to stay together. These dresses are hard to move in-- you have to move a bit slower," Casandra muttered as she looked about the room. Music was playing, and people were moving about the room, enjoying conversation with one another. The nearest group to them was a group of men in their early twenties. Despite the fact that the group would more than likely think Casandra was insane, she walked over to them after pointing to Oliver and Isaac and then at the floor, silently telling them to stay where they were. The group of males noticed her immediately, of course, as a female really approaching a male without consent would be sort of taboo.

"Excuse me, sirs, but may I inquire as to the date and time? It's been a long few days and I've just recovered from an awful bout of fever- been in my bed for quite some time... I must have caught the fever in France, ," She said in the most polite voice she could manage, hoping dearly that her lie was believable enough. One of the men, one who was decidedly either more interested in her or more caring, placed a hand on her shoulder and said he was sorry for her ailment.

"It's the 14th of April, miss. About ten at night," the same man said, leading Cass over to a chair and letting her sit, obviously thinking she still looked pale. She probably did look pale, as her mind was frozen on the date. The 14th. ten o'clock. The ship would be fatally damaged at only 11:40. "Do you need to go to your room, miss? Lie down?" the man inquired, but she shook her head and stood, thanking him for the information as she walked over to her group again.

"Problem. Big problem. It's about 10 now- we have about two hours until the ship gets hit, and then only a few hours after that until it sinks. Me and Carrie will have no problem, hopefully, getting onto a lifeboat, but... women and children first," Casandra muttered, looking worriedly over to Oliver and Isaac.

"Problem. Big problem. It's about 10 now- we have about two hours until the ship gets hit, and then only a few hours after that until it sinks. Me and Carrie will have no problem, hopefully, getting onto a lifeboat, but... women and children first."

Isaac could not manage a suitable reaction for his emotions. He stared blankly at Casandra, until he finally turned away, dropping his harp case and kicking it away. I don't want to see it anymore.

He turned around, and pushed the violin towards Casandra. "Please, take it. I'm not sure I will get out of this, and I want someone other than the bottom of the ocean to appreciate it. To truly appreciate it. My car is filled with precious instruments, take care of them. And the sheet music too."

He walked away only after he gave the bag of sheet music to her, too. He knew all his music by heart... And the only thing he really wanted to do was play something.

Does nothing interest you? Ever? The goddamn ship you're standing on is sinking, and you can only think about what key goes where in a music score.

Isaac found himself by the lifeboats, and leaned against the railing, looking above his head at the night sky. The last thing he wanted to do was look around - knowing himself, he would spy the iceberg, and escalate from there. "Of course, the last thing we could do was change time... How lovely history works." He shook his head, pulling off his over jacket and holding it in his hands.

Ollie had listened to Isaac's words but said nothing. He didn't care what happened in this man's life. Why should it be his fault if he freaks out over a look-a-like? When he was about to leave he heard a voice speak up, "Guys, I get that you don't like each other that much. As much as I respect that, we need to stay together. These dresses are hard to move in-- you have to move a bit slower." Cassandra pleaded before they all moved to the boats.

She went over to talk to some men pretending to have been sick and then came back. "Problem. Big problem. It's about 10 now- we have about two hours until the ship gets hit, and then only a few hours after that until it sinks. Me and Carrie will have no problem, hopefully, getting onto a lifeboat, but... women and children first." She broke the news. Ollie knew this so he only leaned over the edge looking down at the water.

He pulled back and glanced at the girl. "I could seriously use a drink right now." He muttered before actually speaking to the two girls. "Make sure you stay safe. We'll be fine. It's just a bit of cold water. We'll just have to find something to float on like in the movie. It's our best shot." He looked over at Isaac. "Right?"

Casandra took the offered violin and nodded at his request. Two dogs had been allowed onto the lifeboats, she doubted anyone would tell her to drop a simple music case. He handed her a case of sheet music too, which she passed onto Carrie because she wanted at least one hand free. The group walked over to the lifeboats, but she knew it would be useless for the two males- the people boarding wouldn't allow a male on unless all females and children ready to board where on, and that was if you got the one that took the order of 'women and children' to mean first. You might get the one that thought the order was women and children only. Best to be safe and stay on the starboard side, where the man loading lifeboats would at least allow males.

Oliver spoke up then, mostly just wishing he had a drink and muttering nonsense about braving the waves. Of course, that was a silly notion- people who jumped into the water either died immediately of heart attack because of the rapid change in temperature or slowly and painfully died of hypothermia.

"Your chances of pulling that off are low. 'On the night of the sinking of the RMS titanic, the water was 28 °F, or -2 °C. Only a few survived braving the waves, among them Charles Lightoller'," She quoted, remembering reading a book on the disaster, "The people that survived... most of them got to one of the overturned lifeboats. Even then.... only the lucky survived," she said quietly, still unsure if this was really happening to her. She should have been eating dinner in the less-than-stocked kitchen and studying. She wasn't really worried for her life- most of women survived and they were right next to the lifeboats. Still, Oliver and Isaac would be denied entry to a lifeboat. They had to think, and fast. The men who would be loading the ship would more than likely be very focused on getting the women on board, no matter the cost.

"Two dogs got on board because the women wouldn't load the lifeboat without them... a whole person might be different, but it would be worth a try. Now, it might be hard for all of us to masquerade as a group of siblings, and I'd hardly say they'd ever allow a male on the boat just because some flighty girl said they were friends, but it will have to work," she muttered under her breath, looking over the ship slowly.

"Don't worry. You'll have more than you need to drink in.. oh, a few hours."

"We'll be fine. It's just a bit of cold water. We'll just have to find something to float on like the movie."

Isaac stared at him, about to curl his lip in a snarl. Is he insane? He instead shook his head, and tossed the overcoat onto his shoulder. He could use a drink, too, at that point. But chances were low of actually finding one.

"You know, I'm actually sad that this ship is sinking. Not just because chances of me dying are high," he added quickly, "But because all these people are going to loose so much. And I'll be damned, I've never thought of it." He stared at the people around him for a moment, then blinked, turning his focus back to his group.

"A whole person might be different, but it would be worth a try."

"Good enough for me. Don't have too many other options."

He looked at Oliver. "Oh, dear brother, how could I ever live without you?" There was a slight tinge of sarcasm to his voice, but he would have to get used to this idea, and function on this... masquerade.

Ollie didn't care what happened. He was apparently going to die from a ship that sunk way too long ago. Of course, he would at least try and live. He needed to know if he would have been strong enough to survive shit like this. It'd be an interesting experience. "Oh, dear brother, how could I ever live without you?" Isaac said as he turned to Ollie.

"Do it anyways." Ollie said back before thinking.
"Maybe we could have Isaac cross dress. He could pass for a girl with the right adjustments." He teased. They could try it at least. Then they'd only have one man left. Granted it'd be him, but still. He could never pass for a girl and everyone knew it. "It would be a lot easier getting one man on a life boat than two."

"Maybe we could have Isaac cross dress. He could pass for a girl with the right adjustments."

Isaac stared at him, jaw slightly parted in wonder. "I'm hurt," he whispered, "that you would suggest such a sensible thing. Honestly. It pains me." He thought for a moment, about whether he wanted to go run back and fetch his harp, but passed over it.

"As much as I'm against the idea, I'd prefer to live. For one, where can we find this... dress, and suitable adjustments... for... myself?" The words were quiet, he was not very sure of what he was doing. "And, and my hair... It's not very long, what can we do about that?"

Maybe it's best that Jolie doesn't wander the deck, he thought to himself, and looked around sheepishly. I never thought I'd do something like this in my life.

"Make it a nice dress," he added. "Something that doesn't look like a rag. And the first person to suggest pink will be slapped, if it isn't the last option there is."

Jeremiah slowly drifted into that dazed state of mind between wakefulness and sleep, imagining walking through his hometown. He felt something nudge him and mumbled something incoherent before resuming his imaginary walk. A few minutes later, he heard a loud noise in his ear and his eyes opened quickly. He looked around without moving his head, confused as to where he was.

He had been in the house he was sharing with the five other people in college. Yet, he was outdoors, not inside in a living room chair. In fact, he was on a hard bench. Beneath him it felt as though the floor was moving. Where was he?

Jeremiah promptly rose and observed what was around him. People in what looked to be early 1900s style clothing were milling about. He opened his mouth to speak, but instead of hearing English, he heard what sounded like French. What had happened to him?

A woman knocked into him and scolded him for not watching where he was going. Jeremiah walked to the edge of wherever he was, looking over the railing. Below him waves crashed against the hull of a ship. He turned to look at the ship itself. It looked remarkably like the Titanic. He chuckled nervously, knowing what the fate of this unsinkable ship was. He knee he needed to find a way off of the ship, and quickly. He wouldn't be able to ask anyone because he was now speaking in French. It made him anxious, as he hadn't met any of the housemates and seen only one. Perhaps he could listen for their voices?

Jeremiah hurried off, wondering where the others could be on this large ship. He ran through crowds of people, ignoring the angry shouts of the well dressed first class passengers. He needed to find the girl who had been standing at the window and the three other voices he'd heard.

Rushing about, Jeremiah thought he heard familiar voices. He came upon a group, two girls and two guys, discussing how to leave the ship. He quickly ran over to them and tapped Carrie on the shoulder, as she was the only one who he knew had seen him. He waved to the others. "Bonjour."

Carrie Woods

Although inside Carrie was panicked, outside she laughed. "I'm amused at the though of Isaac dressed as a girl," she giggled, trying her hardest for Isaac's sake to hold in her hysteria, because the situation was serious. However her underlying panic and the thought of her masculine cousin in a dress was too much for her and she laughed harder, her cheeks blushing as she put a hand over her mouth. She finally stopped, but every few second erupted in a fit of quiet laughter. She wiped her sweating hands on her dress and tried to contain herself. You're a first class woman, you're going to be fine. She thought to herself. We're all going to be fine. She then felt a tap on her shoulder, and turned to see the boy she had seen through her window. "Bonjour." he said to her. "Oh thank God, we've found another person. I was beginning to think only four of us would make it out of here." She told Jeremiah. "I don't think we've been introduced either. I'm Carrie." She held out her hand for him to shake.

Isaac about growled at Carrie when she started laughing, but held his peace and looked around himself. "You know, this whole dress thing, I'm changing my mind about it..." He started, but then he heard a whisper from behind himself. "Bonjour."

"Ah, un person qui pouvez parler francais, n'est pas?" he asked, grinning. Of course it was a person who could speak french. It was a stupid question, but he felt the need to ask it none the less.

It had been a while since he had spoken french himself. He would have to dig up what little knowledge he had, and pretend to see if he could form an adequate sentence in time for the boat not to sink.

Isaac's mind drifted to the dress again, and he sighed. He really did not want to go through with that idea, but what choice did he actually have?

Casandra shook her head at the thought of dressing Isaac up as a female. It might work, what with all the confusion of the sinking and loading the boats, but then again it might not and he might not be allowed onto a boat, period. Not that the person loading would personally be out to kill him- just that they might think he would just have to load last. And 'last' would mean 'not at all' what with the fact the boat carried less than the needed amount of boats.

Another male showed up, one she recognized as a roommate of hers at the house. Though, she didn't recall having a french-speaking roommate, so when he did speak it she was more than surprised. She hadn't spoken french in quite a while- it was unnecessary to speak it all the time for her. She did read it from time to time though, and she was good at understanding it. She heard Isaac respond to him in French, which was surprising as well- most people went to those foreign language classes and then immediately forgot the info right after a test, never to be able to use it in real conversation.

"Comprenez-vous l'anglais? J'ai edu mal à parler la langue française. Je peux le comprendre."* she said quickly said after thinking for a few seconds about how to change the English sounds to french ones. She wasn't sure that was right, but she tried her best.

Jeremiah was at a loss of what to do. Two of his companions actually thought he knew French. He knew a bit, but not enough to successfully tell them that he had no idea what even he was saying. Perhaps he should have listened to his parents and taken French instead of Spanish, but it was all the same to him as he never thought he'd need it. He nodded to Carrie, to show that he had acknowledged her introduction.

He then turned to the others, looking like a deer in the headlights. He pointed to his mouth and shook his head before shrugging, trying to convey the idea that he couldn't speak French. He'd been the lucky foreigner on amongst the group, stuck speaking in a language he did not know and on a sinking ship. Well, it wasn't sinking yet which was a good sign. (Jeremiah had heard the dress bit of the conversation and was unaware of exactly what time or day it was.) But it was bound to sink- they couldn't just change one of the major events of the 20th century.

He sighed inwardly, wishing he was in another world where he could fly high above everyone else. Of course there were more pressing matters, but Jeremiah was somewhat content to picture the modern day he was accustomed to from a bird's eye view. If only they could fly- fly right off the doomed boat in the night and return to the safety of the house.

"Alright." Ollie thought for a bit, "Cassandra, go get him the frilliest pink dress you can find. Don't give me that look Isakiel. We'll need to hide the fact that you're a man."

He looked and observed the new guy as well. "He'll be a bit easier to dress up since he has a more girly face. So any dress would be good for him." He looked over at the two girls. "Cassandra, can you find him a dress as well? And you," He pointed at Carrie, "Could you get the two makeup?"

He pulled a knife out of his back pocket. It used to be a pocket watch, but now it was more like a barber shop knife. "Isakiel, come here. We need to get rid of the facial hair."

"Cas, you're not really going to, are you?" He said, sneering. "You have much better tastes than that."

Isaac shook his head. Now, it's simply a matter of whether I'm leaving this house or not when we get back. Well... Let's say if I get back. He looked over to his violin, and half grabbed it in a need for comfort.

He was never an adventurous kid. Sure, he would ride Bhronstein now and then, over the hills until the draft knocked him off in a quick buck and left him walking home for a few days... But he had always had someone else with him. Someone he truly trusted and understood. Not some random people that he did not even know, until they were forced into a sinking boat with the vain attempt to try and get off.

"Somewhere, across the sea..." He cut himself off rudely, blinking, and looking around himself.

Oliver was coming at him with a knife.

He backed up rudely, not hearing what he had said just a few moments ago. "And where do you think that thing's going?!" he hissed, pulling his arms up against his chest.

Ollie rolled his eyes. "As far as I'm concerned, woman do not have facial hair. Unless you belong in a circus. Now, the quicker we do this, the quicker we no longer have to be too close to one another." He was twirling the knife in annoyance.
You would think that one would do anything to get safe. But apparently Isaac missed the memo on "How to survive".

"No come here. Or I can tell you where you're going. And that is in freezing cold water when this ship sinks with you on it." Ollie said, placing a hand on his hip.

Carrie nodded at Oliver's request and then turned toward the direction of her room, figuring she'd have some high-quality first-class makeup somewhere in there. She turned back around when she heard Isaac and Oliver talking and saw that Oliver was about to give Isaac a quick shave and she giggled. Carrie also saw Jeremiah standing there looking sort of lost. She tapped his shoulder gently. "Do you want to come with me? You could help me look for the makeup, and then once I've found it, I could do yours first, while Isaac is getting shaved." She gave him a friendly smile, to hopefully make him feel a little better, as she knew that they were all a little panicked being stuck on a doomed boat with no real explanation as to why they were there.

"As far as I'm concerned, women do not have facial hair."

"Oh, hell no." He curled his lips in a snarl. "Over my dead body, pal. Make-up it off or something. I'm sure the girls could figure it out."

He flicked his nose in frustration, and crossed his arms across his chest. The last thing he would do is let Oliver shave him. Definitely not. I guess, worst comes to worst, I just let it grow back.. What's two days? But not Oliver. Anyone but him.

Isaac flicked his eyes over to Casandra. "You up to it? I'll trust you more than him." He jerked his head in Oliver's direction as he spoke.

"Perhaps, even as far as I can throw a horse."

Jeremiah was offended by the older male's comment about his face being girlish. He frowned, hoping his expressions would convey what words couldn't. Or at least, words he didn't understand.

The talk continued as the group planned out their great escape plan. Apparently Issac would be cross dressing in addition to himself. Wait, when did I agree to this? he thought before his attention turned to the male, unwilling to shave his facial hair. Maybe Jeremiah shouldn't be that unhappy. Afterall, he'd never had much facial hair and that proved to be paying off right now. He couldn't help but wonder why Issac was so attached to it though. Was that unhealthy?

His mind drifted to the face of his eldest brother, the one who left that ugly scar in his forearm. He had been lucky getting out of that fire quickly... Fire. Didn't the Titanic catch on fire while it sank? Jeremiah clenched his fists and leaned against a table. Anything but fire...

Jeremiah pretended to cast his gaze downward towards the floor. However, it was only an act to hide his true intentions. He was hoping that he had a long sleeved shirt on, to hide his scar. He didn't need or want people asking or knowing about it. The memory was still a painful one, a defining moment in his life. To his relief, he was indeed wearing a thick cotton long sleeved shirt.

His gaze slowly drifted back up, eyes falling on the others. He had not taken much time to observe them, and in doing so now he found that Oliver and Issac were obviously uncomfortable with each other. Jeremiah hardly knew why, but he could tell by the tense look on Issac's face and in his tone when he addressed the other man. The girls meanwhile were acting as the peacemakers, particularly Carrie, who seemed to have some control over Issac. He wondered what their relationship was. Were they siblings?

Jeremiah continues to stand in silence, unable to contribute much. He just wanted off this boat before it sank or caught fire- preferably not the latter if it could be helped. While the group was worried about dressing them as girls, he thought it would be best to just take a lifeboat and run. Well, row.
