The way objects sieemingly out of grasp would move voluntarily into her grip when she didn't notice, or how household items would rumble slightly when she was extremely frightened or angry. She couldn't put a finger on it and thought nothing of the minor occurrences. It wasn't until that very day where she was simply in the middle of the one of the largest mini markets around her neighborhood, where she felt a sudden chill in her body, waking past crowds she felt the air rush past her faster than her eyes could comprehend, but then the people around her found themselves hanging on to whatever stable construct they could to keep from pushed back from where Raina stood . After the incident she found herself in the middle of the street, unconscious with paramedics surrounding her, and the market she once knew looked like a earthquake and a hurricane blew right through it. After that she tried to escape home as fast as she could, with no explanation other than 'I didn't mean to" a month after the incident and numerous amounts of reporters around her family's condominium, the House of Sanctum contacted her and gave her the possibility of controlling this strange power.

PERSONALITY:
A truly mischievous young girl, Raina is the first to look before talking. She tends to finds herself in strange places nearly all the time, and her attention is almost always taken by a new book she picked up from the library about some arbitrary subject. She is strange and aloof, often times giving people the feeling that she may be playing games on them. Not that she always is anyways. One thing about Raina is that she has a largely infectious laugh and smile, she loves solving mysteries even if they are simple as missing keys, she has a deep love affair with nature in her surroundings If there was a animal she would compare herself to it would be that of the cat, and in much the same way she sees herself as a cat, always lurking, curious to a fault, and independent. She hates being tied down by other people and is quite stubborn when it comes to following another's plan when she concocts one of her own. She has a tendency to have too much faith in her intelligence, in a way where she normally believes that she is right when it comes to most things, and it can be hard for to accept anyone's else's opinion on a matter she has already decided herself until she is proven totally wrong.
She likes to butt heads with people and is easily argumentative, she can also be slightly bossy at times, but she is usually very easy to deal with as long as you don't push her buttons. Most people see Raina as elusive, somewhat hard to get to know, and a bit aloof, but it may simply be that no one has yet to catch her attention as she'd like so therefore it leaves no space for her to get too close. Yet, even then she is able to carry a conversation easily, she isn't shy at all, she simply keeps to herself at times until someone approaches. People who are close to her, know her as impulsive, and energetic, she's the type of person who wouldn't shy away from exploring a haunted mansion, or who isn't afraid to tell someone off if she feels wronged. She is a quiet type of confident, and most people tend to be attracted to that side of her. She isn't exactly too open about her emotions, and tends to come off as someone who is levelheaded and calm when most needed making her a natural leader even when she doesn't want to be.

Born in Torrance, California to a Japanese father and Dutch/Irish Mother; Raina would say that her life prior to Sanctum contacting her was rather dull and unremarkable, her father being a movie director obviously made such a statement rather untrue, she has traveled to many different countries with her father as he filmed his movies, and found herself entranced with the world and all it's people, perhaps realizing just how small her life is in the grand scheme of things. In the end though her family settled back in her hometown, and she only found herself feeling as if she was in a rather foreign world despite being born and raised for 5 years there, 5 years she couldn't remember of course. She would guess that actually going to Ivory Tower would be the more interesting part to her story than her prior life could ever be.
