Age: 12
Gender: Male
Mutation(s): Advanced Cellular Regeneration, Teleportation, Enhanced senses. Each one carries its own side affect. Advanced Cellular Regeneration, according to the doctors, means he might never finish aging, grow old, or stop being a kid. It also means he is willing to take unnessisary risks because he knows he can always heal from them. Teleportation requires more energy for longer distances, but short distance teleports are easy. However, he finds it difficult to use his powers under intense UV floodlights, and intense UV flashlights can weaken him provided there is enough of them. And enhanced senses? Well, certain sonic weapons are more effective at stunning him due to his hearing, but he requires to be in a close proximity or in a closed space for them to be effective.
THere is one more thing about his teleportation power. Iziah has the military believing he can only teleport to places he can see. This is a half truth. He can also teleport to places he cant see provided he has had time to observe the area. And after spending a few months in this place, he certainly has fit that requirement.
Hair Color: Brown
Height: 5'2
Other features: He has a scar above his right eye, and someone inked a falcon on his back. He doesn't like to talk about either, but his reactions indicate both were received involuntary.
Clothing: Jeans, a black T shirt with a basketball on it, a pair of sneakers, white socks, and some boxers.
Likes: His family (indicating they are still alive in conversations), secrecy (To date the Military only knows his first name). being independent, being prepared, not letting people see his involuntarily tattoo.
dislikes: People seeing his tattoo, medical checkups, Doctors, hospitals, The Corrupt Military (he seems to believe that the whole military isnt evil like this place).
Weakness: Asking him about his history causes him pain just from the memories. Clearly, he had to do things he did not enjoy. The real question is though, why didn't he just teleport away? He also can be reckless, and has a hard time listening to others properly, even with his enhanced hearing. His attention span is somewhat....shortened.
Fears: He mumbles about a falcon in his sleep, and fear sweeps his face when it is mentioned. He also is afraid of drowning in the ocean (but any other body of water he is fine with), and UFOs.
History: Iziah wass the son of Mr. and Mrs, Clark. Mr James Clark is actually General Clark, of the US Army, and is held in high esteem and prestige. His wife is also a mutant. James Clark believed in the fact that people, regardless of their powers or mutations, should and would be equal. But he also taught his wife and son to becareful.
Iziah gets his name from his grandfather on his father's side, and grandmother on his mother's side. His Grandmother was born into a Native American Tribe, and her name meant arrow. Iziah learned to master his abilities in secret, but eventually one day the GOvernment started to poke around his town. After awhile, they claimed to be looking for "Special Anomalies", and the general realized he had to make a choice. Let his son stay and risk being captured, or set him off and hope he can make it on his own, albiet free.
And so, at age nine, Iziah was on his own. He made money robbing banks, and staying on the move. Always having a hotel suite, always paying cash. Unfortunately, the military found him eventually, but not before apparently someone else had. He had signs someone else had kept him captive.
