CHARACTER NAME: Conway Richardson
APPEARANCE: Blue eyes, brown hair, tall build. Although he looks fairly normal, he is also oddly imposing.
PAST POLICE EXPERIENCE: Agent Richardson is relatively young for an S.S.A, and joined the FBI at the age of 19. Currently, he's been in the force for 6 years.
BACKSTORY: Agent Conway Richardson's life began normally, and he had a fantastic childhood. During a school Christmas party in the third grade, he was shot in the abdomen by an assailant that has yet to be caught. He actively denies that he joined the FBI for the purpose of catching his old enemy, but his superiors have cast some noticeable doubt on his intentions.

It's a cold, damp day in Candidate today. S.S.A. Conway Richardson sat, as he always did, at his desk in the Candidate Police Department, rifling through files.
"Bombs...knives...guns...what the hell happened to this place?"
Finally, after many files, he came across the one that made him want to help out more than anything.
"Stabbings? ..."
Agent Richardson immediately stood up and walked out of his office, calling a meeting with every S.A. and officer present.

Ryder heard the call as he was looking into some of the crimes. "Jesus..." He scrolled through pictures of crime scenes.
"This place is worse then pakistan on a friday night.." Ryder whispered. Knowing it would anger the S.S.A if he waited, he got up and headed towords the meeting spot.

"The practical thing to do would be to the crime scene. See what else we can find. Then find the shotguns production number and search the local gun registrys for it. But...those black spots, on her neck and chest, that looks like CVS Burns. I Can now identify that the killer is Mexican, Nicaraguin, or Costa Rican." Ryder conclueded as he sat down.
