Appearance: Thin and pale-skinned, Mabel stands at about 5.7 feet and weighs under 120 pounds. Her hair is black and falls just past her shoulders, though it's usually kept in a ponytail. Her bangs fall into dark green eyes, above a small nose and pink lips. A slender body without much to it leaves more to be desired, but a firm and confident voice asserts she's a full grown woman. Mabel's appearance is usually somewhat messy, with her hair often tied up at the last minute. She usually wears a white button up shirt, untucked over blue jeans. Over that she usually wears a black denim jacket that has faded over the years, and a pair of light brown moccasins (or whatever's easiest to slip on). Abstaining from most jewelery or makeup, what she lacks in physical strength she redeems with speed and agility.
Profession: Freelance Journalist
Personality: Mabel is somewhat of an underachiever. Through procrastination and distraction, she can usually manage to avoid all duties until the last possible moment. This has kept her otherwise bright and (selectively) driven mind from accomplishing more in life. She's pretty agreeable with in conversation, by staying positive and pliable in the company of others. It's easy to tell that there isn't many things she feels strongly about, but her job is certainly one of them. Out of work her primary interest involves Japanese culture, a secret she would never reveal to her peers. This makes her sometimes come off as reserved or quiet.
Bio: Mabel has always led an incredibly boring life. Without any explicable achievements in school or physical education, the greatest feats she has ever performed were products of her own hobbies. Growing up, the one thing she could always count on was that if she owned it, it would break. Countless stereos, television sets, phones and beds she would wake up to find in pieces. Not always just her own things, but sometimes those close to her. She would usually be the one to blame, but never understood the phenomenon herself. Eventually she got used to it and learned to avoid things like sleepovers, or staying in hotels. At the age of 23 she settled into the job of journalism, it being one of the few professions she could pursue without having to visit and potentially wreck an office or a restaurant. Due to the rivalry included, Mabel has gone to great lengths to get a story, sometimes at the risk of her own life. It was through these risks that she came to know her Alter, Buster, who has taken charge to save her life on more then one occasion. Though she does not yet understand Buster, or exactly why she is there, she accepts her presence and the occasional money she leaves.

Alter's Name: Henrietta "Buster-chan"
Gender: Female
Appearance: A tanned complexion, Henrietta stands 5.10 feet tall with a slim body and an unnaturally white blond hair. Cut just above shoulder level, the hair is left down and compliments her intense blue eyes. Her body is noticeably fuller then Mabel's, though light and thin enough to maneuver just as well. Her voice is a near identical match, though the attitude is the dead giveaway. Trimmed fingernails and distinctly trained features, she likes to keep everything tight and secured when operating in battle. Henrietta's normal attire consists of a black skin tight tanktop with an olive drab tactical vest over it. Below she wears form fitting black jeans and a pair of worn down black sneakers designed for running. A tattoo visible on each shoulder features a gray lemniscate "∞".
Abilities: Buster's primary ability is that of "Disassembly", the power to disassemble anything she touches instantly. This manifests itself both subtly and violently, ranging from the pieces of a gun flying apart, to the skin and veins and flesh leaving the bone of a person's arm. It is noted for leaving most affected objects in tact, except for being reduced to all different components. It's likely a mild telekinetic surge that's transferred by touch. She prefers close-quarters-combat and is highly skilled and agile, capable of leaping inhuman distances and withstanding great falls. The biggest disadvantage of her Disassembly is that it is only effective through direct contact and cannot penetrate clothes or armor, only disassemble them first.
Side: Aegis
Personality: Henrietta is much more driven then her counterpart, to the extent that she will accomplish as much as possible even when the stakes are low. She's also much less friendly. Her personality is very trained and precise, and she firmly believes that she can excel beyond anyone in combat. This confidence is more dangerous to her foes than herself, as she often fights even harder to enforce it. Her trust is hard-earned, but comes somewhat easier to fellow Aegis members. Her alliance to Aegis probably comes more through it being easiest then any sense of morality.
Bio: A developing Alter in Mabel all of her life, Henrietta emerged in her entirety in her late teens. While Mabel was cramming school work during the day, Henri was wrecking the home by night. She joined Aegis when Mabel turned 21, as a way to vent her powers and to hone her strengths. Mabel is largely unaware of the whole affair, only that it occasionally involves money. The nickname "Buster" had originated from her employers on account of her powers, but the "chan" addition was on account of Mabel's own Japanimation obsession.
