Long ago there were seven kings of extraordinary power, each with their own clan. They lived in peace with each for a long time, but for some unknown reason this all changed, and the clans separated from each other, severed all ties, and went to war with one another.
This war was in secret, and away from public knowledge. Over the decades however this war began whining down. And now the clans are more like unfriendly rivals rather then bitter enemies.
Though there are seven kings, only four are the big players today, the Red, Blue, Green, and Gold Kings. In fact the remaining three kings haven't been heard from in a very long time.
The remaining four kings are now based in Los Angeles, California. Each has their hooks in the town in different ways to control it. The Red Clan are more of a street gang, they rule through perceived fear, but in reality they are more honorable, and just than they appear. The Blue Clan has it's grip on the LAPD, many of its members are police officers, and they help keep all the Clan's powers under wraps. The Green Clan, like the Red Clan act as a sweet gang, but unlike the Red Clan they control through the drug trade. And the Gold Clan rules through legitimate enterprises, as on the surface they the leading manufacturer of the world's technology, but in reality they are more like a mob family than anything.
The Clans have enjoyed an uneasy peace between each other that could turn into full blown war at the drop of a hat. But then it happened. The four kings turned up dead. With accusations flying every which way between the Clans, as one things for certain, only a King can kill a King. Now, two months later the Clans are on the brink of war. Will the new Kings be able to quell the tension and find out who the murderer is? Or will the unease take over them, and lead to full out war?

Aura is what gives the kings, and their clans power. There are three types of Aura users:
The four Auras used by the current Clans are:
- Kings- Kings are the most powerful users. Not only do Kings have greater power than the others, they are also able to lend their power to anyone of their choosing, thus giving them powers like their own, but to a lesser degree. When using their power against another King a gigantic sword appears in high in the sky above them called a Sword of Damocles. These swords are only visible to those with Auras. The swords also reflect it's King's condition. If the King over uses their power, or are on the brink of death it begins to deteriorate. If the sword is in a bad enough shape it will fall. Unless it's King is slain by another King the sword will fall, and upon impact with the Earth it explodes like an Atom bomb.
- Clansmen- Clansmen 'borrow' their power from a King, and gain powers like them. The King can pick and choose their Clans-members. But the Clansman doesn't have to remain loyal to their King, they can leave anytime they wish as membership is voluntary, or they can join another Clan. But one can only have one Aura at a time.
- Strain- Strain are people who naturally posses powers without the need of a King. But most Strain either actively seek out Clans to be around others with powers, or are sought out by them for their power. Their powers are unique to each individual.
The four Auras used by the current Clans are:
- Red- Red Aura is fire-based, and it's users are able to produce, and control flames at will. It is one of the destructive of the powers.
- Blue- Blue Aura users are able to generate blue energy force fields. Though this Aura is defensive in nature, a clever enough user is able to use it to their advantage, such as coating a weapon with a force field to improve it's effectiveness.
- Green- Green Aura users are able to generate, and manipulate large volts of electricity.
- Gold- Gold Aura users gain incredible strength, and durability upon using it, and have a passive boost in intelligence. Their bodies are at peak physical perfection. Think of them as a bunch of Captain Americas.

Being the latest Red King isn't something Connor's comfortable with. The former King was his older brother, Troy. Former best friends with the Blue King, since they're both Kings they've just grown apart.

While Connor may be the technical King of the Red Clan, there is clearly only one Queen, and that's the Lieutenant. She is trying to keep the Clan together, and keep it from going to war. She has a real den mother role within the Clan, and is more in charge than Connor is. She is particularly hard on him to get his act together, but secretly is in love with him.

She was especially close to the former Red King before his death, and is still pretty heartbroken. But through their grieving has developed a particularly close bond with her new king, and is probably the most encouraging of him being the new king.

The current Blue King, and formerly Connor's best friend. Unlike Connor, he has accepted his role as the new King already. Though he does miss his friendship with Connor, but he has responsibilities now that take precedence. Exe of the Gold Clansman, he left her for the same reasons he's no longer friends with Connor.

That's something she admired about the former Red King for changing the Red Clan so much. She hates the Red Clansmen for leaving them.

- Alright, alright, alright! First things first, reservations go to the OOC(duh). But you do need three passwords that's hidden here in the rules. First password: What is your favorite color?

- The FCs I picked aren't set in stone, if you've got one you'd rather use put a Gif in the OOC, and their name, I'm not the best at picking anime FCs. But genders are nonnegotiable however.
- No goddmoding, meta-playing, bunnying, etc. Pretty basic. Since they'll be a bit of fighting don't go dismembering characters without owners permission.

Collectibles
By creating Collectibles, you can reward your players with unique items that accentuate their character sheets.
Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.
Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
