a character in “Keep It A Secret”, as played by Lucy100

Description

Name: Olivia Griffin
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Analyzer
Power: The ability to see people for who they really are, if they have good energy, bad energy. She can detect when people are lying, how they are feeling, and categorize what kind of person they are. Knowing what kind of person they are, of course, would lead to having the ability to know when something is wrong, but of course, due to her lack of social skills, she doesn't exactly know what to do with this aspect if her power.
Equipment:Notepad for daily outings, journal for trips and home to write things I've noticed about people's behavioral patterns, etc.
Appearance: Image but a little bit older looking.
Personality: Quiet and observant. Doesn't feel the need to say much, is more descriptive in what she writes than when she is socializing.
Weapon: The samurai sword in the picture aside, she has a pen and a small hand-knife, just in case
History: Straight-A student throughout high-school, but teachers were often worried about her social skills, because she often made it her mission to avoid any unnecessary human contact, and was usually either writing or reading in any spare time she could get. Her parents were often away on business trips, and when they were home, they didn't pay much attention to her.

So begins...

Olivia hated snow. She often finds herself wondering how she can eliminate its very existence. It is cold, wet, and truly pointless. Rain makes flowers and crops grow, the warm sun dries off you bathing suit after a day at the pool, all snow does is freeze you. She was again thinking this as she was walking through the doors that lead her to warmth. She sighed heftily, taking off her black hood, revealing her slightly frozen, fiery red hair. As she walked through the doors, she thought of what she would write today, who would it be about, would she even write about a specific person, or would she analyze snow today. Maybe it's pros and cons? She shook off this thought quickly though 'snow doesn't have any pros, it would lead me absolutely nowhere' she thought, but as she looked up, she knew exactly who she would be analyzing today, Sterling Engestu. She hadn't yet, out of sheer fear that he'd find out. That would be terribly awkward... His negative demeanor had never intimidated her, but she definitely didn't want to have anything to do with it. Then again, she never wanted to have anything to do with anyone. As she walked to the front of the room, she began. He sits at his desk as if he doesn't want to be here, I guess no one does, it is school, but he could at least sit up straight. He had headphones in, of course, probably a way of blocking out the world as long as he possibly could... Well that was all, she can't really analyze much and still look normal, walking across a room, to the seat that seemed to be the very front, where she liked to sit so if she were to engage in any form of human contact, it would be because she wanted to. She chuckled to herself at the thought of her actually attempting to communicate with anyone other than the professor.

Arrow didn't bother to look up at the rest of his team, knowing who was there already. "Engetsu, Shell and Olivia." He smiled at himself as he continued scrolling through his phone, switching at moments between pictures and texting. He heard the droplets of water hitting a desk as he glanced up, catching the sight of Sterling with his feet on the desk and water dripping from his boots. Arrow opened one of the drawers that had an eraser inside of it. Placing the eraser on the desk he aimed it at Sterling, still navigating his phone as he chucked it at Sterling with immense speed.

The sound of the wind began to part as the eraser flew past Olivia's firey red hair. There were too many sounds, the slushing of the snow from outside or the dripping of the water, maybe it was the music from Sterling's headphones that was making Arrow mess up his concentration.

"Shell." Arrow said as he placed his phone down and looked at her with his now square patterened eyes that was now a mix of red and yellow. "The reason I'm the leader of this team is because I am the strongest here. Now anyone who thinks differently is willing to speak." As he spoke his voice was sort of ominous like sort of a loud and strict voice you hear from a soilder. His voice was powerful enough to snap everyone out of their dazes and look at him.

Arrow stared at Shell with a straight expression and then laughed a bit when he saw the serious/nervous looks on everyone's faces. "Haha I'm just playing guys." He smiled and picked up his phone and resumed his surfing and texting.

Olivia hated Arrow sometimes. She knew the eraser was meant for Sterling, but seriously? Could he be ANYmore immature? Who just thinks 'Hey! I'm going to send this eraser across the room, knowing my concentration is thrown off and the eraser could possibly hit the person it WASN't meant for.' Olivia kept her gaze straight ahead of her, not wanting to strike up any unnecessary drama. That, and she didn't want to break her silence streak, she was close to breaking her own personal record.

(Its ok Happens alot really.) Arrow laughed and kept his focus on his phones, "Yeah there is, its called Angry Birds Destroying Shell." He laughed at his mocking of her and noticed Olivia's silence. "Hmm someone's going for a new personal best." Arrow whispered to Shell before crushing a paper ball and playfully tossing them at Olivia, some hitting her on the head and arm and others just landing around her desk. "Come Liv you can't stay silent this whole time." Arrow beckoned in his now Italian accent he was so fond of, while still murmuring somethings to his phone and touching the screen like a speed racer who can't get enough adrenaline.

Shell stuck her tongue out at Arrow at the angry birds comment. He really could be annoying sometimes, then again, she supposed she had started it. Shell snickered, looking over at Olivia, who Shell only now noticed was acting annoyed. Annoyed and very quiet. Knowing that is was her thing to be silent, Shell decided she would help to get revenge for her. Shell picked up a pencil from her desk and threw it directly at Arrow's face while he was still looking intently at his phone. "Yo, phone addict!"

Olivia was seriously pissed off now. Why was every moment a time to joke around? Olivia felt like she needed to lighten up- for her there was never a time for oking around. But today wasn't the day. She stood up, turned towards Shell, and gave her whatever she could come up with as a facial expression of gratitude. She then turned around and walked out.

Out in the hallway, it was colder than she expected, but at that point, she didn't give a shit, she needed to leave. She really didn't enjoy people's company. She walked a little further down the hall, and sat down. She pulled out her journal and her pen a began to write

*note* get less annoyed by your team- they're the only ones you have

Sterling Engestu:
Habits: -Listening to headphones
-Ignoring people
-Smoking
Friends: The team- if even...
Any kind of contact? No.
Final Analysis: Loner- or in other words, Distant, but I have a theory that he only lets some people in.
For further analysis in future: observe who that is, and how you can become someone he lets in..
How to deal: Avoid, as usual, only communicate if necessary, watch who he interacts with

Given, it wasn't as descriptive as most of her analyses(OOC: sorry, i highly doubt that's a word) but how much more descriptive could she get of that guy, she commended herself for the fact that she could even get that down, and she was more excited than she usually was to further her analysis. That puzzled her, as it actually involved human interaction. She shrugged and stood back up, feeling a little bit better about going back in.

She entered the room, looking at nothing but what was straight ahead of her. This time, she sat in the very back of the room, so she could observe Sterling a little bit more. Hopefully, she could get through with this day without having to feel like leaving the room again.

Arrow noticed the tension in Olivia. He didn't trouble her when she left because he understood what she was going through. It was hard even for him, adjusting to a completely new lifestyle and having to work with a team of strangers you just met a couple of months ago. He looked up as Shell threw the pencil and him and allowed it to make contact with his forehead. "Oh gosh, I think I'm bleeding!" Arrow exaggerated holding his head in a painful manner but laughing on the inside. The team was still fresh so they were bound to have their problems with each other.

Arrow sighed looking at his phone one last time and then placing it down with a small thud. He knew sooner or later that it would be time to explain what was going to happen, maybe now would be a good time. These people were differen't in almost everyway possible, the only thing that they had in common was that they each had special abilities and that they worked for the government. Finally Arrow stood up from behind the desk and stepped towards the window finally getting to the briefing. He sent Shell to fetch Sterling before they could began, in a matter of minutes they walked into the classroom with Sterling smelling like smoke.
"Damn, you Sterling smoking isn't good for the lungs. Anyway that's beside the point. The next mission is simple, follow up on a drug case that's supposed to have some radioactive chemicals and track them. Then crash a party, kill this guy's son and were out of there." The way Arrow put it made it sound almost too simple but even he knew it wasn't that easy.

Olivia decided not to pay much attention to the mission. She wasn't the one who kiled- all she did was read their mind to detect who the son was, and she was done. it was a siple task for her, but she was worried for the rest of the group, who's jobs weren't as simple. She got up and moved to where everyone was now standing.

Arrow saw the expression on everyone's faces change as he spoke about the mission. Not being the type to give too much information out to anyone else but this was his team no matter what they were willing to do it just so long as it was clear what they had to do.
Arrow specifically noticed Shell's and Sterlings expressions, a grinappeared on her face and her eyes seemed to go darker than usual. "You say it as if it's really simple, Arrow. And I'm curious, whose the unlucky guy were killing?" Arrow laughed a little a Shell's remark, knowing she was the few of the group who could take a blade to someone's heart with second guessing themselves. "Well if you must know, it Dylan Tate, of Tate Industries." Arrow stated simply beforing hearing another question from Sterling.

"Your kidding right? Thats all the information you were given on this job?" Sterling stated. Arrow felt the cautiousness drawing closer and closer because of the lack of information. However it was nothing for him to worried about since he would kill as well. "Well a jobs a job i guess. Do we have any solid info on the chemicals?" Sterling sighed as he asked, staring out the window.

Arrow nodded his head and opened the window slightly letting a bit of cold air in. "Well yes, the new Revert Drug that Tate Industries has been producing underground has become a problem for L.A.B. so they would like us to go and intervene. I'm letting you guys know, were not killing Dylan, were taking his 7 year old son. I know, I'm not a fan of killing kids either but Green want's Tate to recieve the message to shut down loud and clear." Arrow stated with his serious, leader expression.

Sterling lowered his head for a moment at the age and listened to what the others had to say and after hearing the general unease of killing a child. He sighed and lifted his head and looked at Arrow.
"I'll kill him. Depending on the situation, i'll be as quiet about it as possible."
He didn't hesitate at all, nor did he eyes change. It wasn't the first time his target was a child. Though he was exiled from his clan, he carried out several assassinations in order to sustain himself. His eyes now fell back onto the window and felt the cold breeze, and closed his eyes to feel the breeze better. Becki's suggestion than crossed Sterling's mind and he opened his eyes once more.
"In order to get a sample we need to know its effects to determine someone with it. Do we know about the Revert Drug?"

Olivia gasped and looked at Sterling. That was too much, in her opinion. She felt his clear determination- no hesitation whatsoever. It gave her the creeps just thinking about killing a child, and it was even worse knowng that Sterling would do it. The government was cruel, they could approach this problem in many different ways, but they had to choose the sacrifice of a child who had nothing to do with it, except for the unfortunate fact that he was the son of a drug dealer. She would write this fact about Sterling down later, if she did it now, it would look too conspicuous, instead she dropped her head and sighed. It was tragic, but she couldn't do anything about it. She turned around and walked back towards the desk she had sat at in the back. She approached it, and rocked back and forth on her heels, beggining to bite her nails, which she often did when she was nervous, or in deep thought. This time, it was both.

"Jeez easy everyone, no one's going to kill this kid." Arrow stated sensing more and more nervousness grow inbetween the group. He liked the fact that if be necessary for someone to be assassinated then he could count on either Shell or Sterling. This team was really rag-tag but they were accepting each other with some doubts. "Now look, Sterling I'm glad that your willing to do this without any second thought but I can't have a simple emotion come in the way of the true objective. Speaking of which theres something else I'm going to have you be doing." He stated in his half leader, half joking voice. "Actually I have alot for each one of you to do. As for the conditions of The Revert Drug, it's almost like a jump start. Meaning people become overly active, if you see someone running next to a sports car that doesn't mean their like us, it's probably the effect of the drug. Sterling instead of killing the child your going to be interrogating his father. Rebecca, all you need to do is put everyone at the party to sleep and take samples of everyone's blood. Shell you and Olivia are going to be doing some recon. I want notes, maps, security, weaponry and any type of technolody that they have stashed. And as for the murder, I'll be taking care of that personally." Arrow said in full leadership as he sat back down and resumed his phone activities.

(OOC:Sorry about not posting in a while, school work started being a hastle. And I'm going to make a quick time skip so the agents could finally post, other than that the post is going to be short and I'll update it tonight. And for the posting anyone is free to keep the story flowing if they want."

Arrow stood up as Sterling walked out of the room. He stepped towards the door and gave his fellow Blessed a signal of goodbye and walked out. As he stepped towards the stairs he noticed there were more than a few unfamiliar faces in the crowd, people he had never even seen at the school a day in his life. "So what's this about?" Arrow thought to himself as he looked around and kept on walking. Turning a corner he accidently bumped into teo people he knew too well. They were friend's of his. Grant and Sarah laughed as they looked up to the see the semi-short boy looking at them with a smile and a cheesy grin. "Sorry about that guys."
