At first Arella tends to come off as a bitch towards everyone, but that's only because she never keeps her mouth shut about everything she is thinking. Whenever she sees a guy she thinks is attractive she tries her best to look her best around him and never ceases to flirt when the time is right, whether they're taken or not. When you get to know her she really is a sweet girl, but of course it takes a lot to be able to earn her trust well enough to get to know the true person she is hiding inside.

Character Back Story

Arella grew up a high maintained life. Everything she wanted she got no matter the stakes. Her father and mother always allowed her to do whatever she wanted when she wanted. With the neglect from her parents, she turned into a troubled teen who began picking up drinking habits and having sex with every person, male or female who allowed for her to. That's when she found out that she had liked girls. Even though she does like them that was something she chose to always keep to herself and claimed that whenever she sleeps with a girl it's because she was desperate for sex or that she was drunk.

Arella Blake

Arella sat on the bus keeping to herself the entire ride to Lawton Wood Summer Camp. This was going to be the first time she had ever attended one and she could already tell she may not like it in the end. After all, she didn't know anyone who was going to be there, at least from who she could tell was on the bus. The red head just wished her grandmother didn't force her parents to have her go to this stupid camp. Arella had better plans for the summer then spending it with bratty teenagers she didn't even know.
Once the bus arrived at the camp she climbed off following the other teens. The young female looked up at the wooden sign with the words Lawton Camp and let out a frustrating sigh as she slung her backpack over her left shoulder. The female took a deep breath before making her way under the sign and officially onto the camp ground.

Caius spent the entire bus ride doing three things. Listening to his I-Pod, chewing gum, and staring blankly out the window. In the back of his mind he still couldn't believe that this was happening. He could have been practicing with his band, getting somewhere with what he wanted his career to be. But instead he had to spend the entire summer trapped in camp with people he didn't even know, or really want to get to know. His parents were only making him go because they thought he should make some friends, that he spent too much time focusing on music. Well at least he had something he loved to focus on, unlike them. They were trying to make him go their route, barely getting enough money to get by, but being safe, consistent. They didn't want him on the roller coaster ride that was being a musician. But that wasn't going to change and they knew that.

When the bus stopped he picked up his guitar case and backpack from the seat next to him, a nice assurance that nobody else would be sitting there, and got off with the rest of the teens. His backpack was heavy, probably due to the entire case of white Ultra Monsters that he had stuffed in there, along with some snacks and candy. Stuff to get him by for the as long as he could. His parents had also given him one of their credit cards, their way of trying to make it up to him, he could buy whatever he wanted from the general store that they had here.

Caius wordlessly helped the adults unload the bus, for the sheer reason that he wanted to get his stuff and get away from all the teens as quickly as possible. Once that was done to grabbed his suitcase and took off into the campgrounds. Hoping that they got their cabin assignments soon. He wanted to explore, find a nice quiet hidden spot that he could call his own, and spend as much of the summer as he possibly could there.

Arella let out a soft sigh as she finally turned towards the bus and grabbed the rest of her bags out the back along with her acoustic guitar. She swung her bags across her shoulders and held the guitar case firmly within her right hand as she began making her way through the crowd to the area many others were surrounded by. After reaching the area she realized it had been a board with the cabin pairings up. The red head scanned through the names looking for her own. After coming across it finally, she followed the dotted lines leading over towards Evangeline Jack.

For some reason that name sounded very familiar but most likely it would have been from school or from around town. After all, Arella did know a lot of people, she was one of the most popular girls around the town and school. Of course there were obvious reasons why, but she wasn't going to think about that. The red head slowly began walking towards cabin number ten but once she arrived she noticed there was a girl with bright red hair standing inside. At that moment she had remembered who she was, they had a few run ins back at school a few times.

The young female sighed and made her way over towards her bed. Even though the run ins were never really bad enough to where they hated each other's guts, she still felt a bit awkward being in the same room with her for the entire summer. Arella made her way over towards Evangeline and tapped on her shoulder to get her attention. "Hey, um, I'm pretty sure you already know who I am but if you don't I'm Arella Blake. Before you say anything I just want to say I'm sorry for the things I said to you in the past. We always got into these small little arguments at school." At that point she felt stupid for everything she was saying and felt like she was rambling on, but she just wanted to be sure she'd at least find some sort of peace with her roommate. Whether they speak to each other again after this or not is a completely different story, but she was at least going to try.

Earbuds in her ears, music turned up as loud as it could possibly go, bare legs crossed with left leg bouncing along to the beat of the music that was playing from her cell phone, the brunette hummed along with the song that was playing. Every now and then she'd get complaints from other kids who were on the bus with her, but she just shrugged them off and continued on with what she was doing. After all, even though she was forced to go to this stupid summer camp, she still had to work on her own music.

Once the bus pulled up to the camp she let out a relieved sigh, happy that she was finally going to be able to get off this stuffy bus and out into the fresh air. The young female pushed through the crowds to get to her things in the back of the bus. Before making her way over towards the room board she checked on Sera, her beautiful red fender guitar. After finding that she was alright, she closed the case and continued making her way towards the board. After scrolling down the list she noticed that she had been the only one in the entire camp who didn't have a roommate. Well at least that is until late comers show up.

The young brunette smiled and shrugged her shoulders as she began making her way through the crowds once more and into cabin fourteen. Leaving the door wide open for the fresh air, she claimed the bed by the window and began unpacking. Once she was finished she pulled Sera out and began strumming the strings as she sang along to the original song she had been working on for the past month.

Leah glanced around the bus. Most of the teenagers were looking at their phones or sleeping. Leah didn't own a phone, never had. She leaned against the window and looked up at the sky outside. This was as long away from home she had ever been and she felt great. Everyone else on the bus seemed to be dreading the place they were going, but Leah was quite positive about it. No matter what, it couldn't be worse than home.

The bus finally stopped and she tried to get off, but a boy bumped into her. "Watch where you going.. redneck" he hissed before pushing her aside and jumping out of the bus. Was it really that obvious where she was from? Leah followed carefully behind him, trying not to let the words hurt her. He was probably just having a bad day. She briefly helped getting the others luggage out of the bus, then she grabbed her own suitcase and followed the crowd to a bulletin board with names on it. After letting everyone else look first, she finally found her own name. "Leah Anderson and Summer Makinna," she whispered to herself. Summer was a nice name. She wondered if the girl would be nice too.

Leah started to walk, but then realized she didn't know where she was going. The only cabins she could see from here had the numbers 11, 12 and 13 on them. Hers was number 7. She glanced around the camping site. The place was beautiful. She wanted to go find her cabin as soon as possible so she could start exploring the area. She looked around to find someone she could ask for help. There was a big shirtless guy talking to some pretty girl. Then there was another blonde girl not far from them. She didn't want to ask the two people talking. The guy looked a bit intimidating. She decided to ask the blonde girl who was on her own. She looked like someone from the big city and Leah couldn't help feel a little nervous. She took a deep breath and instinctively grabbed the cross she was wearing around her neck. She might hate talking to strangers, but she wasn't gonna let it show. She walked over to the girl who was dressed nicely. Leah couldn't help compare the blondes outfit to her own worn-out dress and old boots. "Do you know where I can find cabin 7?" she asked with her thick Southern accent and smiled.

Layla Grey

Image Layla spent most of the bus ride listening to music and hadn't bothered to look at any of the others on the bus. ''God, I hate buses''she thought and continued looking out the window. there is no way she would have survived the ride without her Ipod. it was the old, but it had served her well.

Once the bus finally arrived at the camp, Layla grabbed her luggage(Mainly just clothes and her back up pair of headphones) and made her way over to the notice board to check her cabin pairings with her headphones still on.She found her name and her cabin pairing ''Raquel Pierce, Wonder what shes like?''. On the way to the cabin, she couldn't help but notice the lake. ''Didn't Know there was a lake here'' she thought. At the cabin Layla took out her headphones and put her Ipod in her bag. Her foster parents wanted her to make loads of friends, but Layla didn't see that happening. ''I wont be here long, it will be over soon. I hope''.

Layla had gotten up early that morning as she had forgotten to pack and she decided to try and get some sleep. The bed in the camp wasn't as uncomfortable as Layla had imagined. ''Maybe I could sleep all through this stupid camp''. . But she couldn't with the sunlight coming in through the window. She decided she had better get acquainted with at some of the others.
''wonder if anyones worth talking to'' she said to herself, as she was leaving the cabin. 'I just hope they don't
ask questions''

Evie was looking around the cabin, small but spacey, with two beds and a window in the middle of the room. She supposed that there were some cabins that looked exactly like this one, and others that looked nothing like it, as she'd actually been to summer camp once when she was 11, before she had started skating. The place was nice enough. She was still scrutinizing it and thinking about the other cabins when she felt a tap on the shoulder. She turned around to face a red head with a guitar case, and it suddenly clicked.

Oh. I know EXACTLY who you are now.

This was Arella Blake. She was in school with Evie, and they had never exactly gotten along quite well. It was never enough to send Evie of the rail or completely hate her for as long as she will live, but she still remembered quite well the comments for when she dyed her hair turquoise, or blonde, or any other damned color for some reason. She looked at Arella fully expecting her to say she looked like a Shirley Temple Cherry, but what she got surprised her even more. What she started hearing from the 'Queen B' in the whole school was...

An Apology.

A... Wait... An Apology??

This was surely not what Evie was expecting. She had never been apologized to, especially for petty arguments, so she didn't really know what to say. Thanks? No, that just sounds ungrateful... Make a joke? No, then you look like an ass. Uh....

"I'm er... Well, I'm a bit sorry too, for retaliating." That might as well be the worst thing you could've said. "And I guess it's a good thing, so we wouldn't be relenting the whole summer... I don't go by Evangeline, by the way," She added awkwardly. Hell, this whole thing was awkward. "It's Evie." She tapped her foot, silencing herself and rubbed the back of her neck.

Arella cleared her throat and looked to the girl, surprised that she was even giving an apology as well. Most of the time when she tried giving apologies to people, they either push them away or make a joke of it, thinking that she wasn't being serious. Just because she was the Queen B of the school, it didn't mean that she wasn't going to be nice every once in a while. "Oh um, it's alright," she responded calmly.
The female turned towards the other side of the room and began to unpack her things before speaking once more. "And about this guitar thing, please don't tell anyone back at school. I'd like it to be kept a secret," she added then turned back towards her bed and began pulling her clothes out of her bags and placing them into the dresser on her side of the cabin.

Evie shrugged her shoulders and walked over to what was now her side of the small cabin, dropping her bag and pulling things out of it. She wasn't entirely the nitty-gritty I-will-never-leave-a-speck-of-dust-near-me-ever kind of person, but she wasn't a total slob. She took her clothes out first, and tossed them in the dresser next to her bed. She nodded to Arella's request as well.

"Doesn't matter to me. Play what you want..." She paused and turned around to look at Arella. "Actually, keep it down on the pop music." She gave an audible shudder of 'horror,' half seriously, but also with a hint of humor in it. All she could do was hope her cabin-mate found it funny.

She finished throwing her clothes in the dresser and tossed her bag now only containing books and Dr. Peppers ("Are you kidding me, Mom? No way I'll survive without my Soda!"), and then grabbed her skateboard, walking out of the cabin and giving a little wave to Arella.

"I'll be out." She said lazily before running down the steps and throwing her skateboard on the ground, mounting it with ease. Hopefully Arella wouldn't be that bad this summer. For now, though, Evie was itching to skate.

Arella chuckled softly at Evie's words and nodded her head as the red head was making her way out the cabin door with her skateboard. The young female decided that she'd go out for a small swim in the lake, so she changed into her hot pink bikini and tired her long strands up into a pony tail before sliding her flip flops upon her feet and grabbing a towel. She calmly walked out the cabin, closing the door behind her and headed out towards the lake.
After arriving she noticed there was a flaming red head and a very attractive male in the lake already and she smiled softly to herself, hoping that she wouldn't have any problems with either of them this summer. She's never seen them in her life so she hoped that they wouldn't get off on the wrong foot. Arella placed her towel and flip flops down onto one of the fold out chairs on the lake's beach then headed out into the water. She noticed the male began leaving the lake and she waved back at him. There was no denying how attractive he looked with the water dripping off his body the way it was, but she wasn't going to say anything about it at that point. Arella just continued going back into the water.

Seeing as how it was a beautiful day out, Stevie thought it would be a good idea to go outside and play her acoustic for a little while. She always seemed to enjoy playing her guitar outside, it was nice and calming to her. The young brunette stood up from the bed and walked outside, her red acoustic in hand then sat down on one of the empty benches.

After she made herself comfortable on the bench, she began strumming the guitar in an even pace and began singing along with the tune she was playing. The female glanced over at the notebook she had sitting beside her every now and then, trying to place different lyrics places and switch things around to make the song sound complete.

Arella felt the small chill of the air around her once the wind picked up slightly so she decided it was time to get out the lake and change back into her dry clothes. After picking up her towel and wrapping it around her dripping body, she grabbed her purse and slung it over her shoulder and began making her way towards her cabin.

She was digging in her purse to find her cell phone to see how much charge she had left on it but as she was keeping her eyes glued to her purse, she happened to bump straight into a gorgeous blonde female and the attractive male she saw in the water with the flaming red head. Arella quickly glanced up towards the two of them and spoke, "I am so sorry about that! I should have been watching where I was going!"

Once the girl turned around and started undressing him with her eyes he could tell exactly what kind of girl she was from the look of her. He wondered if she thought she was sneaky by looking him up and down but what could he say he was a sexy stud. This blonde was nothing new to him she was the prep type and the preps thought they were the most entitled people on the world but they at least in his mind were very superficial. A grin came across his face when she spoke of seeing him talking to Raquel earlier which meant she was the jealous type but to cover it up played hard to get but that also came with the prep status and Aiden could play that game as well. Before he could say anything she said he was cute with a wink and walked away right into another girl, it was the girl he had waved at as he was heading back to his cabin after his run.

Aiden turned towards the two women and walked over to them and stood next to the two and put a hand on each of their shoulders. Now now ladies come on it's the first day of camp and your already fighting over me, there's no need for that ladies. Lets all just be friends and not fight over something so amazing, everyone knows sharing is caring and what can I say I'm a nice guy." He said with a laugh and flexed his arms a little to create a three person kind of hug. "Now before she goes telling you I'm cute runner boy the name's Aiden, it's nice to meet you I saw you earlier at the lake. This here is cute table girl." He said with a grin on his face at the fact that he got her back with a stupid chummy name.

The female chuckled at his words, "Fighting over you? Please. I won't deny that you're attractive and all but I don't know a single thing about you other than you being highly cocky," she stated in a calm voice. Of course she really wanted to get to know this guy a bit more, but she wasn't going to give it away very easily. But then again this girl Aiden seemed to call table girl was gorgeous too. Arella mentally shook her head and smiled softly, she needed to keep away from the females, it was already bad enough that most of her family doesn't accept that, she didn't need to start falling for a girl she already had a feeling wouldn't like it. "Oh, um, I'm Arella," she introduced.

ImageSummer chuckled "I'm with her, sorry Aiden right?" She rolled her big blue eyes "I fight over no man, especially when there so many others to choose from. She said lightly. Then she turned to the girl, who introduced herself as Arella, and smiled, not the lazy "I don't care smiles" that she was giving to Aiden but a true smile that made her squint a little and showed off the dimples in her left cheek. And contrary to what this conceited male has told you mu name is Summer, nice to meet you" She took the girl in ,ever observant as always. She could tell the girl was a prep like her and that put her at ease. She liked fellow preps, instead of most girls in her clique, who were frenemies, she truly was friends with all of them.

She tilted her head a bit before asking "Anybody know when this shindig is gonna start" She looked around for any sign of people in charge, but gave up on her search about two minuets in. She did however, note that neither of the girls moved from the embrace.

Arella smiled and nodded her head at Summer, "It's nice to meet you as well Summer,"[/color] she stated as she began removing herself from Aiden's embrace. "I think we're supposed to gather by a campfire in a couple hours once it hits dark. I overheard something about that from one of the camp instructors a couple hours ago when we were getting off the bus," Arella explained as she continued looking in her hot pink purse for her phone once more. It felt as if she was on a scavenger hunt, "Ha! I found it!" she stated in an excited tone aloud. "I should probably clean out my purse more," she added as she noticed that her phone was dead as a door nail then dropped it back into her hot pink bag.

After getting a better look at the blonde female she noticed that she was a prep as well, mainly just from how she was dressed. It was nice finding another prep around. From what she could tell there weren't that many here at this camp.

Aiden laughed and took his arm off of Summer. "Well rn't you a feisty one Summer, well maybe if you didn't walk off without telling me your name or getting mine I wouldn't of had to call you table girl besides I owed you one for referring to me as runner boy." He said and playfully bumped nudged Summer. He stood there watching Arella fishing threw her purse to find her cell phone and then as quick as her excitement had came it went when she noticed her phone was dead. "Awwww don't look glum it's not like it would matter if it had any battery this place is a dead zone so to worry about your phone is silly. Plus you got new friends to hang out and dear god I saw it actually talk to in person,I have a feeling the point of this camp is to make friends so you have people to talk to about how lame and boring the stuff they are going to make us do and have to sit and listen to. Well I'm starting to get hungry you two want to try and find where to get some food at before we have to start our lovely summer of fun filled events." He said with a smile and a bit of sarcasm on the last part.

Arella giggled at Aiden's words and sighed. "Yeah, that's easy for you to say," she stated instantly but shook it off. Back at home Arella didn't really have many friends, she always thought that it was the way she treated people but she finally figured that if they couldn't handle her being herself, the blunt, over honest bitch, then they weren't worth her time at all. Though the couple friends she had, they were out at the Bahamas for the summer, on a trip she was supposed to join them on but got canceled because some how her grandmother forced her parents to send her out to this stupid camp.

"I wouldn't mind joining you two for food but I'd like to change out of this swimsuit if you don't mind," Arella answered as she glanced down to her towel covered body. It was beginning to get a little cold standing out in a bikini and towel. The female shivered slightly as she tucked her damp hair behind her left ear and began making her way towards her cabin before turning around to speak to Summer and Aiden, "I wouldn't mind you two tagging along, but Aiden, you'd have to stand outside until I'm finished changing if you want to come with me so we could all get to the cafeteria together."

ImageSummer Shrugged at Arella and Aiden "I'm game She said with a smile "Besides I could use some friends at this camp". she pushed a long blonde strand of hair from her face. "So what's your story I mean I doubt any of us asked to be sent here. I know I didn't" She could hear a hint of resentment in her voice. She cringed inwardly at the sound but miraculously held it in.

She looked around "So are we leaving now, or what?" she asked, inwardly cringing again at the tone of her voice. "Sorry, me being sent here is a touchy subject" She added with a laugh that she wished sounded more whole hearted.

If she was completely honest she felt betrayed. Her family had no actual reason for sending her here aside from the fact that she hurt he dads pride. Which in defense, he deserved it,
