"I call unto thee spirits of the damned!"
Ira is sorta... all over the place. He is charasmatic, but has to constantly speak to other souls whenever they have problems. It is the duty of a Summoner to ease the souls hearts in order to make them fit for combat. Naturally he's a happy sort of guy who jumps all over the place with excitement, since he had to talk to the souls, his excitement sorta dulled but he learned of various ways to talk to people. He has become actually quite compelling when it comes to the manner of speech and negotiations. Though souls are tricky to talk to and sometimes Ira can just get so sick and tired of them to the point where he'll summon them and quite literally shout at them.
Once you become a summoner, your mind will open up to the souls of the monsters and people inside your book. Your mind openes up to the realm of murderers, monsters, creatures of horror, and fight to keep your sanity. Ira's had it easy, for the most part anyway. He went a little insane for the first couple of years. The link between a Summoner and their summonees is a open line, until the day the summoner dies, so if a spirit wants to talk to Ira about something (Even if it's about cupcakes) That spirit will talk about it now. The link for the most part is telepathic.
The upside to having the voices of undead spirits in your head, is that they know everything you need to know and more. The spirits of warriors know every possible attack, the spirits of mages know every kind of spell, except being told what to do, then knowing what to do are very different.
A dagger concealed in the waist.
A summoners handbook, which half of the book is blank - It needs to be filled out. In order for them to be filled out, Ira needs to speak to all the souls which already aid him in combat for the names of stronger, more powerful souls. These souls will only speak once they defeat a worthy opponent.
