"I'm happy to be here with you too," she whispered back in the same tone. Everything just seemed so right and it was perfect. It was hard to believe that she was even here with him right now.
(I got a dramatic RP idea. Check OOC)
From a distance, Ace watched by the juice bar. He saw how Stephanie moved her hips, and grinded on his ex best friend. He'd wished that was him, but at this point, there was not much he could do. But he had an idea... He knew Jack and what he tolerated... He knew that he wouldn't aprove a guy like Jeff...maybe he could give Jack a heads up on Jeff...Ace walked out of the party and jogged over to Stephanie's family's farm. As the sun rose, he saw Jack rocking in a chair, shinning his old fashion gun. "Mr. Jack! Mr. Jack!" He yelled, as if it were an emergency. He knew exactly what he was doing.
"Stephanie!! I found you!" she exclaimed. Stephanie looked at her best friend without leaving Jeff's arms.
"No shit," Stephanie replied sarcastically.
"No need to be rude. At least I waited until you were done."
Stephanie rolled her eyes. "Who were you dancing with the entire time?"
Mya shrugged her shoulders. "I have no idea."
Stephanie laughed. "Slut," she said and Mya just laughed with her best friend.
Jack was rocking in the rocking chair scanning the farm field for his daughter. She wasn't home yet and he was getting ready to lock the front door. "Mr. Jack! Mr. Jack!" Jack leaned forward and squinted and he saw Ace. It has been a while since Jack had seen Ace, but this didn't look like a time for reunion. Jack placed the gun down. Ace wasn't a threat. "What is it, son?" he asked with concern.
Ace approached then lawn and took in a few deep breathes. "Stephanie...She's...She..." He needed a few moments to catch his breath, he didn't know how to say what he was going to say.
Jeff didn't tolerate the hesitation when it came to his daughter. "Stephanie what! Spit it out boy," he spat out growing rather impatient.
"So are you having fun? I saw you too over here having sex on the dance floor," Mya had said. "I don't know about sex, but Stephanie was doing some heavy grinding out there," He then leaned in to her ear, "Maybe I can show her some grinding of my own," He said jokingly. He then excused himself to the table where all the punch was spiked with vodka, and didn't mind a few cups to drink.
Ace Sucked up his breathe, and spat it out. "Stephanie...Jeff, were kissing...Party....Grinding..." Was all he could say.
Stephanie gasped and slapped her best friend in the arm. "I am not having sex, Mya!" She exclaimed. Mya laughed at the flushed look on Steph's face.
Jack was in utter shock at first, but now he is just angry. "Thank you for the news. I will deal with them when they come home," he said gripping onto his gun. Carol(i forgot her name) came out and saw Ace. "Ace! How are you honey? Do you want to come in?"
After seeing Jack's expression, Ace knew that his deed was done. Out came Carol, who he'd used to think of as a mother-in-law, offered for him to come in. "Sure, Misses Black." He walked in passed her, and complimented her on her hair.
Turning back to Jeff she could see that he was a bit tipsy. "And it's time to go, love." She grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the barn exit.
Carol was happy that Ace agreed to come in. Jack followed them both inside, keeping quiet. He was too angry to speak. Carol didn't like the silence. "Umm. Jack how is the family? Are you hungry?" She asked.
Ace sat down, and nodded, realizing he didnt eat much at the party. "Sure, I'd love something to munch on, Misses Carol, thanks." Ace sat back and took in a breath. He figured the two of them would be walking through the door any minute, and waited anticipating this moment to come.
Carol was getting out cookies that she had made earlier from scratch. Her cookies were delicious. "Hello dear," she said handing the plate off to Ace. Jack stood up and walked over to Jeff and pulled him right back outside. Stephanie was going to follow, but Jack looked at her and glared. "You are grounded." Before shutting the door in her face. Jack let go of Jeff and clutched his gun. "You need to get the hell off my farm," he said.
Ace grinned with satisfaction as Jack dragged Jeff outside. He gently picked up a cookie and took a bite cheerfully. "Great cookies, as always, Misses Black." He took another bite, and looked at Stephanie, and stood to his feet.
Jack was very angry and was trying to calm down so he could tell Jeff why. "I didn't let you stay on the farm so you could be with my daughter. I need to you to pack up your things and leave. But I will be generous and give you until breakfast tomorrow and pack your things." And with that Jack walked back into the house with saying another word. He glanced at his daughter and then headed upstairs to his room. Carol sighed. "I'm going to check on Jack." Carol also went upstairs leaving Stephanie and Ace at the table.
Stephanie at the last of her cookie and just stared at Ace. "What did you do?" Was all she asked.
Jefferson sat on the porch with his head in his hands. He grunted as he thought about what could possibly be happening to him. "GAH!" He yelled, annoyed with the fact that Ace, his ex bestfriend, was in his girl's house, possibly talking it up with her. But he knew Stephanie enough that she wouldn't diss him like that. He rarely trusted anyone, and Stephanie became an accept-ion. Guess he needed someone to trust, after the crazy and deadly life he lived before he stepped foot on this farm. Where would he go? He can't go back to the city, can he? Scar and them would be waiting for his return. They probably caught on to the fact that he ran away from the gang, scared to abide by the gun at such a early age..Who would he call to take him in by tomorrow morning?
He pulled out a crumpled piece of paper, and starred at the pretty number's that were written across from it. Nicki! He thought, as he yanked out his phone.
She opened the door and walked out. She wrapped her arms around herself and sat next to him. Jeff was on the phone, hopefully it didn't mean that he was leaving. She wanted him to stay and if her dad had kicked him out then she wouldn't be able to see him again.
After walking out the house, Ace stood to his feet. Without asking, he strolled up the stairs as if he were going to the bathroom. He wondered into Jeff's room, and slowly peeked in. "Hm." He said, welcoming himself in. He looked from head to toe, with his hands in his pocket. On his dresser was a picture of a middle aged woman. Ace remembered her from when she used to pick Jeff up from school in middle school. "Good times, good times..." Ace murmured, as he sat the frame back down. She was the sweetest woman ever. To bad she passed months after him and Jeff split as friends. Maybe that was why he turned to that horrible gang that killed Ace's older brother. Ace could never forgive Jeff for turning to them, knowing what they did to his brother years before. Maybe he got what he deserved..
Ace turned to his luggage that was still let open. "Hm," he thought, thinking to himself. He knelt down to the back and searched through it.
Jeff bit his lower lip, and looked away into the horizon. "I'm not sure," He said calmly. "I'm such an idiot!" He suddenly burst into anger. He jumped up and threw his hands up in the air. "Why did I even try this?! I knew this'll get me into a big fuck-bubble of trouble!" He grunted and kicked a near by rock yards away. "I needed this!" Then his mind directed to Ace. "You know Ace? Yeah, well him and I don't float on the same boat!" He plopped back down on the stairs. "I don't know if I'll ever see you again. I'll try..."
