Characteristics : No one knows his true form. He takes the presence of a 13 year old girl with long, black hair. His eyes have no pupils. He wears a long nightgown. His other known form is that of his name. You may know he is here if you feel a breeze flowing around you.
Personality : A truly evil being, The Wind was not created with a true personality. He does not speak nor understand words that you speak. He has a thought process and a really clever mind, but only focused on two things: Survival and Killing. His perception of fun is toying with his prey. He has acquired the taste of human flesh and that is all he knows. An advanced zombie, if you will.
Likes : Human flesh.
Dislikes : Not getting Human Flesh.
Powers (2 max) : She has the power of controlling oxygen and manipulate it to her will. Meaning she can do a LOT of things. Examples are pick people up with air (Levitation), Change the atmosphere around them (In the long term, weather control.), and even suck the oxygen out of the air (Vacuum).
Back story : As a science experiment gone wrong, The Wind was put in a Cryogenic Tube to rest for eternity. Only, The Wind got out. A one of a kind species, it didn't really have an entity and traveled around for some time as a stray wind until it came across it's first taste: The blood of a dead 13 year old girl in a night gown. Now it takes the girl's form...and it hunts...and it kills.

The Wind
It must feed...
It immediately awoke from it's slumber, looking in all directions through it's Shadow Form. It peered through nothing but trees. It wasn't worried about discovery. All the humans would feel is the Power across their backs as it brushed past them.
Feed...
It closed it's eyes and imagined. When opening it's eyes, it took a form.
The first...
It always remembered it's first taste...it's first sweet taste of the Human Nectar. It always wanted more...nothing could fulfill the taste.
The first...
Getting it's bearings, it took a step. And another.
It must feed...
It was hungry. It knew. It needed some Human Nectar to satisfy itself.
It must locate...it must feed...
It levitated. It knew how to do that. It saw the world. It saw the Power. And it controlled the Power...
It must locate...
It flew. It controlled the Power. The Power pushed it up, higher and higher. It saw it's location. It saw through the Power. It saw the town...
It must feed...
It told the Power to push her. The Power obeyed. It drifted closer to the town. It blinked. It took on the Shadow Form.
No sight...no fight...
It became the Power. The Power was it. It controlled the Power. It spied on the Humans.
It's not fair...
It watched the Power. The Power entered the Humans. The Power sustained the Humans. The Power never came out again. Less Power for it.
It's not fair...
Humans are Power Suckers. Power Suckers harm it. It must destroy Power Suckers before Power Suckers take away all the Power.
It must feed...
It drifted through a Human Hub. Cafe Amour Human Hub. It had a little fun. It sent Power down to it. It set a mood. A "cold wind" as Humans would say. But it would not attack the Human Hub. It would just let the Humans feel the Power.
It MUST feed...
It spotted. Male, short, plump, easy Nectar.
IT...MUST...
It took on it's form...The First. It spotted the Male. The Male spotted it. The Male turned to run.

The Male's last cry was cut off.

It left with no trace...
It left the scene as soon as it entered. It drank the Human Nectar. All of it. It took the Male's head and arm to eat. It was able to make the head and arm Shadow Form as it had just done. And it feasted...
It cause quite a stir...
It looked down at the gathering scene below. It saw the remains of what it had left behind. It saw a decapitated body missing an arm, but yet no blood. It continued to feast...
It sense a strange presence...
It looked at the crowd. A unique scent penetrated it's nose. A Female pushed her way through the crowd to see the scene.
It spies Hunting Female...
It rarely sees Hunting Female. Hunting Female hunt for it. It'll never be captured. It is too elusive.
It wanna play...
Hunting Female brings enjoyment to it. It can torture. It can make Hunting Female beg for mercy. Then, it kill Hunting Female. Slowly...painfully...Hunting Female won't stop it's way of life. Hunting Female protect Humans. Humans take away the Power...
It plays...
It send Power down through the crowd. Humans will feel a "cold breeze". Hunting Female will know better...

Whilst making her way through the crowd, a cold breeze suddenly descended on the busy street.
"Huh?" She could see that other pedestrians were getting cold as well. "You have got to be kidding..." She looked up and down the street for anyone unaffected, but found nothing. She decided to continue down the road. Tucking on her cloak for warmth, and proceeded through the crowd.
