Personality: Jasmine, although considered to be the brains of the group, can be playful, excitable and fun-loving. She loves a good prank every once in a while, but her intelligence leads her to not take it too far. She can also be shy, kind and thoughtful as well as her usual flirtatious, outgoing and confident self. Jasmine is relatively independent, but sometimes needs her friends to support her through the times she needs them. Such as, when her past in the Mainland comes to bite her in the ass. Because of this, she can't afford to be too stubborn but will be when it comes to something she feels strongly about. She's quite the romantic, loving to read books about forbidden love. Although, she doesn't truly see herself being the kind of girl to get a boyfriend and fall in love.
History: Jasmine He Linn was born on the Mainland to Cai Le Linn and Po Fu Linn. Not only was she an only-child but was also born into a rather rich family. Therefore, she was extremely spoilt. As she grew, she became smarter and smarter and was always the smartest in the class. On her tenth birthday, she was walking to her friends house when out of no where someone covered her eyes with some kind of cloth. It turned out that there was a chemical on the cloth that temporarily blinded her. Still conscious, she was brutally raped and when she tried to stop the man she was beaten. Days after, she was found on a police search in the local woods.
After many months of therapy, the police almost gave up and closed the case of who abused the young, innocent girl when a clue came up. The next thing Jasmine knew, her father was being arrested and she was taken in to see how many other people he'd done this too. Sickened, her mother spat to her husband and ordered a divorce. For their safety, Jasmine and her mother were moved to the Island. Once there, Jasmine was welcomed to the group and began to recover for her past. To this day, she's terrified of returning to the Mainland and so she created the idea of scaring off the tourists out of fear. Without really knowing why, everyone else seemed to think it was a brilliant idea and used it as a way to practice their powers. She longs to tell her story, but just can't let herself do it.
