History: Adion ran away from home at an early age. It didn't take him long to become hyper alert while he went through the streets picking pockets or stealing from shops. Eventually he got caught. Soon after that, Cold Case's picked him up as a investigative tool.

Adion Volf's Story
Tiago blinked and frowned slightly even as she slowly shook her head. "Sometimes I do believe they are some of the stupidest people." she muttered laying her head back on the pillow and sighed softly.
Gibbs smiled at Tiago's remark even as he frowned slightly. "So an FBI Agent has taken our case?" he asked looking at Adion, worry and uncertainty evident in his green eyes.

"Yeah. That happened when he ran the prints. That might have also influenced why they were so light on me, compared to the usual. It was a contract guy. Apparently a quite expensive one too. They even had his picture up on the most wanted board." Adion said.
Gibbs groaned as he rubbed his face. "Shit!" he hissed as his hands slid into his loose hair and gripped tightly.
Tiago frowned as she looked from Adion to her boss. "Why is that so bad?"
Gibbs sighed as she sat down, more along the lines of slumped into the chair behind him. "Because, if an FBI agent is set to our break in case, than I can't call in Dan. We will need his help. Specially now." he said his face in a pinched frame of fear and anger.
Tiago frowned as she looked from Adion to her boss. "Why is that so bad?"
Gibbs sighed as she sat down, more along the lines of slumped into the chair behind him. "Because, if an FBI agent is set to our break in case, than I can't call in Dan. We will need his help. Specially now." he said his face in a pinched frame of fear and anger.
"They are not involved in the Smith case, just the break in. And not even that, they are after the hired guy. If they dig up something, it might lead us where we need to go." Adion said. He wasn't sure exactly how much this Dan hated the FBI.
Tiago yawned again her eyes drooping shut. Before to long she was sleeping soundly. Gibbs stood watching her for several minutes before looking at Adion. "Okay. We need to make sure that they find out who did this. I need to get back to the Scott case. "Adion, can you keep close watch on this Agent working on who did the hiring. Specially when Dan gets here?" he asked as he shifted slightly. "Who ever wants this case to stay Cold is pulling out the guns." he looked at Tiago as she slept. "I don't want this to happen again. Or something worse." he said looking back at Adion.
"I think I am going to buy a gun here soon. And yeah, I'll watch the agent. Who knows, he might actually be a worthwhile investigator." Adion said to his boss.

Gibbs shrugged at that and sighed. "Even if he is a worthy investigator, but all FBI Agents are Ordered to Capture Dan Alive and bring him in. No matter what the cost to the lives around him!" he stated with a low growl in his voice as his eyes flashed briefly, before he sighed and closed his eyes. "Sorry Adion...I've seen the Horror's of what Agent's will do just to get their hands on Dan." he said softly shaking his head to dispel the images from his mind.

"You expect me to tell him about the current case? Only what the case's name is, but that's all he'll get from me." Adion said.

Gibbs shook his head as he looked at Adion. "No. Knowing him, he probably already knows I'm working on the Smith case. Hell they always know what Cold Case I'm working on. But the fact that I'm being railroaded is probably the higher ups faults. They don't want this case opened." he said as he looked at Tiago and sighed. "Just becarefull and don't give him to much info. I don't need this Agent dead like the Detective!" he stated softly looking back at Adion. "And please do be careful!"

Gibbs chuckled as he watched Adion and nodded slightly. "Yah that you are. But still I don't want you in the hospital either." he said softly, his tone both tired and worried. "Besides that I really don't want to bring Dan in on this with FBI Agents all over it unless it's absolutely necessary." he said with a sigh and ran his hands through his messy hair. "Just watch your back. Please."

Gibbs snorted as he glared at Adion, but it was softened by the smile that seemed to twitch the corners of his lips. "Your a real wrought Adion. Hahahaha!" he said, even as the smile won out and curved his lips. "I'm sure Tiago has a spare hand held compact mirror if you want to use it!"

"But then I can't watch my entire back!" Adion said quickly, exaggerating the word entire, all the while his face gave away that he was by no means serious.

Gibbs chuckled as he shook his head, ignoring the slight thumping of his braid on his back. "But that you wouldn't have to worry bout a full length mirror that would make it impossible to move. Compact mirrors do come in handy!" he stated with a serious face but his green eyes glittered with mirth.
Tiago chuckled softly as she listened to her boss and friend jest with each other as she shifted on the bed to face them her head hurt but she's had worse.

"Bull! I can carry a full sized mirror with ease." Adion said, again with only his voice being serious.

Gibbs snorted as he looked at Adion a brow raised. "And look like an idiot in the process." he said with a straight face even as his eyes glittered.
"Yes! I knew it!" exclaimed Gibbs as he slammed his left fist into his right palm and turned to Tiago his eyes wide. "He is an Idiot! Just as I thought!" he stated grinning like a loon his green eyes aglow with mirth.
