Complexion: He is extremely pale as he hide’s himself away from the sun with his clothing. He does have a scar going across his left cheek which is one difference between his brother. However it is usually hidden.
Height and Weight: 6’0” and 160
Body Type: He doesn’t have a lot of muscle in his upper body and some may consider Skinny and just tall, exactly like his twin brother. However he is still very fit for someone his age.
Regular Clothing: A mask A black Fadora with a card; the card has two sides one white with a Queen on it and the second side is bacl with a red R, he wears a Black Trench Coat with a red R on the back. He hide’s most of his skin from the sun and so is very pale as only his silver eyes are usually shown.

Unlike his brother he is fairly laid back but is ruthless in some situations. If approached he probably won’t talk unless he finds you interesting or it has to be done. He doesn’t like working for Team Rocket but they help him towards his goal and they are simply a tool to be used and discarded. He is very close to his Pokémon treating them like family. His shyness is something his brother bugs him about constantly. Since Quinn just will usually stand there and just blink a few times saying nothing or just sock his brother in the face, the later tends to happen more often.
Brief History:
Both Quinn and his twin Brother David grew up with their single mother at home, Quinn had come first by a few hours before his younger brother. Quinn left home earlier then his brother to find work and moved them to the Johto Region where he found work from Team Rocket which the pay was okay, enough to support his mother at home. He's worked with Team Rocket for the past 6 years of his life and has done things he wish he hadn't.

Pokémon History: He got Charmander first before David got his own Totodile when he did they battled but even still with Charmander at a disadvantage Quinn was able to win the battle, so far they’ve been a great team working, living, growing up together. She always seemed to evolve at the right time’s during the fight for Vulpix she evolved handing a Team Rocket’s grunt a quick defeat and then when a Pokémon Ranger tried to stop him from raising Vida as an egg she evolved again defeating the Ranger as well.

Pokémon History: He meet Tails when she was a little Vulpix being abused by a Team Rocket Grunt, Quinn stepped in punching the grunt in the nose and taking the Vulpix. The grunt not being too happy about that ordered his Pokémon to attack Quinn, however Blaze stepped in and during the ensuing battle evolved and won Tails and she’s ever grateful as Quinn helped nurse her back to health.

Pokémon History: He raised Vida since she had been a little egg, he had found her in a bush all alone and abandoned. He wasn’t sure why she had been but took the egg as his own. As he had been going back to base a Pokemon Ranger had tried to stop him from keeping the egg. In that battle he was able to defeat the Ranger and escape with the egg. She is not one of his main fighting Pokemon but mainly for travel and such.

Pokémon History: He actually got her for a present from his Brother for his 22 birthday. Since then she has also become one of Quinn’s favorite Pokémon on his team as she will be usually seen with Quinn even when outside of battle. She fights dirty and likes to hang around Quinn since he will do anything to accomplish his goals something Shadow relates too. She evolved when Quinn was actually fighting his brother in one of the dispute's, Quinn had been losing up until Shadow evolved and well then served David up on a platter.
