Snowy giggled. "D-Do you really think he, of all people, w-would accept help...? M-More like run from it... H-He doesn't w-want cheered up... H-He doesn't w-want to forget... B-Because his blackened past m-made him w-who he is..." Snow paused and thought about it while stroking Gypsy's fur. "H-He doesn't w-want to be reminded either, of course..." Snowy smiled at Shadow. "H-Hi Shadow...! I-I take it you scolded Tyr properly...? B-Big brother hates it w-when people assume it's their fault..." Snow noticed that Shadow was growling at Rowan. "O-Oh, I see..." Snowy gave Rowan a stern look, but it ended up looking more adorable. "B-Big brother also doesn't like it w-when people step out of line... I-It w-wasn't your place to scold Tyr, nor should you have... F-For Tyr did nothing w-wrong..."
Soel stayed in his den. Shaking. Remembering. Fearing. He curled up on the padded floor and held his head, trying to get the memories to disappear. He refused to run from his past, but he didn't want to remember it either. Axis and Axel growled menacingly at anyone who tried to enter the cavern, and blocked all sources of entry. Jasper curled up next to Soel to comfort him.
"Just because we want to cheer him up or support him does not mean we want Soel to forget." Evie smiled gently at the young boy before turning to see Rowan flying in with Shadow. What has Tyr done now? She shook her head listening to Snowy talk to Shadow. Rowan perched on her shoulder grumbling only the way birds know how to. She stroked his sleek feather and chuckled as the bird was apparently once again scolded. "You should be kinder my friend." Rowan started squawking at her in annoyance.
"He wishes to clear up that he was not... scolding Tyr because of how he was acting but because he was glaring at Rowan for no reason other than he was angry with himself. He apologizes for the misunderstanding." Satisfied with the explanation, Rowan flew high up and left in search for a place for his Unkindness to stay the night. "I suggest we leave Tyr alone for a little while for although Shadow has probably made it clear it was not his fault, he will not want to see anyone right now. Not unlike Soel, Tyr has some darkness in his past that haunts him to." She started playing with the leather cord around her neck absentmindedly. "I do not know what they are, but he was a part of the war long before any of us were born." Having spent two short bouts with him, Evie knew a few things about the older man most probably did not. She would not call them friends but a few times he had shaken her awake from one of her nightmares and once she witnessed one of his.
Tyr
"Hey!" Tyr flinched out of the way reflexively when Shadow nipped at him. He rolled his eyes and turned to the kitten that now ran at him. "Alright you." He crouched down only to be 'pounced' on by Sif. "That was beautifully done, Sif. Good job! Let's go find something to eat." He listened as Shadow chased Rowan away with a grin. Ha, that's what you get for attacking me. He placed Sif back on the ground and started deeper into the cave in search for anything that could feed him and a growing kitten. When he found a doe (thing), he quieted Sif and directed her towards the prey. Sif being only two months old didn't quiet understand patients and sprung forward. Tyr chuckled to himself as the deer ran away and the Caracal tried to chase after it. He kept tabs on where the animal ran off to and praised the kitten for her efforts. The next time they found their meal, he made a quiet sound so Sif would wait and watch. At the right moment, he shot up straight and hurled his knife at the deer. Unsurprisingly it ran off but was mortally wounded. The pair tracked her down and Tyr swiftly ended her life. Gutting it right then and there so he wouldn't get sick, he dragged it back to the campsite where they feasted.
Snowy tilted his head in confusion. "N-No... I-I m-mean that big brother doesn't like it w-when people pity him... S-So... H-He doesn't w-want anyone trying to help him... H-He says he can't get stronger unless he learns to deal with it on his own..." Snow smiled and finished what he had been sewing. He held up the dress he made to show Evie. "A-All done...!"
"Understandable." Evie replied before getting surprised by the clothes Snowy held up. "You are forever impressing me, Snowy. I could never do anything like this." She placed a hand on his shoulder and gave it a gentle squeeze. "Beautiful work."
Tyr
After cleaning up the deer and letting the fire die out, Tyr decided to explore the cave more. Looking down at a lazy Sif he grinned, "Come on you, let's see if there's more to this cave than anyone knows. Or perhaps we'll run into other, we can't isolate ourselves forever." She purred and started scampering off towards the exit of their sanctuary. Knowing she wouldn't run too far ahead of him, Tyr kept his pace lazy.
Looking away when Snowy changed, Evie noted how beautiful the place was. It looked like a winter wonderland without the actual freeze of winter. When she looked back, Snowy was now in an adorable white lolita dress with his long hair tied up. She smiled at him before turning to see a kitten run by. Seconds later Tyr called to the cat and greeted them before sprinting away. Evie shook her head in amusement and then took a seat next to Snowy. "Would you mind reading to me?" She asked a little embarrassed. Having grown up with parents who hated her and then raised by animals she never learned to read or write. Hell, she only learned to speak because her parents (father) hated her childish babble. She looked down and began picking the flowers and fashioning them into a circle. She had at least one skill, she could make a crown of flowers.
Tyr
Tyr sighed when Sif picked up speed as she passed the rabbit area. "SIF!" He called. As he walked by the entrance that looked like a winter scene, he turned to look in. It was an interesting contrast to witness. The young boy was dressed in a white dress with his hair in pigtails easily fitting in with environment, even Sindri looked to belong. The one who stuck out was Evie, a black figure against a sea of white. He grinned and waved, "Looking good, lil Rabbit. The dress is cute." Then he turned to see Sif running faster and farther about to disappear into the shadows. "Sif! Slow down!" He shifted his weight to start sprinting towards his ward. The little feline was going to keep him young that's for sure.
All Tyr saw was a blur of white before Snowy stood before him with Sif in his arms. "Thanks." He chuckled taking the kitten into his arms. She mewed unhappily before settling into his arms and falling asleep. He shook his head while following Snowy into the field of white flowers. Like usual he was slower to join, catching the ending to his sentence to Evie. The young woman smiled happily although like usual it was a ghost of a smile.
"W-would you like to listen too, Caracal?" Tyr looked up from his gaze at Evie and cocked his head. Oh yeah, we haven't officially met. "I-I see the clothes fit good.. Th-that's good... I-I only had time to m-make a rough estimate..."
"Yes, quite well. A little short on the legs, but nothing big. Sif would end up clawing at them anyway." He shrugged with a grin, shifting the sleeping kitten as he sat at an angle to Snowy and Evie. "She just realized she has claws." He stage whispered to the boy. In a normal voice he smiled, "I am Tyr Landvik Guardian of the Caracals, but please call me Tyr." He nodded at the young rabbit. He would have shaken Snowy's hand but he would have woken Sif in the process and that would have ended badly. As in cuts and a very angry cat with very pointy nails. "Hello Lady Valkyrie, fancy meeting you here." He teased lightly loving whenever she glared at him. It was too easy to tease her. "I would love to hear a story, what is the tale today?" Readdressing the Snow Hare Guardian.
Evie
She watched as Snowy ran at top speed out of the field. She sat up straight listening to where the young boy was going. It was only a few minutes before he returned with Tyr leisurely following behind. When Snowy plopped down, he smiled, "O-of course...! I-I love reading to people..." She smiled back at him. When he asked Tyr if he would like to listen she had to stop herself from showing how much she didn't want him to join. She listened to them talk as she continued to pick flowers and weave them into an intricate crown. She didn't look up again until Tyr greeted her in his usual Tyr fashion. "Hello Lady Valkyrie, fancy meeting you here." She glared at him without saying anything. Evie saw the laughter and mischief in his eyes knowing how much he got to her. He always made references to her, calling her the Raven Queen, Valkyrie, and on occasion Odin, and she never understood them. He of course refused to tell her, always saying he'll tell her the tales later. He never got the chance to for she always left before he could.
His attention on her was quickly drawn away when he asked what Snowy would be reading. Evie settled back again, using Sindri as a back rest. When she finished the crown she leaned over and placed it on Snowy's head before gently dropping back to listen.
But taking the time to write them out would take me days.
So I decided to use links.
She listened as Snowy spun tales of ancient gods and beings. He first spoke of Tyr who was a mighty warrior and apparently also a god of justice. She couldn't really see the resemblance between the god and the Guardian, but she kept quiet. Then the little rabbit spoke of the Valkyries. Unintentionally, Evie paused in weaving another crown to listen to the story of her nickname. It was interesting at first when he spoke women who went down to great battles to choose worthy fallen soldiers to fight in the final battle of Ragnarok. She frowned however, when he came to the part where they could be cruel and used malicious magic to ensure a man would be slain. She didn't think she liked the nickname anymore... not that she particularly favored it before. Snowy continued on to talk about Odin, Thor, and the mischievous god Loki.
He doesn't stutter when he tells stories... Evie observed while she listened to his smooth voice. It lulled her, hypnotizing her into comfort that she had never felt before. The trance was only broken when she felt another enter the area. She turned her head a little to see Soel sneak in. She turned her head back to listen to him finish his story.
Tyr complimented Snowy on his knowledge on the subject. He then turned to her and with a grin and mischievous eyes asked Evie her thoughts. Looking down at the flowers she held in her fingers she replied, "I am no spirit of carnage or a farrier of souls." After Tyr laughed and explained himself she looked up at Snowy and said, "The stories were intriguing to listen to, thank you for tell me them. Where did you hear them?"
Tyr
Tyr was quiet impressed with how well the young rabbit knew his Norse mythology. He only knew so much because his parents had books full of their lineage's folklore. He still had some of the books, but many had been lost during the war. That didn't stop him from memorizing everything he knew about the Norse gods and goddesses.
When Snowy started talking about the Valkyries and then Odin, he watched Evie's body language. She paused in her mindless weaving to listen to her namesake. Her face showed intrigue at first only to morph into uncertainty and some distaste for how bloodthirsty and malicious the warrior women could be. In all honesty he never associated her with the darker side of the Valkyries, he should probably explain himself now. Her face changed once again when it came to Odin, Thorn, and Loki. She leaned forward enthralled by the stories that she had never heard before. It always amazed him when he found someone such as her that knew nothing about the lore that he was such a lover of. Actually it surprised him more whenever he came across someone who did know them.
"You are a master story teller, Snowy. I couldn't have told those stories any better if I tried." He grinned approvingly at the boy. Then her rolled his head to look at Evie."What'd ya think of the stories?" He asked the Raven Guardian as he lounged on his side with Sif sleeping soundly on his ribs.
She looked down and replied, "I am no spirit of carnage or a farrier of souls."
He let out a bark of laughter, "I never thought of you as bloodthirsty, but a farrier I think you are. I have seen you walk the field of a battle to stay with those that are dying. Even when they are not the species you are guardian of. Perhaps I should stick to calling you Odin, you have a raven and wolf with you. Just need one more of each and you are the Norse father." Evie turned her head to look at Snowy with a blush lightly gracing her cheeks.
Snowy smiled back and grabbed his computer. Of course, Soel would perform too. He obviously didn't want to, but Snow had his ways. He opened the first song and performed by himself...

Although Evie couldn't tell if she like the style of music, she did enjoy the language. For the most part, easily translating the song into English in her head. Unbeknownst to everyone but her adopted family and her animal companions, she was a lover of languages. she had learned over the years some Japanese, Russian, a small amount of Spanish, and could translate Latin. She smiled at Snowy for how well he did, nodding when Tyr complimented him.
Soel sighed. "I'm not singing that kind of music..."
Snowy simply gave him a cute glare and kicked him, hard, in the butt, making him fall over. "Y-Yes you are!" He crossed his arms and pouted.
Soel rubbed the back of his neck. "Talk about vicious..." He mumbled. "Fine...what song?" Soel already knew the answer. Snow was a sweetheart, but he hadn't had his afternoon nap so he was easily upset.
Snow thought about it and smiled, picking the song 'Seasonal Feathers'.

Evie's eyes swept over to where Tyr grinned. "I hope you are not being mean." His tone of voice always held a light tone, one that could be taken as either mockery or absolute intrigue. Although she hardly knew these two guardians, she still felt oddly protective of them.
"Never." He pouted, mock hurt at the implication. "I truly am looking forward to the show." She nodded and turned away from him to watch the next performance. The song was beautiful and both guardians enjoyed it. Sometime during Soel's performance Rowan entered and landed on Evie's lap.
My original response obviously didn't go through and I just now noticed...
Q~Q
The Caracal man chuckled, "My cavern is also this way, Valkyrie and I am a gentleman. I shall walk you to your... cavern step." Evie shook her head but did not reply. The only noises were those of their foot fall echoing off the walls. When they finally came to where Evie, Sindri, and Rowan were staying the night, Tyr captured her hand. "Good night, Evie. Great to see you again." He gently kissed her knuckled. His eyes shifted from her's to Sindri's, "You too, Sindri. Good-night." He turned on his heels and lazily walked back to his cavern.
Evie's arms were crossed as she watched the cat leave, blood boiling. "Let us go, Sindri." She marched into the cavern that was grass and cliffs with a small waterfall. It reminded her of the territory her foster Unkindness ruled. It settled her, the familiarity of the surroundings. Finding a place to sleep for the night, she curled up into a ball with her back pressing into Sindri's side while Rowan nested a few feet above.
Tyr made it to the sanctuary he called home for the night. He began preparing for bed with Sif attached to him refusing to let go. With his back against a tree for the night, he managed to untangle the kitten's claws from his shirt. Whelp, Soel has holes in his shirt now. I'll have Sif apologize tomorrow. He shifted to a comfortable position and fell into a light sleep. Only a few hours later he woke with a start. Something didn't feel right... Where was Sif?
[OOC: It's fine, I was beginning to think you were tired of this roleplay haha]
