Having just arrived, she continued along the tightrope like edge of the building that was ready to crumble at any time. Her dark eyes swept over the city below and where she stepped memorizing landmarks for later. Wanting to cross over to the other side to check out the buildings there, she anchored one end of the rope and then shot her arrow to the other side. Satisfied that the arrow was securely imbedded, Evie unstrung her bow and used it to zip-line to the other side. Rowan waited expectantly for her, shaking his head at her absurdity. She smiled kindly at her friend before restringing her bow and retrieving her arrow. As she waited for Sindri to find a way to the top of the building, she crouched on the ledge and watched the semi-deserted streets below.

Once she makes sure they have tucked themselves into the shadows, she plants herself on the wall and sings the song of her people in a low, sweet, haunting tone, hoping something comes through today.
"Sindri, we have your cousins." She talked quietly to her canine friend. The wolf's ears perked as he trotted to the edge to see over. He rumbled happily. "Shall we see how this plays out before we introduce ourselves?" Sindri sneezed an agreement while Rowan took off towards the building. Who would suspect a bird? "Be safe." She whispered on the wind, his cry replied he would.

Evie let out a high pitch whistle before repeating what she had done hours earlier. Almost silently, she zipped through the air and landed gracefully on top of the building that housed the two other guardians. She wasn't ready to meet them but it didn't mean she wasn't going to watch them like ravens in the rafters.
Sindri trotted in with his ears slightly lowered to show he did not mean harm and made his way over to his feathery companion. He wasn't a fan of foxes (they were too sly for his liking), but would not provoke either the human or actual fox. Perhaps it was time for their human to finally interact with her kind. Her social skills excelled with animals but were lacking with her own species.
Pushing off her hood, Evie applied pressure to the oozing wound. Her onyx eyes looked up to Rowan. "Please go into my bag and find my needle set. We need to saw him up or he may not make it." She coughed trying to clear her lungs of the dust and debris that she had inhaled when the roof collapsed. As she continued to apply pressure, Sindri walked over and licked the blood seeping through her fingers.
