Having a soft voice, Ara is a girl of few words, since at times, she herself is unsure of what to say. She is eccentric, as if living in her own world. As a result, she typically reacts to situations in an unconventional manner and operates on very different morals from others. Ara can be considered an idealistic person, able to have faith in others quite easily and is quickly convinced of another's potential based on how hard that person is trying to achieve their goal. Ara can become obsessive with her work, going nights without sleep and neglecting to eat in order to complete something. Because of this, she depends heavily on those in her Squad.
However, she is a very good leader and always has encouraging words for her comrades. She is able to formulate plans quickly and efficiently and has yet to get a single person killed. There are times when she wonders if she makes the right decisions and if she did they right thing, leading to an inner conflict. In her mind, Ara is very outspoken and isn't afraid to criticize, but still help those around her. She never voices these thoughts, assuming that they will be harmful to those around her.

She didn't respond to any questions. In fact, Ara seemed completely despondent. She was unable to speak in little more than babbles and could barely walk. The caretaker at the orphanage found her at a complete disadvantage because she was behind all of the other children.
However, there was something different about Ara. She could do complex mathematical equations perfectly and learned at a near impossible speed. The UCD located her and took her in for training. Although the members of the facility expected the seven year old to develop telepathy or some other common mind ability, Ara once again defied the odds. She developed Knowledge Replication, easily learning new things simply by touching a person or looking into their eyes or seeing them perform the action. Despite her social impairments, Ara quickly moved through the training, followed by racing through the ranks. It wasn't long until she became the Captain of her Squad.
