Two people who's souls are chosen by fate to intertwine before they meet in even their physical lives. Some people believe in soul mates while others don't. The thing is--it does not matter. Everyone has one whether they believe in that sort of thing or not. No one can be sure who their soul mate even if they have found the one they "truly love" and feel destined to be with for eternity. The only thing that can be for certain is the constant pull towards their soul mate. Most fight the pull and live out their lives with strangers. Others, well, they let themselves float on the riptides to connect to their other half chosen by fate. It's like a missing piece of one's body and soul. A missing puzzle piece but they just can not figure it out.

On the suburban side of Japan there is a school, Yama High School. An extremely mediocre school located close to...no not mountains, but little grocery stores, and big neighborhoods. The school is known for...well nothing actually. Why is this particular school the point of topic, per say? At Yama High School there are eight individuals as common place and mundane as the school. Nothing real special about them other than the fact that their soul mates walk the same halls as them everyday.


Characters
Looking for eight positions to be filled but I'm planning to start the role play when we have reached at least six. I won't be willing to add anymore characters to the soul mate pairs. However, I am willing to add characters who play less important roles like friends, or peers.

1 Ice cold Beauty[RESERVED]
Gorgeous, talented, and intelligent, she is definitely a force to be reckoned with. Her only flaw being her ice cold heart. She probably doesn't like you, and she will make sure you know that. Her only friend is [Calm, Cool, & Collected]. They have known each other since middle school, and are extremely close.
2 Nerd
Oh, just you're typical nerd. Doesn't mind school, excels in math and science, and loves you're average nerdy stuff. He isn't afraid to express his passions either. Confident about who he is and where he wants to go in life, unlike his current girlfriend of four years, [Insecure Prep]. He knew [Quirky New Girl] from when they went to preschool together and even had feelings for her.
3 Playboy
He is good looking, and could charm the pants off your grandmother. Only thing, he is a sneaky little jerk with a little too much confidence in himself. Don't put it past him to date multiple girls at once. He is an amazing athlete. Just started going out with [Baby Doll] but is currently trying to get [Ice Cold Beauty] to go out with him as well. Brand new step-sister, [Quirky New Girl], just moved into his place as well.
4 Quirky New Girl
The new girl in town. She just moved into [Playboy]'s house. She knew [Nerd] from when they were in preschool together and saw him as a good friend, but as nothing else. Never knew he liked her.
5 Baby Doll[RESERVED]
She is cute, petite, and very much like a doll. She is talented, but isn't really good when it comes to academics. Her first and current boyfriend is [Playboy].
6 Shy Wallflower
Never really the center of attention, but he is always there in the back towards the wall. Kind of awkward and shy, but still a cool guy. Close friends with [Calm, Cool, & Collected]
7 Calm, cool, & collected [RESERVED]
This guy is handsome, but doesn't express many emotions. He is exactly what his title suggest, calm, cool, and collected. He tends to be with a go with the flow type of guy, and has quite a bit of friends and connections. Close friends with [Ice Cold Beauty] and [Shy Wallflower].
8 Insecure Prep[RESERVED]
Student Body president, team captain, she is very much the leader type. Friendly, pretty, athletic, creative, smart, she could be considered perfect. Except in her eyes. Long time girlfriend of [Nerd].
