The moon is red...
Fleur is very gentle or at least that's what most people see. It's true she is quite gentle most of the time being the one to go to shelters and help out the needy. But deep down Fleur is bursting with joy and laughter and adores making other people happy. She's often positive despite her bad luck over the years. Fleur is also rather clumsy but tries her hardest to be good at things like crafts, cooking, and various other things. Because she is always so optimistic she is also rather naive. Often getting hurt or used but shes determined to bring out the best and people and normally she does because her permanent hopeful happy self seems in a way infectious. Fleur is also good at adapting to most situations. Fleur is not easily scared but it should be noted that shes terrified of things like war because of her past.
Fleur's mother is from Paris France along with her father. During world war 3 her father went off to war and died having no reason to stay and the situation getting closer to home Fleur's mother took 6 year old Fleur to New York city in the states where war was not going on. Being an immigrant her mom could work only as a maid, a waitress, or a janitor and at a time juggled all 3 in order to send Fleur to school. Fleur having lost her father was quiet in school and for a while became very depressed and robbed of life.
But thing's got better as her mother became the trophy wife of a rich business tycoon. Fleur's mother did not love her new husband but she cooked, cleaned, and looked good enough for the man to keep her around. Fleur having hope for the future as the war ended when she was 10. Became more cheerful and open with people. Fleur's health began depleting around the age of 11 and it turns out she'd been sickly all her life but without her saying anything it had gotten worse.
Fleur soon became bed ridden spending her days in the hospital with a breathing mask on. But she was still happy because people came to visit. But as she got older people came less and less and all she had was her school work to keep her company. 3 years later Fleur was finally released from hospital. It turns out she had in a way a severe case of Asthma and that this had caused her body to become weak and gentle like a flower. And the thick smoggy New York air never helped.
Her doctors prescribe that she move someplace full of fresh air far from ash, smog, and chemicals but her mother having no one and her step father not caring kept her in New York. Fleur then continued school as a normal child but because she was so sickly she could play no sports and sports being everything at her school. She became the awkward outcast everyone knew her and thought she was beautiful and kind but popularity status being everything Fleur ended up spending almost all her time alone day dreaming of other places and excelling in school...
