The mystery of who the scientist was that caused all this still remains, and most people want to figure it out, but no one has gotten a clue about it, yet.
There are two people per dorm, and in every dorm there is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one living room. Each bedroom has one normal window then a window seat. Each person in the dorm gets to decorate their own room but for the living room there is a TV, a kitchen, a couch, a coffee table, and the people who stay in the dorm can add more things to the living room.

Kali opened the small gate of the garden and walked inside, closing the gates behind her. She jumped onto one of the trees that sat inside the garden and sat down with her white violin case in her right hand. Maybe I'll play here tonight.... she thought as she looked around at the garden that was lighted by the moon's glow. There were all different kinds of flowers in the garden and a small pond in it, there were some blossom trees also. In the middle was a small fountain that was turned off. All the lights that usually lit up the garden were turned off and the whole garden was covered in snow.
There was a light snow as Kali sat in the tree branch and each time she breathed out she could see her breath as a small white cloud. She pulled her white scarf over her mouth a little and just sat there in the tree branch for a while, watching the snow fall.

The girl shivered slightly as she stepped out into the cold air. Yuki wore a leather jacket over a tight black t-shirt with the name and logo of the band 'Judas Priest' written across the chest, but her lower body was defended from the cold only by a tight leather skirt that reached almost as far as her knees--and, as always, there were headphones in her ears; the cord of the iPod snaked down through her jacket. She quickly hurried to her car, laying the guitar on the back seat before turning the heater on to full blast and driving her way back towards the Academy.
Given that it was a small town and not far from the Academy, it did not take long before Yuki reached the school and, having parked her car, withdrew with the guitar in her hands like a prize. She began walking silently, the snow drifting down peacefully towards the ground around her, with her destination being the one place she knew her roommate would probably be.
Indeed, as soon as Yuki reached the garden, she looked up and saw Kali Tsuiyomi seated on one of the branches. Kali was one of the few people with whom Yuki was comfortable, one of the few people with whom Yuki felt free to speak as she wished and move past the quiet, secluded personality she displayed otherwise. She waved a hand at Kali. "I bought that guitar I was talking about," she said with a tiny smile drifting across her pale face as she held up the guitar in its case.

She paused in the school courtyard to work out at the checkpoint. With a quick glance around she made sure no weird people were spying on her techniques. She leaned over to touch her toes feelings her ponytail brush over her cheek like satin as she sustained the position. She straightened after counting to fifty and turned her face up to the moon. Her gaze had probably turned a silvery blue like it always did when the moon reflected off the color and she craved to call out to her pack mates.
What pack mates? You have none.
She bristled and bared her fangs feeling her teeth grind. She turned her face away from the moon and returned to her stretches which included cart wheels, crunches, sit-ups, and many intensive exercises that would work out her muscles. People could say she had a nice figure but that figure was only maintained because of a healthy diet and good exercise.
Len finished up and wiped the sweat off her brow drowsily. She just wanted to go sleep under a tree or maybe under those warm covers in her dorm. She let out a yawn, her ears flicking in tune to her irritation. She hated it when she hadn't finished the even tenth lap around campus and yet was ready to settle down and sleep. Who knows what would find her while she slept specially if she slept in the middle of no where! Like a homicidal dragon! She glanced up to the skies her tail fur fluffing up aggressively. She hated the dragons but she did have to say she considered them to be a equal rival. They had good looks. At least most of them and they could stand a fight with her nonetheless. "Hmph." She huffed into the chilly air.
Len finally decided on resting for a while to regain some energy. She plopped down on the rocks and let her mind wander into space and beyond wondering about the people and personalities that you could find here. They were all so strange. She looked up from where she had been staring at a crack in the stone surface scanning the area around her. She had sworn she had heard somebody nearby or was that her ears tricking her again?

Chase sat up straight in his bed. His breathing came out in short rasping gasps. Sweat shimmered on his exposed torso. His bright pink tail was lying limply in the tangled sheets. His cat ears were pressed tightly against his head. Looking around he realized that he was no longer in that dreadful room facing a hellish zombie. He put his head in his hands and continued to breathe in and out slowly. He gave his head a few shakes to rid the horrific image from his mind.
When he finally regained himself, he looked over to where his best friend, Koby, was sleeping in his own bed. A soft smile lighted his pale face. He was glad that his dear friend didnât wake from this nightâs episode. Nightmares were common for Chase and, unfortunately, Koby was the closest one during them. The neko boy always felt badly when he would wake his rabbit eared friend with his own moans of agony. Suddenly feeling the need for another person, Chase transformed into his Russian Blue cat form and leaped from his bed to the floor then up onto Kobyâs. The red haired boy was sound asleep with his lean chest raising and falling rhythmically. The grey cat made his way onto the rabbit boyâs chest and curled up instinctively. Its eyes shut tightly as it felt its friendâs lungs expand with each breath. It was quiet calming to the poor skittish cat. Yawning, the cat began to slowly fall back to sleep in the company of its roommate.

Chie Sohma was running towards the gate with some people running after her close behind yelling things like "Get back here!" or "Get over here girl!" Chie turned around so she was running backwards and stuck her tongue out at them.
"Ha ha ha, can't catch me suckers." she said as she watched some of the people slip and fall from the snowy ground. Once she got close to the gate she turned around then jumped in one single jump over the huge gates of St. Marie Academy. She landed perfectly on her two feet then turned around with her hands on her hips. She bent over a little bit and stuck her tongue out at the people on the other side of the gate while one of her eyes were closed. "Oh look, you guys were too slow~" she said. "Try practicing your chasing a little~" Chie turned around and started walking towards the main doors of the Academy.
Over her shoulder a guitar case was hanging from her shoulder. Inside the guitar case was her electric guitar. She had been running away from the people who had been chasing her with the guitar case, but it didn't make any different really.
Chie jumped up onto the roof and then sat down and put her guitar case to the right of her. She looked up at the snow that was falling. "Eh, snow, not really my thing~" she said as she watched it fall. She was wearing her headphones and her usual black and red outfit.

At St. Marie Academy, there is a legend. A legend of a balcony, but not just any balcony. A hidden, magical balcony. Supposedly, this balcony is practically a paradise. Maids, butlers, catering, all the food you could ever want, video games, musical intruments.....anything you desired, it was rumored that this balcony had it. It was also rumored that this balcony could grant any wish, and bring lovers together forever. As you can probably see by context clues, this is a pretty large balcony. As you cannot see, this is all boloney. Sorry, kiddos. However, the balcony really does exist (and also happens to be hidden, might I add) and it is quite a large balcony. It just doesn't have all that cool stuff. All it has is a garden. And so it is here that Jenny came with her tarp to defend against the evil snow. She ran over to the roses and kneeled, trying to remove as much snow as she could. After that, she gently covered them with the tarp. Phew, I'm glad I got here in time! The other flowers should be okay....good thing it was just these roses that needed a tarp, because I'm not sure I would have been able to find another one. She stood tall, proud of herself. Well, until she realised she was freezing. In her rush to help to flowers, she had forgotten her jacket. She was also still in her pajamas, pink things with white cartoon bunnies on them. She was also barefoot.

She bounced up off the stones and looked around checking her location. She wanted to run in her favorite form. Even after that cowardly doctor had left and had changed her into an abomination, she still liked the power that raced through her veins. She wagged her tail subtley when she spotted the forest in the distance because she had walked a ways off from the courtyard. She ran over and leapt into the bushes unconcerned for the dangers or otherwise in the forest. Who knew, she might just find an interesting person inside. She paused far enough into the trees and checked the time by looking up at the moon feeling a snowflake melt on to her cheek as it made contact. Right after midnight? She grinned. Plenty of time.
She ran for miles on end simply circling the forest and feeling the air brush by her skin and the wet flakes touching her hot skin every now and then when they collided as she ran past. She finally stopped exhausted and sweating tremendously. Falling over on to the damp ground she lay there panting. "Geez..." She mumbled under her breath. She had pushed it too far but it certainly felt good to get out all that excess energy. She sniffed the air then shook her head. She was so tired that even her sniffer couldn't detect a person nearby.

As they began to walk towards the dorm room, Yuki's mind drifted towards the topic of the scientist and his experiments. She wasn't even entirely sure just what the hell had happened--one day, she found a note on her bedstand, a note explaining rather politely that the DNA of a fox had been mixed in with her own DNA due to a failed experiment. At first, Yuki had refused to believe it--this was impossible, she had been nowhere near any such experiment, so how was DNA supposed to get into her? The only way was that it had to have been deliberate--a virus of some kind. But that was completely far-fetched, so she regarded the letter as nothing more than a prank.
That was when Yuki realised that, all of a sudden, she was exceptionally stronger than she had been the previous day--suddenly, things that were way too heavy for her to carry on her own were not only being lifted with ease, she could even move as swiftly as if she wasn't carrying anything at all--impossible.
The final nail in the coffin, as far as she was concerned, came when she looked in the mirror to see if she had suddenly gained muscle between the night before and that morning. Yuki had nearly had a heart attack when she saw the ears of a fox poking out from the layers of short, dark hair. That was when she realised it was true--that the letter had not been a prank, but that it was the cruel reality.

Around midday she got off the roof, shivering and a bit wet from the snow. Eating a large lunch, she took the time to take another shower, putting on what she thought was decent clothes for the current weather. A black tank top with a long cream colored shirt on top with jeans that were a tad too long for her already long legs and a beat up pair of black Converse. Tail swinging joyfully, ears perked up for any sound, she walked confidently out of her dorm room, strolling down the hall and out the door, and into the frosty midday.

A light snore escaped Koby Touya's parted lips as he slept soundly in a state of peaceful bliss, his toned chest rising and falling in a slow rhythm. He lay sprawled out in an awkward position beneath the red and black comforter, one leg hung limply over the edge of his mattress whilst the other lay bent into an unnatural angle. One of his lengthy arms was neatly collected under his pillow while the other was flung carelessly across the bedpost.
Tiny paws jabbing into his stomach and chest caused Koby to groan softly and drowsily roll over onto his side. Only seconds later, an earsplitting yowl shredded any remaining hopes of sleep and sent Koby soaring into the air and off the bed. With a loud and ungraceful thud, the red head tumbled across the cold, wooden flooring of the dorm and collided with the nightstand neighboring his bed.
Koby sat there, motionless, for at least a minute with his fiery tangle shadowing his face and his lengthy midnight ears drooping over, covering their owner's evergreen orbs. Another groan emitted from the teen's crumpled figure and his hand shot up to the newly formed bump on the back of his red capped head. Slowly, he looked up, his tired face distorted into an annoyed (well as close to annoyed as the light-hearted Koby can be) glower.
The Russian blue cat standing with its back in a startled arch on Koby's bed displayed so many mixed emotions on its small face that the red head's scowl slowly slipped away and was replaced by a wide grin. Steadily, Koby's breathing pace increased and before long he was erupting in laughter, clutching his sides as he rolled over in a fit of laughter. "Y-your face! It was priceless!" The rabbit boy was taken over by another laughing fit and it was quite a while before he finally calmed down.
Koby let a puff of air escape his smiling mouth as he wiped away a joyful tear and stood to his full hight. Dressed in nothing put a pair of navy blue boxers, Koby's bare, carefully chiseled, muscle wrought chest was left exposed to the bone chilling morning weather seeping in through the open window on the opposite side of the room. A playful smirk danced across his lips as he slipped on a pair of shredded, dark-wash jeans that he had found in a crumpled pile on the floor.
Chest still exposed, Koby scooped the unexpecting cat into his arms and squeezed it tightly against himself. "Ya ready for a morning run?" Before the cat could mew a refusal Koby had tucked it under his arm and dashed down the long and winding corridors.
The fiery haired teen, none too quietly, burst through the closed doorway and out into the forest bordered courtyard. The previous night's snowfall had decorated the once lush, luxurious green surroundings with a blanket of ivory white and Koby took a minute to marvel at it all. Instead of their usual green leaves, the surrounding trees were decorated in an array of glistening icicles and the river not to far beyond the tree line was frozen over with a crystalline sheen.
An exceptionally large breath of crisp winter air filled Koby's lungs as he tilted his head towards the sun and with this breath he yelled, "Gooood mooorning St. Marie Academy!!!" A wide grin stretched across his face, Koby looked down at the shivering cat, "So where ya wanna start our run?"

"Y-your face! It was priceless!" The red head gasped in his fit of laughter. The cat watched his friend roll around on the floor holding his sides. He didnât find it very funny that his tail was almost crushed by a rabbit. Slightly annoyed and embarrassed, the cat stuck out its pink tongue at Koby. When he finally regained himself a mischievous smirk played on the rabbitâs lips, an expression the cat knew all too well. The Russian Blueâs eyes widened in fear of not knowing what his friend was planning. Panicked, the cat looked for any means of escape. He looked toward the window next to the bed but found it locked. He would have changed back to human to unlock it; however he would have no clothes on. Another embarrassing episode would only cause Koby to laugh more so that was not on Chaseâs list. He cursed himself for being so careless and braced himself for what his friend had in store.
Suddenly the cat was lifted off its feet and hugged tightly to his friendâs bare chest. If not for the thick grey fur, he would have been as red as Kobyâs hair. Obviously the rabbit boy was messing with his mind. "Ya ready for a morning run?"His friend said with a slight hint of mirth. The catâs eyes widened again as he struggled to free himself from his lunatic friendâs grasp. Koby always tried to make Chase run with him. Chase was never athletic and didnât really care for exercising. To him it was just a waste of time when he could be watching anime comfortably in his room. Running was fun to him, but only when he wanted to. Having to run early every morning was annoying and more or less a suicidal act.
Before he could respond to Kobyâs question, the red head set off down the dorm hallway and into the cold morning air with Chase in tow. The chilling air sent shivers down the grey catâs spine. White snow blanketed the ground and seemed to sparkle in the sunâs early rays. Sure it was pretty, but the catâs small paws were going to freeze if he ran in the snow. Heâs going to make me run in this? Crazy rabbit!! He thought to himself. The cat gave a small whimpering sound at the thought of the cold snow.
The red headâs yelling rang in the cats sensitive ears. He tried to reach his paws up to cover his grey ears but could only get into a position closely related to a criminal told to put his hands in the air. The position was quite comical to look at. "So where ya wanna start our run?" The rabbit asked. The stupidity of the question almost made the cat laugh. He glared at the red head as if to say âIt doesnât matter where we start cause your just gonna kill me anyway.â He stuck out his tongue again. âCan you put me down now?â his eyes seemed to say.

She picked up her clothes probably having shrugged out of them to change and trotted towards the dorms. She kept clear of debris not wanting the clothes to snag on anything suspiscious but her focus went haywire when a yell split the air. "What the world? Who dares yell into the morning like that?" She flicked her ears several times sulking not only because people were already being loud so early in the morning but because that meant she couldn't just suddenly change back. Not that she wanted too. Stalking around as a wolf had it's own benefits.
She came back to one of her checkpoints on her night trail and noticed the boy with red hair standing there. She had to blink a few times because the color was so bright sometimes. It looked good on him though. She shook out her damp fur once more then nodded salute to the boy and whoever was with him because she could scent the cat-like smell. Hurrying into a quick lope she rushed towards the girl's dorm and down to her room. She wanted to be ready for the morning at least.
Len entered her room and settled back into her human form. Her hair fell over her back unclasped by it's usual band and her skin was cold and wet from sitting out outside all night. She grabbed her towels and clothes and went into the bathroom to shower. As usual she used her cherry blossom soap and shampoo. Something about the scent made her giddy and delirious with joy. Which in turn made her weird out but wasn't being happy better than being weirded out? She quickly finished and dried off. Showers went by quickly nowadays. She could still remember sitting in the shower for hours on end because of how comfortable she felt in the water and now she all but hated having to take constant showers. Routines weren't her thing now. She liked to do different things everyday and keep moving on in life.
She pulled on her denim jeans and white blouse and moved to sit on the window sill, having opened the window as far as it could go. Her legs swung back and forth unconsciously, being just another one of her habits that she happened to have. She turned her gaze to the ground wondering who still wandered about the morning having so much energy because they probably got to sleep last night. "Not that I didn't." She murmured, remembering that she too got a few winks in. She glanced back into her room wondering if she would go visit one of her friends. She didn't have many but she did like the ones she did have. "Later."

Koby's charasmatic evergreen eyes followed the wolf's every move and only after the attractive she-wolf dissapeared beyond the doors of the acadamy did the red head look back down at the still struggling cat in his arms. "Hmm... Follow the hot wolf or torment the kitty....hot wolf, kitty...wolf...kitty..." As the fiery haired teen spoke his head whipped back and forth between the spot the wolf had dissapeared at and the cat boy, "desitions desitions..." Koby placed a thoughtful finger to his chin and looked up into the sky, contemplating whether to follow after Len or dart into the woods with the cat. "Well, I'm sure I could find the wolf again... And we do need to keep up our daily workout plan..." Decision made, Koby ignored his friends pleading looks and began to dash into the dense, frozen forest.
A voice sounding behind caused Koby to halt at the tree line and in a whirl of blazing red, spun to face whomever the owner of the voice might be. Standing before the rabbit-boy was a slender, azure-eyed fox-girl, who, according to Koby, was quite cute. "What are we doing? Well isn't it obvious?!" Koby beamed at the fox-girl, "I'm gonna whip this kitty into shape!" Another laugh erupted from the teen's diaphragm and soared above the frozen tree tops and into the dawning sky.
With a satisfied sigh, Koby tilted his head back down to look at the cute fox-girl, his midnight ears flopping down into his brilliant green orbs, and smiled a beam of pearly white. "I don't think I caught your name, cutie. I'm Koby and this scrawny guy is Chase." Koby gripped the Russian blue in two strong hands and held it out at arms length for the fox-girl to see.

âMeow!â The cat cried trying to not puke. This day was not turning out as well as he wanted it too. The violent shaking ceased. The cat had a chance to catch its breath. He growled at his captor. Again the red head paid no attention to the grey cat and returned to run blindly through the forest. Hanging on for dear life, the cat dug his tinny claws into the soft flesh of his rabbit friendâs arms. Its vision spun wildly as if he was dizzy. When the red head stopped to talk to the cute fox-girl, the cat didnât notice, he was too busy trying to get his blurry eyes to focus. Unlike his eyes, his ears could hear the beginning of a conversation between the red head and the fox; something about âwhipping a scrawny kitty into shapeâ. A booming laugh soon followed, however the cat didnât find it funny. He seemed offended that his friend called his âscrawnyâ. Sure he didnât work out as much as the rabbit, but he was quiet comfortable in his skin. It didnât bother him one bit that Koby had a six pack when he didnât.
Suddenly, he was thrust into the face of the fox-girl by his grey scruff. The cat blinked a few times before making an annoyed mew back at Koby. He seemed to say âpleassssssse put me down~!â. Hopefully the rabbit-boy would comply and get the cat out of range of the cute girlâs face. He was afraid he would cough up a nasty hairball.
