Description

Valentina Stark

"If you want something done right, don't do it yourself; Let me do it."

Image

NAME: Valentina Stark

NICKNAME(S): Val, V, Stark

CODENAME: Iron Maven

AGE: 18

GENDER: Female

PARENTS: Tony Stark and Pepper Potts.

Image
APPEARANCE: Val stands at a striking 5’11” with long arms and lengthy lean legs. She has a small trim waist, curved womanly hips, a round perky bottom, and voluptuous D cup breasts. Her skin is ivory white and smooth with no freckles or blemishes. Val's hair is thick and rich dark brown in color with natural highlights and it falls to her lower back in loose waves and curls which give it volume.

She has a strong jaw line that helps to accentuate her amazingly full pillowy lips which form a perfect natural pout, has straight white teeth, and her nose is regularly sized with a slight upturn at the end. Her most shocking feature, however, are her eyes. Her brows are dramatically arched and very dark, drawing more attention to her stunning large almond shaped eyes. The orbs are icy blue-green in color, like tropical water, with flecks of silver around the iris and are framed by long curled dark lashes.

HEROWARE/WEAPON: She wears a iron suit similar to her father's though made for her own specific skills and body shape. The suit is decidedly more feminine in shape, the eye slots angled slightly in a feline way, and a sort of metal headdress is also attached to differentiate her suit from her father's. It is also red and gold in color. The suit can fly and contains a female AI version of Jarvis, named EVE, who assists her and is able to answer any questions she has while in the suit. The suit contains multiple weapons, such as lasers, and is able to harness the power of the cybernetic technology implanted in her chest to create powerful blasts that emanate from her chest and palms of the suit. The suit also has electromagnetic field generators which allow her to suspend and tow massive loads and is completely powered by state of the art solar cells.

PERSONALITY: Val is her father's daughter in more ways than one. Despite her mother's attempts she has gained her father's arrogance in regards to both her intelligence and looks. She is confident to the point of being vain and doesn't let anyone push her around. Valentina is extremely intelligent, to the point of being an actual genius, and has the ability to create machines and other types of technology out of virtually anything. She does things with ease, as though it takes little to no effort to create such amazing things and look beautiful all the time which can rub some people the wrong way. Val has very few female friends because she simply can't relate to their gossipy nature and they can't get past her holier-than-thou attitude. Men, on the other hand, swarm her and she is never without a handsome man at her side. This is another trait she inherited from her father: Party-Star She enjoys partying, attending balls, walking in fashion shows, and basically anything that puts her as the center of attention and allows her to meet men. Valentina is rather promiscuous, mostly because she doesn't have time for relationships and prefers to spend her full attention on herself. She is incredibly competitive and won't give up on anything, making her stubborn and exhausting to be around. She is opinionated, outspoken, witty, sarcastic, bold, and unafraid to say what she really thinks about something or someone. All of these characteristics often intimidate people, but she is a really loyal person to those that she becomes close with. She is brave and honorable when the situation calls for it and can put others before herself in dangerous situations.

Image
POWER/SPECIAL ABILITIES: The cybernetic technology implanted in Valentina's chest caused a number of physical changes to her body: it increased her metabolism, made her stronger, improved her reaction time and reflexes, and increased her IQ by about 50 points. The electromagnet has also been shown to give her some control over the magnetic fields around her, allowing her to levitate briefly even without her suit on. She can also disintegrate bullets with it. Her really special ability is, without a doubt, her genius level intelligence which she inherited from her father Tony Stark. Like her father she can make machines out of practically anything and has proven herself time and time again to be one of the most intelligent and remarkable technical engineers in the world, even at such a young age.

OTHER SKILLS: Skilled artist, pianist, and singer (alto).

LIKES: Attention; Winning; Sex; Being Right; Balls/Functions/Events; Giving Speeches; Creating Things; Parties; Spicy Food; Thunder Storms; Fall; Star Gazing; Extreme Sports (Skydiving, bungee jumping, etc);

DISLIKES: Men who think the bigger their muscles are the more awesome they are; Sweet Food; Women who pretend to be stupid to get attention; Hot sticky summer days; Boring People; Cowardly People;

CRUSH: TBA

HISTORY: Valentina grew up with her father Tony Stark and mother Pepper Potts at Stark industries. She lived a very privileged life and nothing bad had ever happened to her until the day she turned thirteen. There was a very extravagant party thrown at Stark industry for her but when she went up in front of the crowd with her father, who was going to give a speech and start off the chorus of happy birthday, there was an attack on the building. Ezekiel Stane, a long time enemy of her father's, had decided to kill Valentina who was the only heir to the Stark industry, and detonated a bomb under the stage that she stood on. Tony Stark managed to get out of the way but Val did not. She fell through the floor and down to the story beneath them and was immediately embedded with various shards of shrapnel and was bleeding internally very badly. Because of the severity of her injuries she would not survive an invasive surgery to remove the shrapnel near her heart so her father decided to embed a strong magnet, very similar to his own, in her chest. Now, in order to stay alive, she must keep her chest magnet engaged. Her mother was horrified to learn that her daughter had suffered the same fate as her husband, but Valentina did not see it as a curse. She gained many benefits from the implant and was actually grateful for it.

As she grew older she became incredibly close with her father, adapting many of his habits, and thinks very highly of him. Though she loves her mother and would do anything for her she does not feel the same connection with her as she does with her father. She designed her own iron suit and perfected it when she was sixteen, taking on the codename 'Iron Maven' as a salute to her father. Maven is a word for a trusted expert in a field, which she feels she is and so the codename aptly fits her.

* Some of the history and weapon/heroware info is adapted and inspired by Pepper Pott's history and heroware. In this 'world' Pepper Potts was never in an accident and was never turned into a part cyborg like Tony.

The early morning sunlight poured into the large laboratory through massive glass panels that lined the far wall and allowed for a magnificent view of the skyline of Seattle, Washington. The gentle hum of electronics coursed through the air in waves with the occasional interruption of high pitched beeps or sharp clicks as the various computers and pieces of technology worked strenuously to keep up with Valentina Stark.

She stood in the middle of the massive room, holographic screens surrounding her as her sea-foam colored eyes scanned the complicated data as though it was a children's book. Her long dark hair was down and messy from the night before, her face bare of makeup, and clad only in a black dress shirt that barely covered the top of her thighs and left little to the imagination. Barefooted she padded across the room, after inputting some calculations, and picked up the seaming cup of coffee that had just finished being filled by the high tech coffee maker in the tiny makeshift kitchen she had installed in the lab because she spent so many hours there. Down the hall there was a much more elaborate kitchen, but it was rare that she actually cooked anything. She didn't have the time.

Suddenly the calming voice of EVE, the AI she had designed, spoke through the sound system that was installed on the entire floor of Stark towers that she lived on, "Miss, your father wanted me to remind you that you are expected to be at S.H.E.I.L.D. head quarters this afternoon."

Valentina continued on with what she was doing, sipping coffee as she walked slowly across the room and down the hall towards her bedroom, "Ah, yes, and how I have been looking forward to it. It's like Christmas has come early." She said in the cool sarcastic voice that she had inherited from her father but, like him, it was quite hard to actually upset her and so she shrugged her shoulders and spoke again, "Make sure that the 24-CC7 jet is ready for take off in forty-five minutes and that my suit is on it."

"Of course. Your father also wanted me to remind you that your mother isn't too fond of your guests sneaking out in the morning. He suggests they use the stair case at the back of the building to avoid further problems." EVE said, causing Val to laugh.

"Good advice. Tell him I've got it under control." She managed between laughs, not feeling ashamed at all. She knew full well that her mother and father were not monogamous (her father, mostly), something which she was certain had influenced her own dealings with the opposite sex.

She rounded the corner and walked through the double doors and into her large extravagant bedroom, placing the empty cup down on a modern glass side table before directing her attention towards the king size bed at the center of her room. The sleeping figure of a man lay amongst the fine linens, broad muscular back towards her and dark hair messed about his head from the vigorous activities of last night.

"Chace, darling, get your ass up." Val said loudly, walking over to her large closet and glancing over it's contents in order to try and choose an appropriate outfit for the day. Behind her there came the mutterings of a person waking from a deep sleep, sheets shifting around his body as he managed to sit up and slide off the bed.

"It's Chad, actually." He said with a bit of a smile, obviously too pleased with last night to be upset that she had gotten his name wrong.

"Of course it is. Now get your stuff together and hurry along, I have to leave for an important business meeting." She said, not bothering to waste time turning around to talk, and selected a black suit jacket that was cut daringly low in the front and a black tight skirt that would hit a few inches above her thighs. She would pair it with red heels. Done.

She felt Chad's hands sneak around her waist, placing a seductive kiss on her exposed neck. Her lips quirked into a smile and she turned around, catching his mouth in hers briefly, and then raised her brows at him, "You're first on my list for when I get back. Now, I'm going to go shower and as much as I would like you to join me I need to make this quick and we both know nothing about last night was quick." She said in a throaty whisper that made Chad laugh as he released her and reluctantly grabbed his things.

He was half out the door when she remembered and called out with a laugh, "Take the back stairs!"

The 24-CC7 jet got Valentina to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters in New York in no time, which did not surprise her for her father and her had designed the engines on the plane. The jet landed on the private strip at the airport, reserved only for celebrities and those with enough money to buy out the entire airport (like Stark industries, for example), and Val got off the jet and walked across the tarmac towards a black helicopter not too far away. She didn't want to waste time driving through traffic when she could simply fly directly to HQ.

Once on the helicopter it only took fifteen minutes to get to headquarters, landing smoothly on the roof of the tall building. A barrage of heavily armed men instantly appeared on the roof, waiting for her to exit the helicopter to ensure it was not some unwanted guest.

"Luke, be a dear and take my suit inside just in case I need it." She said to the tall man next to her. He had worked for Stark industries for a while and was one of the few she would trust her suit with. Currently she was working on completing a suit that would be far more compact, but it would not be completed for a while and certainly not anytime soon if these visits to S.H.I.E.L.D. became a usual thing.

"Of course, Miss Stark." He replied and followed after her as she exited the helicopter.

The men that had surrounded the helicopter lowered their weapons immediately upon seeing them, the younger members in the squad looking slightly uncomfortable as they tried to remain professional despite their desire to take a good look at the voluptuous brunette. Like she had decided upon earlier she wore the low cut black suit jacket which allowed the swell of her chest to be seen quite clearly and also accented her small trim waist, a short black skirt covered the upper portion of her thighs while the rest of her legs were bare. A pair of red pumps were on her feet, making her already tall frame stand at over 6'1, and matched the red lipstick that covered her full lips. Her long dark locks were down in loose voluminous curls, a dash of mascara highlighting her sea-foam colored eyes.

"Miss Stark, if you'll follow me I'll take you to the meeting room."

She directed her attention towards the man who had spoken and gave him a cool smile, "Yes, well, let's get going then." Val said and walked off without him into the building, causing him to chase after her.

"Uh, miss, it's actually faster if we go down this hallway..." He said, gesturing towards a long hallway to their right.

"It's a full minute shorter to go this way and we don't need to deal with the time wasting security procedures. Cut through a few rooms, the laboratory in room 223, and a quick turn to the left then we're there." Valentina said without stopping, heels clicking confidently on the shining floors. She did not need to look at the man trailing after her quick pace to know that he was surprised by her knowledge of the building, especially in the secure area they were in, "Your security system is a little outdated. The Stark RX would have been a much better choice." Valentina added, amusement clear in her voice as she threw open the door to room and followed through. A few minutes later she entered the laboratory as the guard continued to follow after her mutely.

She made her way around the computers, casually making note of the technology S.H.E.I.L.D. was using, and finally through open the door on the other side and excited into the hall. A few doors down she could hear the sound of voices and knew that she was in the right area. Then again, that was no surprise.

"Yes, so, it's just down the hall there." The guard managed, trying to sound like he was the one that had lead her here when it was very much the opposite.

"I've got it from here, sparky." She said cooly, dropping him a playful wink before turning and walking away from him. The sound of voices got closer and she picked out who they were rather easily: Skylark Barton, Jordan Banner, Freya Foster, and Braego Thorson. A few days ago, when she had been told about the meeting, she had taken an afternoon to learn all she could about the sons and daughters of the other Avengers so that nothing would be a surprise. If it was one thing she was good at (and lets face it, she was good at a lot of things) it was being prepared.

The door slid open, allowing her access to the room and she was left with the view of the burly Braego threatening Jordan and flexing his muscles in an attempt to look like the bigger man (no real doubt that he was). Freya stood next to him and Lark sat off to the side looking slightly indifferent about the situation, if not a little pleased with herself.

"Looks like the party has started without me." She commented, strolling into the room and right between Braego and Jordan, "Try not beat each other to a pulp yet, boys. I'd like to get this meeting over with first." She added, taking a seat at the opposite side of the table and crossing her long lean legs before casting a glance at Nick Fury, "Afternoon, Nick." She said, giving him a dramatic joking wink that would have made her father burst out in laughter.

"Nice of you to join us, Miss Stark." Nick replied in his rough voice, clearly unimpressed with the group.

Braego turned at the sound of the newcomers voice. The woman was stunnigly beautiful, with an aluring figure that the love Goddess Frejya herself would have reason to be jealous. Yet her beauty was dwarfed by her bold almost arrogant attidtude. Her voice dripped with confidence with which Braego could see little reason for. She did not have the look of a warrior to him yet she spoke to those around her like she was their betters. Either fortunately for Jordan, Braego or everyone in the room Braego took his attention from Bruce Banner's son and turned it to the captivating Miss Stark. He was bout to speak when Nick Fury finally adressed the group.

"Well now that you're all aqcuainted I'd say it's time we get down to business."

Fury said as he walked out around the table and stood in front of the massive screen.

"Some of you know why you're here."

His eye fell on Valentina, Skylark and Jordan.

"The rest of you are about to be brought up to speed."

His gaze turned to Braego and Freya.

"You're here because of your parents. You're here because of what they are able to acomplish together. We're here hoping you can do the same."

Jordan sat down by Skylark grumbling at Bragoe's failed attempt to intimidate him. Jordan looked to Furry when he began to speak. "Blah blah blah, get to it. What the hell is with the Avenger's logo?" Jordan asked, he was tired of people that didn't get to the point, he hated suspense.

"You are the next Generation." Furry said, Jordan knew that.

"Obviously." Jordan said, he crossed his arms.

"You are the next generation of Avengers." Furry leaned against on of the Obsidian walls and pointed to the huge computer screen. A image of all the origanal Avengers came on the screen, then pictures of them , all the teens of the room.

Jordan was pissed. "This isn't what I signed up for Furry." Jordan said obviously angry.

Jordan felt like killing someone, he told them he didn't want to fight and now he wanted him just because he could turn into a feral beast. It wasn't his thing.

Braego stared up at the image and was unsure of how to feel. A part of him felt overwhelming pride at standing in the same spot his fathers does, another part felt irratation at the entire idea. He'd much rather return to Asgard and prepare for the next Odinsleep. Fury took a few steps toward the table and tossed a manilla envelope on the table.

"Well I'm sorry to hear that Mr. Banner but even your feelings aren't more important than the saftey of the world. Your father may not like it either but he understands that too. That goes for all of you... Let me give you a bit of wise words from a WW2 vet I know. Each of you may have your reservations about working together, working for S.H.I.E.L.D, working with me but the fact is folks we don't have much of a choice. When the fate of the world hangs in the balance it falls on those with the power to make a difference to put their differences aside."

Braego listened to Fury's words and while not likeing the situation he couldn't help but agree with him. He turned to Freya curious of her thoughts.

"What do you say Freya?"

He said in a hushed tone.

Lark chuckled as the taller girl strolled into the room with a confident air about her. Lark had absolutely no clue why, but she like the girl's attitude. Maybe it was because Lark, herself, had a very dry sense of humor, but she couldn't be sure. LarkShe smiled up at Fury's annoyed look at each of them. "Not all it's cracked up t' be, eh Fury?" Lark half-whispered to the man. Fury only looked at her with a bit of distaste and sighed heavily, looking around the room and then behind him to Lively. "This is Kit Lively. While I'm over there making sure that your parents don't kill each other, Ms. Lively will be hear making sure that you don't kill each other."

With that, Lively stepped up to the plate and nodded curtly. "You all have conflicting personalities just as your parents, but I believe that if they can work together, so can you." Lark couldn't help but roll her eyes and looked over at Lively with a chuckle. "Yeah. We're off to a great start," she said sarcastically. Lively glared at her and then back at the rest of them. "Look you don't have to like it, but you must care at least a little about this world." Lark chuckled, but bit her tongue to keep herself from making another sarcastic comment.

If Freya was willing to entertain the idea of working with this team than he would be at her side if for no other reason. Braego crossed his arms over his chest, displeased that Fury could not even take the time to tell them of this venture they would be on himself and instead, delegated to one of his subordinates.

"We have already proven our willingness to fight your battles Ms. Lively. If that were not the case none of us would have bothered to make the journey. Now loose your tongue and speak plain. What threat faces Midgard?"

Braego said, speaking up.

((OOC: In case you haven't noticed, I'm not great when it comes to explaining things, but this idea was created in full by Bromander. (: Thank you so much.))

Lark looked at the guy asking Lively what threat faced 'Midgard' and guessed that he was the son of Thor, since he was talking like that. Lark smiled over at him, thinking that he was sorta cute, and mentally made a note to introduce herself to him later. Lark looked back at Lively, sighed, and said sarcastically, "Yeah, c'mon Kitty, lose your tongue." Lark was effectively ignored as Lively looked to Fury and then back around the room.

"Many years ago, HYDRA was a top secret Nazi organization that some of you know Captain America fought against." Lively paused and looked over at Fury whispering, "That reminds me, wasn't Captain America's son supposed to be here?"

Fury simply shrugged, looking indifferent, and waved for Lively to go on. "We'll bring him up to speed when and if he gets here."

Lively nodded and leaned on the table, getting herself back on topic. "Most think that HYDRA died after Captain America was done with it, and though it is no longer a Nazi organization, they are still doing experiments and fabricating weapons that could possible be used for mass destruction." She stopped and clicked a button on a small remote, causing a fuzzy picture of a building set into the side of a cliff pop up on the television screen. "This is the main base of HYDRA where we think that they are creating one of these weapons of mass destruction. We do not know exactly what this weapon or weapons are, but we do know that it is dangerous as many HYDRA weapons are." Lively paused and looked around with stern eyes. "We need you to destroy whatever this machine or machines are before they decide to use it."

Lively ended her speech and looked over at Fury. As she did this, Lark caught Lively giving Fury a quick smirk as if the two knew something more than they were actually telling them, but then in a second it was gone and Lively was giving them that same stern look. Lark felt a bit curious and suspicious at the same time. Her father had said that they were only there to assess their skills. Lark thought that sending them on a mission this fast was more a mistake than an assessment. Unless, maybe, Fury and Lively really did know what was in that base and just weren't telling them. Lark shook that feeling off and sighed, giving everyone in the room her trademark crooked grin. "Hey, what's one little weapon of mass destruction, right?"

Valentina looked up through thick lashes to see that Braego, the son of Thor, was looking at her. She gave him a half smile, nothing too flirtatious or inviting, and turned her attention back to the two S.H.I.E.L.D. representatives at the front of the room where the Avengers logo hovered. Braego was extremely attractive, no doubt about it, but she already knew all she needed to about him: arrogant, muscle-brained, and always looking for an excuse to fight. She also knew full well that her father and Thor had not gotten along very well, but that could have been said for nearly everyone that her father met.

A moment later Fury launched into an explanation on why they were called to S.H.I.E.L.D., but unlike the others, her attention was not on the screen. She casually looked about the room, listening and watching the physical responses of everyone as the true reason behind their gathering was explained. To everyone she would have looked completely unconcerned, but she was actually intently studying everyone and everything in the room. The problem with being as intelligent as she was, was that she could not shut it off. She was constantly doing calculations, sizing people up, and so on. It had its benefits, but sometimes it was a little much.

Jordan Banner was furious and she watched him with interest, curious to know whether or not he actually had control over changing into his alter-ego, so to speak. She had read that he had the power to change as he pleased, but she wondered if he got agitated enough if he would be unable to stop the transformation.

Across the room she noticed Braego and his sister whispering about what was being said to them. She caught a long dark wave of hair between her fingers and twirled it waiting for someone to speak. Normally she would have interrupted everyone and had her say, but she wanted to figure out the dynamic of the room before she completely destroyed it.

"This is Kit Lively. While I'm over there making sure that your parents don't kill each other, Ms. Lively will be hear making sure that you don't kill each other."

With that, Lively stepped up to the plate and nodded curtly. "You all have conflicting personalities just as your parents, but I believe that if they can work together, so can you."

Val smiled in amusement seriously doubting that this crew could work together. She for one didn’t play well with others, and it was obvious that the same could be said for the others in the room. Though she had not met the boy wonder, also known as Captain America’s son, she doubted she would be too impressed with him either.

"Yeah. We're off to a great start," she said sarcastically. Lively glared at her and then back at the rest of them. "Look you don't have to like it, but you must care at least a little about this world." Lark chuckled, but bit her tongue to keep herself from making another sarcastic comment.

She was unable to stop herself from laughing at Lark’s response and she cast the brunette a look of agreement, finally finding someone in the room that she liked somewhat though she supposed that could change in a flash.

Braego and Jordan voiced their concerns about the information, Jordan less eloquently than Braego, and soon Lively launched into an explanation of their mission. This was what Val had been waiting for, all the previous information could have been figured out by a child.

Turning in the chair, adjusting her skirt as it rode higher on her lean fair thighs, she listened intently as Lively spoke. So they were going after a HYDRA weapon? Her father had been aware that HYDRA was still functioning, but it was incredibly secretive and though he had enlisted his daughter’s help the pair of them had only been able to find out very basic information. It had been a while ago, the last time they had checked on HYDRA, and she supposed a lot could have changed since then.

Once Lively finished, Val noticed her give Fury a small smirk. Either there was more to the story or this was a test to see if the group could work together. If it was the later, she was certain they were not going to pass with flying colors.

"When do we have to leave?"

“Oh, come on now Jordan let’s not just rush into this. Maybe we should have a sharing circle first and braid each other’s hair. You know, really get to know each other before we race off to save the world.” Valentina commented with mock excitement, the first time she had spoken since the meeting had commenced, and turned in her chair to face Fury and Lively. Her expression clearly showed that she thought it was ridiculous to send all of them together on this mission. It was going to be a disaster and she wasn’t about to get herself killed because the boys wanted to have a pissing contest in the middle of the mission.

((OOC: Finally got our Captain America guys. Haha))

Lark laughed at the girl diagonal from her and replied sarcastically as well, "The Notebook, anyone?" Lark shook her head with a chuckled and then swiveled her chair back to look at Lively. "Look, I'm not saying we couldn't do it, but don't ya think this may turn out to be a bit of a disaster?"

Lively glared from Val to Lark and then back again. Lark could see an almost wicked grin playing on the woman's face. "Well we'll see. Won't we?"

Lark shook her head. "Kitty, c'mon, you know as well as everyone in this room does that these two," Lark jerked a thumb over her shoulder at the two guys, but did not turn to face them, "Are most likely going to end up killing each other."

Again, Lark saw that Lively had a smirk playing on her features. "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it."

Entering a rather tall building, Zach was greeted by a man in a black suit.

"You're a bit tardy, Mr.Rogers." the man stated. He appeared to be annoyed, as if he had more important matters to attend to. Those probably included paperwork, but that didn't really matter.

"Sorry, I was sleeping." Zach responded with a smirk. He wasn't lying though, he had slept in a bit more than he was supposed to, but what can he do now? His superpower wasn't manipulating time, it was being a bad-ass. Or at least that's how Zach liked to think of it. The man gave Zach a glare before pulling a 180 and walking towards a door.

After an unusually high amount of security measures, they reached a room filled with others, two of whom, Zach recognized. Zach mentally laughed at the retinal scanners and code words, as they reminded him of movies and games. Those of course would slow down some people, but if the Hulk or someone of high physical strength (Iron Man or Thor) decided they wanted through, it wasn't going to stop them. Actually, it probably wouldn't have stopped Zach, had he the intention of busting down the doors, but for now, he didn't.

He glanced around the room and took note in his head of the people in here. A spanish-looking person, A tall and large man and a girl next to him (Beautiful, he might add), another beauty, and Nick Fury along with another woman whom appeared to have a stick shoved somewhere up her ass. Wait. There was another girl. It was her! The one he'd seen on T.V, he'd know the face anywhere. It was Stark's daughter, Valentina Stark. He wasn't sure why, but he liked her. Maybe it was because she was cocky and arrogant, like him? Maybe because she was perfect in every way, at least physically? He didn't know, but his sight dragged on her for a minute before passing around the room once more.

"What'd I miss?" he asked without a hint of guilt for being late.

"Is that all?" Zach turned to fully face the beautful women that had shed some light on the situation. She stood right next to the taller man who was probably Thor's son. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out, seeing as Thor himself wasn't a puny person. Zach did not, however, know the name of Thor's son. In fact, he didn't know anything about any of the many 'Teen Titans' that were here. Save for Valentina, that is. He didn't know too much about her, but he did know that she was rich, gorgeous and smart. What more could a guy want? Though when he thought about it, she did end up being her father's daughter, meaning that no matter how good she looked, he needed to avoid her, lest he faint or otherwise ruin his image.

Just now noticing he nodded off, he picked back up where he left off.

"H.Y.D.R.A, I'm assuming? I don't know how much 'ex-Neo-Nazis' there are, but they sound like they fit." he smiled warmly, something he had drilled into his own mind. His father always told him to treat a women with respect. He might overdo it and come off as either a nobleman or flirtatious, but he kept the original idea at heart. That's what matters, right?

Jordan laughed again. "You forgot about tea time. Oh and our slumber party." Jordan joked… "I really just want to get this over with, I'm making a new energy force and It is earth shattering If it works, I'm busy as hell running around to get this done." He said to Furry. Jordan was really dedicated to his work.

Valentina chuckled softly to herself at the younger teen, aware of what he was talking about. She had read his research and thought that while the energy force was an interesting concept, it would be unable to withstand any severe amount of oppositional force. It would be helpful to thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of people but the type of energy forces that Stark Industries dealt with needed to be nearly indestructible. While her father would have interjected these thoughts she managed to show some restraint and keep it to herself. The time would come for the two of them to discuss such things, since it was obvious that the pair were clearly above the rest as far as intelligence was concerned.

"The Notebook, anyone?" Lark shook her head with a chuckled and then swiveled her chair back to look at Lively. "Look, I'm not saying we couldn't do it, but don't ya think this may turn out to be a bit of a disaster?"

“There’s no question about it. It’s going to be a disaster.” Val commented dryly, relaxing back in her chair as though she had not a care in the world.

“I hate to break it to you, but at the rate they’re going there isn’t going to be a bridge to cross.” Val added, looking over her shoulder towards the boys though her real attention was on Braego. From what she could tell he would be the first to snap in the group. A shame, really, because he certainly was handsome.. in a brutish-godly sort of way.

Her attention was torn away from Braego and to the door as, low and behold, the boy wonder entered the room. She knew at once that he would be the ‘golden boy’ of their group; tall, blonde, and handsome he had an air of charisma about him that the other two men did not. Braego was all testosterone and heat while Jordan was the intelligent kid. It was interesting to see how well they all fit into the moulds of their parents.

Zach looked around the room, taking note of everyone, but she noticed that his eyes fell on her for significantly longer than the others. She was not unaccustomed to attention, especially not when wearing this particular suit, and simply raised one dark brow at him as if to say, ‘And how can I help you?’

"What'd I miss?" he asked without a hint of guilt for being late.

"Well, Rogers, our parents our busy doing whatever the hell it is they need to do, so we've gotta deal with some ex-Neo-Nazis who're making some kind of weapon of mass destruction," she did her best to fill the young man in, hoping she didn't leave anything out.

“You see, that’s how you give us a run down.” Val said over her shoulder to Fury and Lively, “Short, to the point, and a little sarcastic. Perfect way to capture one’s attention.” She said, giving them a sweet smile that she clearly did not mean. Though it was all good fun to meet the other teens she was an exceptionally busy person and couldn’t help but feel like time was being wasted.

"Is that all?"

Valentina looked back towards Zach as he spoke and locked eyes with him, the silence stretching across the room. She laughed, a soft bell like sound, and flicked her hand in the air in a non-chalant way, “Yes, but the real problem isn’t going to be the weapon of mass destruction. It’s going to be each other. What a charming little group we make.” She said, taking a look around the room again. Momentarily she wondered if S.H.I.E.L.D. had guards stationed outside the door if a fight broke out, as she was sure they expected, but the thought vanished as Zach spoke.

"H.Y.D.R.A, I'm assuming? I don't know how much 'ex-Neo-Nazis' there are, but they sound like they fit." he smiled warmly, something he had drilled into his own mind.

“A great and accurate assumption, Zach. You get the gold star for the day.” Valentina commented teasingly. Though he had not introduced himself she knew his name through her own research. In fact, he had been one of the easiest to find information about.

"Me? Seriously?" he pointed to himself and acted as though it surprised him, though he didn't hold on the sarcasm. "I'm surprised anyone here knows my name. I didn't really do much to get me noticed." Zach admitted. It wasn't as if he went about saving the day like his father. In fact, he never once helped his father. His father preferred it that way, his mother did even more.

"I assume everyone else has introduced each other?" he noticed Stark had been looking directly at him. Of course, he wasn't intimidated, but he could tell she wasn't either. Then again, Zach didn't really give off an intimidating aura anyways... "I guess I'll introduce myself." he began and moved his vision way from the Stark. "I'm Zachary Rogers, and I'm a bad-ass." he smirked. If he was going to be working with these super-humans and Demigods, then he may as well stay true to his own character.

Lark's head flew up at the sound of another entering the room. His gaze swept the room, lingering on Stark. Honestly, Lark was starting to envy the girl a bit. She was gorgeous and everyone in the room seemed to know it, including her. Lark knew she was good looking herself, and she could get men to do her bidding for her after her mother's lessons, but Stark seemed to take the cake on this one. If only Lark was taller than five foot...

Lark shook her head and looked up as Captain America's son introduced himself as a 'bad-ass'. Lark half-snorted-half-laughed at him. "And oh-so modest. I bet all the ladies swoon when they see you," she said sarcastically. In a way, Lark liked the manly aspect of some guys, but when it got to being a plain ol' ass like this guy, Lark stayed far away.

Lively cleared her throat a couple of times as she was clearly effectively being ignored. She cleared it once more very loudly and looked around in annoyance. "Look, quite honestly I don't care if you hate each others' guts, but right now we have a situation on our hands that we thought six children of superheroes could handle without killing each other. Maybe we were wrong." Lively paused a moment, sighed, and then continued, "How 'bout this. You six do this one mission and save and afterward I give you full permission to beat each other to a pulp."

Braego's impatience had been building since the group started joking about slumber parties. He'd remained silent hoping they would work out their laughs on their own so they could all get down to business but apparently that was not going to happen. As for the son of the legendary Captain America, Braego didn't know what to make of the man. A part of him wanted to punch him while the other part wanted to get a drink with him, he reminded Braego of himself. The son of Thor figured he would have little trouble calling this Zachary an ally as long as he proved himself in the fight to come. Finally unwilling to waste another moment Braego lifted his mighty weapon and shouldered it as he took a step forward, his temper flaring. Not so much in impatience but in anger. The way every seemed to damn this group before they had even left the building had wore his resolve thin. His anger seemed to find a focus on the seemingly ever smirking Ms. Lively.

"I've had enough of your disingenuous assumptions Ms. Lively. We gathered here are the heirs to your mightiest heroes yet you speak to us like common rabble. When this day is done you shall see our might."

Braego turned back only for a moment to rest his gaze on each of the members around him. He honestly doubted their ability to work as a cohesive unit but if their lineage was any measure their individual strengths must have been substantial. He turned back with a fire roaring in his eyes.

"You've assembled us all here this day to fight the battle you are too weak fight on your own. Now stand aside and let us save your realm."

With that Braego turned and strode away from her. Past the Son of the Hulk, past the daughter of the assassins, past his own kin, past the son of the great Captain, and finally past the alluring daughter of Iron man. Braego looked at none of them. His eyes seemingly locked on the battle to come. The son of the champion of Asgard sought glory in Midgard and today he would find it.

Zach instantly noticed an air about Thor's son, (Which he would later find out was actually Thorson) that said he wanted to get shit done. This wasn't bad, in fact, the team was procrastinating a bit too much (Possible Zach's fault to begin with but...). Banner's son however... Banner's son had a cocky air about him, it wasn't like Zach's or even like Stark's, it was his own. Like he was confident in his ability to just plainly beat the shit out of everyone here. Comparing that to 'Merica's own cockiness (which was just part of his personality and nothing else) or Stark's (Which wasn't in her ability to fight as much as it was being beautiful, rich and intelligent), you could tell he was thinking about something.

Just then, the Hulkster spoke up.

"Is the valiant warrior getting impatient?"

This jab at the mighty son of an Asgardian hero set him off. Or at least, almost did. Suprisingly, the mini-god or demi-god or whatever decided against beating the green machine to a pulp. Rogers had a feeling this was only because of the "normal" people around. As the pissed off Braego walked out the doors of the room and towards the exit, (Without looking at anybody) his sister quickly followed. As they returned, it was clear that she "diffused the situating".

"She must be the only thing keeping him from punching or beating everything to death around here." the little captain thought to himself. After taking that mental note, he walked towards the front of the room so as to draw the attention of the others.

"As much as I'd prefer to watch a fight I've only heard about from my father-whom wasn't even there and had to hear it from the might Thor- I believe that we need to work as a team. Even if they can be assholes," he shifted his eyes to Fury. "S.H.E.I.L.D doesn't just call upon us for no reason. Lets do this like good, mature humans, gods and monsters and after kicking a bit of ass, we can beat whoever or whatever we want." he reasoned.

A broad grin dawned on Braego's face after Zack finished speaking.

"Now that is a plan I would drink too."

He said with a hearty laugh. Braego was beginning to like this charismatic son of the Captain. He would be interested to see how he held up in battle. Braego took a step back and leaned against the wall as he folded his arms over his chest. Braego was a warrior, in the truest meaning of the word. As far as he was concerned as long as they could hold their own in this fight to come they would all survive the day. If he had to make a wager he assumed they would be able to do more than merely hold their own but he'd never fought beside warriors of Midgard before. From he could tell Skylark had no unique abilities to call her own, merely expert training. The beast had his strength. Rogers was just a tad more than mere man. Then there was the Stark girl. Braegos eyes drifted over to her sultry frame and lingered there but a moment. She was beautiful for certain but beauty did not win battles. For all her confidence Braego hoped he would not have to pick up what was left of her when the killing starts. Their enemies will not show mercy on them and they could not afford to do any less. That meant blood and that meant death. The son of Thor wondered if the others gathered here understood that.

((OOC: Sorry guys, this is a bit rushed, but again, I suck at explanations.))

Lark looked around the room at everyone, seeing that she and Stark were the only two still sitting down. Lark raised an eyebrow over at Stark, but didn't say anything, silently passing a sarcastic joke over to her. Lark simply smiled, only wishing that she had some popcorn to go along with the show. Rogers went to the head of the table and spoke up to the team.

Lively looked at Rogers and nodded stiffly before speaking, "Alright, this house is on the edge of a cliff which dips down into a canyon and then back up on the other side. We can have them seeing the helicarrier and getting suspicious, so we're dropping you off at the other side. From there, you'll have jet packs if needed to get you to the other side. The assignment is to get in, get the weapon or weapons, and get out by any means necessarily. However, we'd prefer no huge explosions as not to blow the cliff side up. We will be there to extract the weapons and you at the location once this has been done."

Lark snorted and thought to herself that maybe this was a little much, but she had heard of S.H.I.E.L.D. using this brute, 'by any means necessary' force before. Her father always hated it, but her mother wasn't too worried about it. Lark looked around the room. A arrogant super soldier, an even more arrogant and gorgeous genius, the brilliant Green Giant, two demi-gods, and her, a child of two assassins. 'This is going to work perfectly,' Lark thought bitterly to herself.

Lark sighed and leaned back even further in her chair. "So, let's get this straight. First time meeting each other and we're being dropped off in the middle of nowhere to break into a top secret former Nazi base and gather weapons of mass destruction and bring them back here."

Lively looked over at Fury and then back around the table before looking at Lark. "Then I guess you know what you're doing."

#, as written by Kenzi
Valentina listened as Zach introduced himself as a bad-ass and immediately laughed, obviously amused by his arrogance. She had not met someone who had introduced themselves as a bad ass before, mostly because if they truly deserved the name they wouldn’t say it out loud. She cast Lark an approving smile at the cutting remark she shot in Zach’s direction but said nothing herself. There was little point in berating the man further, though she knew her father would have. Thankfully she had gotten some of her mother’s sense to balance out the vast amount of her father’s characteristics that she possessed.

“Count me out of that last part. I have better things to do than sit around and watch you boys wrestle.” Valentina commented, sea-foam colored eyes looking over at the three men cooly. It was obvious that the majority of the group was getting seriously agitated by the situation and lack of direction of the meeting, but Val was finding it quite amusing to see everyone interact. The most irritated person of the group, without a doubt, was Braego. She noticed the color rising in his face and knew that he was going to snap. In precaution she traced her finger in a circle on her exposed chest, right in the center. It was there that the electromagnet was implanted, but she had developed a small holographic screen on it that would cover it and make it appear as though nothing was there. She was not embarrassed of it, but sometimes she liked other parts of her upper body to be the center of attention. Another thing that she had added to the cybernetic technology was a honing system, so that when she traced the circumference of the magnet and then pressed down at the center of it her suit would be called to her. It was similar to the way that Captain America and his son could recall their weapons. She obviously couldn’t carry the suit around with her at all times, which was another reason for developing a newer suit.

"I've had enough of your disingenuous assumptions Ms. Lively. We gathered here are the heirs to your mightiest heroes yet you speak to us like common rabble. When this day is done you shall see our might… You've assembled us all here this day to fight the battle you are too weak fight on your own. Now stand aside and let us save your realm."

Valentina listened to him speak and, for the first time in quite some time, was actually silent not out of choice but out of shock. The man certainly was passionate, she would give him that much, and undeniably sexy in an ‘I-control-the-lightning-and-can-crush-you-to-a-pulp-with-my-toe’ sort of way. Yet his thirst for battle still irritated her and reminded her of a bull, blind with rage.

"Is the valiant warrior getting impatient?" Jordan asked mockingly.

Valentina watched closely to what happened next, finger tips resting on the electromagnet in case she needed to get her suit quickly. If a Hulk and Demi-God wanted to fight things were going to get rough fast. Braego surprised her, however, and managed to hold his temper in part due to the nervous guards surrounding the room. He took off, his sister following, and Val lowered her hand and rolled her eyes, “It’s like high school all over again. Do they never get tired of it?” She muttered in annoyance, referring to a man’s need to constantly be better than anyone around them and pick fights to become the dominant one.

Finally the brother and sister returned and then the golden boy gave a little heart-warming speech. Braego seemed to enjoy it, saying he would ‘drink to it’, and she looked at him as he leaned against the wall sizing everyone up. He stared at her for a moment, expression slightly curious and unimpressed, and she felt the first sting of irritation of the meeting. It was obvious he thought she was a liability, but she could not wait to prove him wrong.

Lark looked around the room at everyone, seeing that she and Stark were the only two still sitting down. Lark raised an eyebrow over at Stark, but didn't say anything, silently passing a sarcastic joke over to her.

Val caught the smile and chuckled to herself, liking the girl more which was rare for the brunette, but then looked up to the front as Lively explained the mission. As the others spoke, Val considered the information that was given to them and spoke up after a moment, “What about the designs, calculations, and formulas for the weapons?” She questioned, one brow raised in suspicion, “Do you want me to get all that from the computers as well or are you simply looking to get a handful of useful and ready to use weapons?” The young woman asked, pushing her chair up and standing. Her long dark hair tumbled over her shoulders as she faced Lively and Fury, “If we just take the weapons they can make more. I can get into their data base and wipe it clean. They won’t be able to even play solitaire after I’m done. “
