Francisco is a skinny and fun sized young man. His body isn't muscular but he does appear to take care of himself. His skin is medium and smooth; almost like a child's. His figure appears more feminine and he is often mistaken as a woman. Usually, Francisco enjoys wearing silky button shirts and shorts along with his collection of lab coats and a headband of an animal. He has quite the collection of them. He also is known for wearing imagery ties depending on the day or if there is a holiday approaching.

Francisco is a devious and teasing imp who loves to play tricks and see what happens. He is well known for being the strange kid among many and because of it, people avoid him often. He can best be described as a lovable pain in everyone backside who you can't quiet get upset with. He is devious by nature and is sometimes called a no good imp. He loves to get a good laugh from someone's misfortune; of course he wouldn't cause the misfortune in the first place. He just loves to see it happen to someone now and again.

Francisco is very playful and loves to do anything and everything fun. He can't quite be serious since it doesn't seem too appealing to him. He would rather jump around than sit still. Because of that, many compare him to a small child. He doesn't like to be compared to a child; mostly because of his size. He can get upset pretty quickly if he even feels someone is speaking low of him.

In all, Francisco isn't such a terrible guy. He loves to live life happily and with a bit of excitement here and there. However, sometimes he doesn't know whether or not he is hurting someone's feelings. He can be a bit of a softy but he wouldn't show it what so ever unless he was around someone he was really comfortable with. He can also be romantic if he wishes too but it would have to be someone he really felt strongly about.

|Background|
Francisco was born quite sickly and undernourished. After nearly a year of going back and forth from the hospital, his mother was able to finally take him home to his father and older brother. Eventually, his parent's split leaving his mother alone with the two children. His brother being four, years older than him, took it upon himself to help his mother any way he could to make sure Francisco would grow up happily.

As a young child, Francisco wasn't the perfect angel his mother had hoped for. He would often get sent home for doing something terrible for a student or two. He didn't really have a sense of what was right or wrong. He only did what he found amusing. Eventually, he had to be taken to work with his mother at the local hospital. He learned a lot from the doctors and even taught his mother a thing or too. He told his mother he wanted to be a doctor one day and he knew she would be satisfied to hear that.

Eventually he was allowed back in grade school with a clean slate. Emerging into high school would be all but enjoyable for him. However, he never would have imagined cliques existed. He had only seen things like that in bad movies or boring books. After a enjoyable prank played on a teacher that wasn't exactly liked, Fransisco found himself joining alongside The Outcasts. Nothing would be more enjoyable than being with them. However, with the speak of war and the death of Theo , Francisco has become a bit more cautious.
