Eva Yoshu's Story

Cameron stumbled off the dance floor at the local club, and he headed towards the bar, "Aye bartender! Get me three bottles of whiskey!" he shouted, but he slurred his words since he was already drunk.
The bartender rolled his eyes at him, and he handed him the three bottles of whiskey. Cameron quickly chugged down the first one in a matter of three minutes, then he did the same with the second bottle, letting out a sigh as the liquid burned down his throat. He couldn't feel his emotional pain anymore, and that's why he loved parties, clubs, neon lights, and alcohol. There's just something about it that washes away all the pain he feels inside, it's like his escape from reality.

He chugged down the third bottle even faster than the first two, it only took him about one minute. He'd become an expert drinking alcohol over the five or six years he'd been sneaking into parties and clubs.

"I'm hungry!" he shouted, and he stumbled out of the club, and he walked down the sidewalk, nearly tripping a few times. Cameron was planning on going to Joe's BBQ, but he was bad with directions anyway, plus he was drunk, so he took a wrong turn, and now he was in a neighborhood with a lot of houses. He walked down the sidewalk, a little further, and he stumbled up the driveway to a random house, and he stumbled up the steps of the porch, opening the door, and he saw an unfamiliar, yet beautiful, young woman.

"Hey honey, I'm home!" he slurred, then bursted into a fit of laughter before becoming light-headed and passing out on the floor.

Eva jumped and quickly spun around from her cooking as she heard someone shout from the door she'd forgotten to lock. She saw a man laughing then fall to the floor unconscious, she stared for a moment in disbelief, trying to figure out what the hell just happened then shook her head. Right now, she had to figure out what to do with the unconscious man on the floor in her entryway. She thought about calling the cops but she figured he wasn't much of a danger unconscious, plus she wanted to have as little to do with the law as possible. So, she picked him up, slung him over her shoulder, and carried him to the guest room. She worked out and weight lifted every day so she was naturally much stronger than a normal woman, so she got him into the bed no problem and left him there with the door open for who knows how long he'd be unconscious.

About an hour later, Cameron woke up, and he found himself in a comfortable bed. He groaned slightly in pain, rubbing his head, which was throbbing. He stumbled to his feet, clumsily walking out of the room, and he walked down a hallway, where he was greeted by a kitchen and what he assumed was a living room. He mumbled, rubbing his head, trying to soothe the pain, "Where am I?"
Then he saw a young woman. The same young woman he had just seen before he passed out. Cameron just now remembered that he had passed out since he was drunk. He looked at the girl for a few long moments, completely mesmerized by how beautiful she was. He'd never seen someone with such gorgeous features.

Eva looked up from where she was reading on the couch, her eyes showed nothing and her face was blank. "So I see you're awake." She said to the young man who had stumbled into the room.

Cameron nodded, but he regretted doing so as soon as his head began throbbing from the small movement, "Yes, I'm awake."
He couldn't really remember much. He couldn't remember how he'd gotten there or when.
He blinked, "Do you have any idea when or how I got here?" Cameron stared at her for a moment, and then his eyes widened only slightly, "We didn't like hook up or anything did we?"

Cameron hoped like hell that he hadn't hooked up with her. He wanted to save his virginity until he was married. He wanted to give that to someone who was worth it. Someone he actually loved, and obviously he wasn't in love with this woman, he didn't even know her, and he was still a little tipsy since he had gotten drunk.

Eva rolled her eyes and stood up, crossing her arms. "You showed up at my doorstep three hours ago, you threw open the door, yelled 'honey I'm home' and collapsed. So no, we did not 'hook up,' as if I would."

Cameron sighed in reflief, "Thank god," he wouldn't know what to do if he hooked up with someone. He looked at her, "I'm guessing you probably want me to leave now?" he asked. Cameron still couldn't get over how beautiful she was. He randomly blurted out, "You're a really gorgeous woman," but he didn't mean to say it. It was just what was on his mind, and it had just slipped from his mouth.

Eva was about to answer his assumption when he suddenly called her gorgeous. She stared at him in shock for a moment then blushed brightly and looked away. "Th-Thanks..." She muttered and didn't look at him, she wouldn't admit it, but she thought he looked incredibly handsome too.

Cameron smirked when he saw her blush. It made her even more gorgeous, "Aww your blushing," he cooed, "Glad to know I flatter you so much," he teased, smiling at the woman standing before him. It wasn't like Cameron to act this way with a woman he didn't really even know, but there was just something about her that was different from any other woman he'd ever met. She was more feminine, yet she seemed indipendent, and she seemed strong, yet delicate at the same time. She was the closest thing to perfect that he'd ever known of. She was stunning, and well, he for some reason, didn't want to leave. He wanted to get to know this woman, but he figured that's not something she'd want. She didn't seem to like him that much anyway.

Eva took a deep breath to calm the blush on her face and she turned to look at him. "You look like you're still hung over. Sit down, I'll get you some water." She said heading to the kitchen.

Cameron smiled slightly, and he took a seat on her couch, resting his head back, and he let out a soft sigh, "So, what's your name?" he asked her, making an attempt to get to know the woman. He glanced at her before looking at the tv, he had no idea what movie or show was currently on, but it most certainly didn't interest him.

Eva looked up as she poured the water but didn't spill. "It's Eva, and yours?" She asked bringing it back to him.

Cameron smiled, "Eva," he mumbled her name softly, he looked up at her, taking the water with a warm smile, "Thanks Eva, the name is Cameron."
He took a sip of the water, sighing in relief as the cool liquid wash down. Cameron still had a headache, but he was sure it would go away soon.

Eva nodded and sat down a little ways away from him on the couch and looked at the clock. "It's already midnight. If you're too hungover to go home tonight I guess I do have the guest room you can use."

Cameron looked at her, "No, I'll be fine, I can get home." he stood up, handing her the glass of water, and he left. He headed down the porch steps and onto the sidewalk. He looked back at Eva's house, but looked away quickly, and he started walking home. He hadn't brought his car to the club, knowing he'd get drunk and it wouldn't be safe to drive, so instead, he had to walk three miles just to get home, but he would be fine.
He planned on coming back to see Eva, there was just something about her that interested him, and he definitely wanted to befriend her.

Eva shrugged and nodded, taking the glass to the sink before going to bed.

Eva woke up the next morning, half thinking last night was a dream and she got ready for work.
