Personality: Cold and Detached, Rick has a near pathological obsession with Anoms. He studies them intensively, trying to find the root of their power. He occasionally drops in on TEAR to ask questions and conduct therapy sessions with the members. He knows what happens to the Anoms TEAR captures, and the ones dragged off by the government.
