Artemis Biotech:
Welcome to Artemis Biotech where we do everything. Though one project we have kept secret from the human world. We are an organization that has been in research of human and animal genetics. We have taken in a group of subjects from the day they were born, some where even test tube subjects. These subjects where injected with avian DNA and they were born with different genetic makeup then regular human beings.

The subjects where each given a number that was tattooed on their right wrist. We have put these subjects in many different kinds of trainings, such as physical and mental. They have grown up with the make up of human and avian blood so the subjects have characteristics of both. They do have wings, they can fly, their bones are much smaller then regular humans but they are inhumanly strong and they have higher senses. They do have to eat much more then humans because their metabolism is faster and they burn a lot of calories with the work we put them through. Each subject also has a mutation unfortunately from being injected with the avian DNA, each one has a different mutation. We have numbered each subject from 001-006 we had a seventh but that subject unfortunately did not make it.

Subject 001 causes a sensory overload when someone looks into there eyes or hears there voice. Advanced pupil activity causes a relay of information while the vocal cords are able to create a wider variety of sounds and pitches which are almost inaudible to the human ear. The brain takes that information in though and somehow misinterprets it by creating "phantoms" or images that aren't there and also not being able to detect objects that are there

Subject 002 has a hyper active adrenaline gland allowing for powerful burst of strength. Calcium utilization has caused bone density to be high than normal which allowed for muscle mass to naturally allow greater exertion of force. Additional layers of muscles have formed in key areas to make the body more capable in instances where the fight instinct kicks in.

Subject 003 (heat) and Subject 004 (cold) there body regulatory systems seem to be consciously controlled, allowing the skin to decrease temperature or increase temperature. The palms of the hand have thickened skin while still also having oddly large heating pours that allow for heat to be transferred better or taken away better. With the skin temperature decrease the sweat on the hand and body seems to frost over or when raised too high almost evaporate immediately. This causes a larger transfer of heat on an almost dangerous level. The subject can feel the changes to his temperature and is not immune to heat or cold but his blood vessels are better able to circulate blood due to the avian DNA making him able to withstand the extreme temperatures

Subject 005 is very similar to 002. Put that body is lighter than normal also, bones seem to have larger gaps in them and be filled with some sort of biological gas that makes him lighter. Muscle mass is mainly focused in the lower body

Subject 006 has a almost sixth sense. We detect some sort of high level frequencies being produced by there brain. This seems to be able to detect and mimic the brainwaves of other people and relay them to her. Her mind has some ability to decode and translate the brain waves into a combination of words and images. We are not sure as to how much control she has as of yet but have confirmed that focus on a particular subject allows for her to pull out certain thoughts and memories

Because of these mutations we have put them all in different trainings and also they each have a room accommodating them. Though they do not get much, they each have a wired cot with a grey rough blanket. The subjects are to wear grey sweatpants and a grey t-shirt with brown shoes. The subjects have a strict schedule we stick to each day that hasn’t been changed at all since this has started.

I'm glad to hear that you've considered joining Jupiter Industries and since you signed the non disclosure agreement I'm happy to introduce you to the project that you'll get to deal with in the most hands on of manners. Those of us who are a part of it have taken great pride in it, spending many long hours pouring over the data and have fondly started calling the it Project Pinnacle.

As your probably aware form the internet site, TV ads and other things here at Jupiter Industries we strive to always be on the forefront of modern technology and blur the lines between man and machine. We are the ones you can thank for almost all modern microchip and mechanical innovations within the last thirty years, our teams of scientist are always striving to come up with new and exciting inventions. Things such as computers are just the smallest part of our company, the research we do is of global importance. In a hundred years it will be Jupiter Industries that allowed creates every piece of tech you will see around you, and we plan to make it amazing.

We have the topic scientist and researchers from all over the world here, simply to be considered by us you have to have shown ground breaking research and ingenuity. Our teams focus on the implanting and adaptation of robotic and mechanical parts for human use, things such as nano technology and neuro receivers are all within our purview. In our labs we think of the flesh as being weak and the biological being flawed, the machine is as perfect as we can make it. Machines are predictable and fallow rules, people are a giant pain in the...but I digress.

Jupiter Industries is proud to introduce you to our six primary prototypes. Each one has been implanted and given unique technological upgrades. Naturally there were many more but these ones are all that survived the procedures. In science there is always sacrifice though and we are pleased to say that these six are just the tip of the iceberg. Each one of these kids has been designed with a specific purpose in mind and by testing and experimentation on these prototypes we have been able to perfect a number of different things. I would advice you to think of them as computers, I would hate it if something bad happened to you because you got too attached to them.

All of the prototypes are numbered from 101 too 106. Each has a neuro implant in the base of there neck that allows them to be smarter and use there brain as a computer, boosting the processing speed by about 200 percent. The implants all use a combination of kinetic and potential energy generators and storage units to allow them to draw upon the bodies own energy, we had some rather nasty accidents when we first tried these out. One of the babies even burst into flames....that hasn't happened in a few weeks now though.

Prototype 101 is an male we designed for true mechanical use and interface. His body can tap into the wi fi around him and his brain has the most advanced code breaking software we could develop as well as the ability to adapt and learn as he is exposed to different codes. He can also interface with any electronic device via touch, rather interestingly he also can power objects that he touches by releasing pent up static electricity we have stored in his power cells within his arms. Nothing like throwing lightning of course but he's his own personal taser if needed.

Prototype 102 is a female we developed with our military weapons and tactics division. Her skin was injected and implanted with numerous layers of highly flexible micro images which we then grafted into the skin and base cells via nano injectors. Basically it allows her to reflect the light away from her body making her able to plenty into the darkness better. Also the cells can take pictures of what is behind and around her to project just in front of her skin making it so that she can camouflage herself at will. Plus her skin tone and shade can be adjusted into any color on the spectrum so that she can blend in better and hide in a crowd. In order to help with infiltration we also replaced all her joints with mechanical ball barrings and some other bio tech that allow her to be more flexible than anything otherwise humanly possible. We can't get her to pivot her head all the way around yet but everything else works fine.

Prototype 103 is a male who we laced a steal polymer within his blood. The nanos inside of him can send it to the surface at will, covering his skin in a bulletproof armor that can withstand heat and cold. He can still maintain mobility but he weighs a bit more than we would like, even though he's of average size we measured him at about. 250 pounds due to the metal inside of him. His arms and legs are also reinforced with hydraulics to allow him to be stronger and faster, we meant for it only to allow him to move with his armored skin but we did better than expected. He can lift over a ton of weight but we worry about the stress on his parts for extended pressures. Sadly he can't pass through any metal detectors but still.

Prototype 104 is a female that we are very proud of. Her designer unfortunately passed away so we are considering dissecting her to study the workings. The nano bots inside of her have bonded with her on a molecular level making is so that she can break apart and move via some sort of quantum flux reaction. Basically she can move from one place to another but not too far and not through any solid steal objects. Her nanos can also deconstruct metallic objects and reform them or add there mass to her. As I said before we are not one hundred percent sure as to all that went into her.

Prototype 105 is a female with advanced cybernetic implants in her eyes, nose and ears. He can notice things that are almost otherwise impossible to detect and can look for frequencies and wavelengths that are undetectable to humans. With her we plan to get rid of all hearing and sight problems. Her brain is able to process all that information making her able to use an almost radar like skill by making noise and then hearing the reverberation to map out an area. Her sense of depth and location are unmatched, in weapons test we have yet to see her miss a target.

Prototype 106 is a male with implants in his hears and a brainwave device in his skull. Sadly it protrudes a little more than we'd like but the success is clear. We can use the brainwave and heart devices to speed up both his thinking and body reaction times, he describes it as slowing down time. That's naturally a stupid idea, he is actually speeding up his movements and thinking to such a high rate that he can move four times faster than a normal person. The heartbeat controls the brainwaves but the brain implant is to regulate it all. If there not in sync then nothing works. Extended use of this could cause damage to the heart so we've set it up so that he can only use it for about a minute every five minutes.

Plot:
Artemis Biotech and Jupiter Industries have their name on everything from smart phones to canned peaches. Some would say they run the modern age, for, not only do they produce and ship every product under the sun, they also invent them. Though no one knows what goes on behind their top secret doors.

Behind locked doors, the scientists of Artemis Biotech and Jupiter Industries are conducting illegal experiments. They gather orphaned children, or make test tube babies from anonymous donors, and tamper with their DNA. At Biotech, they twist genes, and inject children with avian blood, giving them strange abilities as well as enormous feathered wings. At Jupiter Industries, they do things slightly differently, giving unfortunate subjects computer parts, enhancing their abilities tenfold.

As these two facilities are in constant competition, they often pit their experiments against each other in brutal competitions, forcing the subjects to fight each other for training. When not training, these children undergo numerous physical, mental, and chemical tests.

Decided enough was enough, even though they hated each other, these subjects decided to band together, and, with the help of the youngest Avian child's mind-reading powers, the oldest of both the avians, and the techies formed a plan. A plan to escape. (this will be where the RP starts)

Using all their training, the children made it, though little do they know that the outside world could be just, if not more dangerous. The facilities, fearing that their secrets would be exposed, and their facilities shut down, sent hunters after them. Hunters that could morph into tigers and wolves.

While on the run, the children stumble upon a couple willing to help them hide, and they quickly fall in love with the idea of almost having a family, something they've never known. Little do they know that the "couple" are really the owners of the corporations who they have never met before.
