H E I G H T || 5'8"

W E I G H T || 135 lbs.

E Y E S || Eyes blue and stormy as the sea

H A I R || Red as the flame

O D D I T I E S || A tattoo of a compass is on her right forearm and there is a nasty scar on the left side of her abdomen.

A P P E A R A N C E || Meg is just slightly taller than average, but she wears boots that tend to make her even taller. It makes it easier to see in a crowd and it allows her to go eye to eye with someone. She has long, fiery red hair that waves as it falls past her shoulders. She has a face of innocence that allows people to underestimate her. Sometimes that works in her favor. She has two blue eyes that watch everything and absorbs as much as they can. She's slender but with lean muscle where it matters. Can't be a marshmallow on a ship. She wears the same, signature red coat that goes to her favorite Outfit but doesn't always wear the same of everything else. Except for her boots. She loves her boots. She always has her pistols attached to holsters at her hips and a cutlass and dagger usually aren't far behind. She does, however, love her guns the most.

-- Navigation: Meg has a strong internal compass. Without the sun in the sky, she can tell which direction they're going and where they would need to go from there.
-- Combat: Meg has been trained since she was young do to a few things: How to tie strong knots, how to properly load a weapon, and how to use them with extreme precision and accuracy. If she didn't, she wouldn't survive on the seas.
-- Persuasion: Whether she's bartering or flirting, Meg can almost always get what she wants. And if Charisma fails... there's always a dagger.

W E A K N E S S E S ||
-- Ettiquite: Meg has a difficult time maintaining an undercover persona when she's forced to wear a dress for many reasons. One, because she's uncomfortable. Two, because she trips on the shoes so often. Three, she eats like a barbarian. And Four, she cusses like a sailor. Which... she is.
-- Cooking: Meg can bake like no body's business, but when it comes to cooking? Forget about it. There are too many seasonings, too many strange ways to cook something. In the end, it all tastes too salty.
-- Treasure: Meg will do almost anything for a gold coin. It's how she was raised.

| Blunt - Obsessive - Distant - Cunning|

Meg has absolutely no filter most of the time which leaves her comments to be rather blunt. She doesn't sugar coat and she doesn't make false promises... unless she's trying to get something. She swears like a sailor and has manners just as bad but when you're raised around pirates, you pick up on a few things. On the other hand, she also speaks her mind pretty much all the time which makes her honest even if it's not what you're wanting to hear.

Once Meg chooses a goal or finds an interest in something... she can become a little obssessive. She fixates on whatever it is until she has it or completes it. This also means she's stubborn but she's also got a strong drive. And while she can come off as a tad bit selfish she's actually pretty generous. She gives helpings of her meals to those who have done more work on the ship, she pays more to those who need health care or a new piece of equipment, and half of her portion of a treasure goes to feeding and helping those on the streets of the towns they travel through. When you come from practically nothing, you learn to be a little more giving.

Meg keeps most people at a distance. She doesn't open up very well. In fact, she can be pretty cold if you try to get inside her head and she'll push you away if she's getting too attached. When your world is constantly looking for ways to either kill you or bribe you, having weaknesses to exploit that she can't control can be the difference between life and death. For her or for the ones she loves. If she doesn't catch you on it, she can be warm and sociable. You just have to get her at the right time and in the right way.

Meg is clever and cunning. Most of the ways The Stardust manages to survive being boarded is largely due to her schemes. James... helps... most of the time, but more often than not they're Meg's ideas. The only thing she's awful at is math. She can't tell distances in measurements and if you need her to multiply? Forget it. However, she's getting a lot better at division.

Megan Cunningham was raised by two parents who were well-known pirates around the globe. They were known for their treasure hunting. Usually their failures at treasure hunting. Somewhere along the line, while she was growing up, they managed to find a very large, and very lost, trove of treasure. They have a portion of it away at each port until all they had was what they could carry. They had told Meg that while having treasure and hoarding it was all well and good for a comfortable living, it makes a ship and a heart heavy. To make everything light, you give some of it away. Keep only what you need. They did store some of the treasure where they went as well. They also paid their crew and allowed them to do whatever they wanted with it. Forcing them to follow the same practice as everyone else would only lead to one of three things: mutiny, marooning, or death.

While Meg might have learned to be giving, she had also learned how to fight, tie excellent knots that sometimes she couldn't even untie, play a mean hand of Spades, dring a man under a table, how to get what she wanted from those less cunning than herself, and finding all sorts of treasures. There were other things she had learned aboard her parent's vessel, The Marauder, but those were by far her favorite things.

When Meg was old enough to be on her own, she kissed her parent's goodbye and every two years, they would make for the same port to meet again. They would send word to either the tavern or the bank if there was ever a delay, but one year... they just never showed and they never wrote. They stayed until the crew got antsy... and then they left. Not too long after, she had received word through one of the town's urchins that her parent's had been slaughtered by the King's men for being pirates. Apparently, they didn't take kindly to pirates spreading around more gold than they bothered to. And a hanging was too... clean. It didn't send a message.

To this day, whenever Meg sees a flag belonging to the King's men, she allows her blood to boil and lets it fuel her for if there's a boarding turned nasty, but as the quartermaster on a vessel known for their mercy and trickery... she can't shed blood. They were spared often because they didn't kill anyone. Goods can be repleced, good men cannot be. She was hired for her name and her skills, but if she broke their code, she would be tossed over the side of the ship and dragged under the boat.

One year, Meg was given a package that was sent by her parent's before their death. It was her father's notebook regarding the many treasures they were hunting and there was a circle around the title "The Treasure of Arimathea"... He had a lead and if the legends about Corso's treasures were true... to find it would be dangerous, but with it... no one on the ship would ever want again.

So begins...

Rosia stumbled for a second before catching her footing as another wave crashed against the ship. “Mighty great storm we havin’ ‘ere.” Rosia said outloud. She quickly saw a rope go over her and tighten around her waist, turning around and see it was Tessa making sure she would stay with the ship. “Aye yes. Thanks you Riggnot.” Rosia paused for a second and looked around. “I gonna head up the mast to get an eye on this here storm and make sure the riggings hold.” She shot a smile and rushed to the mast. Not many people would be excited for a storm, nor would many pirates willing climb a mast the height of the Stardust’s in the middle of a high sea storm, then again, not many people or pirates were like Rosia.

Climbing the mast wasn’t as easy as it usually was for Rosia, but she was still able to up to the lower sail without losing her grip too much. As she pulled herself up to stand gripping onto the mast, she looked down she could hear Bill giving commands to the gun crew to secure cannons and themselves. Rosia was quickly distracted when she heard a snap and saw one of the rope rigs on the fore sail broke loose, opening a portion of the sail. “Fuck these wet ropes and their wet mothers.” Rosia mumbled to herself as she quickly danced across sail to get to the loose rigging. Though he knots weren’t as good as Tessa’s Rosia knew hers would be able to hold unto this storm was done.

As Rosia fixed the sail after a couple close calls, and another mighty strong wave hitting the ship Rosia was quickly distracted with hearing Mead yell something and seeing Julian run and jump off the ship. It didn’t take long for Rosia to figure out what had just happened, someone went overboard. “Aye! Someone help Dragon and Rum!” Rosia shouted as untangled herself and worked herself back to the center of the mast to climb down. When someone goes overboard, it doesn’t take long for the situation to unfold, but during a storm the situation can quickly go form bad, to worse, to over, and not in a good way. Rosia hoped by the time she got down from the mast Julian would be back on the ship and all would be fine.

When Rosia finally reached the deck, she had to untangle her rope first before she could head over to make sure all was good. Thankfully Rum had some help and was able to pull Julian and the person who had gone overboard back up, seeing it was Pyrite. “You two crazy bastards goin’ for a swim in this storm? Couple of ye get them below deck and figure out where Nameless went. I gotta take over the wheel a hopefully get us out of here soon.” Rosia barked out as she rushed to the helm to try to get control over the ship. Next to Phillip, she was the next best helmsman on the ship in her opinion.
