Abra (Pokemon)'s Story

Valorie found herself hanging out in Nimbasa, nursing a cup of soup in the chilly air. It was quieter than usual in the dusk hours, and she took solace in the quiet. Quiet gave her time to think, time to contemplate solutions to problems, time to spend trying to decide what she wanted from life. This was valuable. She was leaned over the railing of a bridge slightly, idly watching water flow underneath.
The small, tan colored creature had taken to scrounging food from passerby's. The various attractions in the city made for easy prey as people would leave their food unattended to gaze at the landmarks, allowing for abra to sneak in and take their tasty treats. Tonight, Abra had settled his sites on the young lady's soup. He had surveyed her for what seemed like hours, but she'd not leave her soup unattended. Although ussually too timid to approach a human normally, hunger got the best of the little pokemon.
Abra made its way to the back of the bench, hoisting itself up it's legs and scooting up behind the train. He peered up at her to assure he was still out of sight. The pokemon floated up a few inches, reaching eagerly towards the spoon and attempting to use its powers to draw it towards him. Unfortunately, being a novice in such things backfired. The spoon would snap back towards him, knocking the pokemon off the bench and sending him tumbling to the ground with a whimper.
Abra made its way to the back of the bench, hoisting itself up it's legs and scooting up behind the train. He peered up at her to assure he was still out of sight. The pokemon floated up a few inches, reaching eagerly towards the spoon and attempting to use its powers to draw it towards him. Unfortunately, being a novice in such things backfired. The spoon would snap back towards him, knocking the pokemon off the bench and sending him tumbling to the ground with a whimper.
Valorie emitted a light yelp as her spoon tugged away from her and launched away, hitting an Abra in the face. She looked over and just sort of... stared at the poor pokemon. But... but... this soup belonged inside her! She needed--Oh who was she kidding. She hated feeling like a glutton anyway. She sighed and moved to stand over the Abra, observing him with a mildly curious look on her face. She then proceeded to bend over for a closer look, soup still in-hand. "..."

Abra was now lying face down in the pavement, emitting some sort of soft, humming whine. Eventually it got its hands in front of it, pushing itself up and shaking its head.
The pokemon was startled when it saw the girl approaching it, falling back to a seated position and kicking the dirt beneath it as he tried to scurry away.

Valorie stopped for a moment and reached down, scooping the small psychic pokemon into her arms and.... offering him the bowl of soup. She tipped it towards him and jostled it a little. She had a relatively friendly smile on her face. Gonna fatten you up n' eat you myself.
Abra went wide eyed as the trainer picked it up, at first scratching at clawing at her hands. It's attitude quickly changed as the stranger offered it food. Abra gave her a suspicious glance, eyes not leaving her while he bent over the bowl slightly and scooped a handful of soup into its mouth.
Valorie emitted a slight yelp as she was scratched! Hey! Hey! Soft, vulnerable flesh here! She declined to react however and just continued to let the pokemon at the soup. "Now that's better... You must be really young..." she remarked gently, thinking about what had just happened. This wasn't a trainer owned pokemon, was it?
Abra had began by simply scooping the soup into its mouth, but half way through it decided to withdraw its hand and plunge its entire head into the bowl. It didnt take long for Abra to completely empty its contents, sitting in the empty bowl with a look of content on its face.
Valorie began to walk with the abra in her arms, cradling him in the crutch of one elbow. She used her free hand to toss that empty cup away before sighing. "Say there--How would you like to come along with me?~ You don't have to go in a ball, and you can have all the food you need." she offered in a mildly affectionate tone, wiggling her free hand's pointer finger at Abra as if teasing a small child. She couldn't help it. He was cute in a way like that.
Abra didnt quite understand what the girl was saying, instead narrowing its eyes as it observed her finger. He slowly rose his hands from his sides, bringing them closer to her finger as his eyes never left them. Abra would then attempt to quickly cost its hands, encapsulating her finger inside and tugging on it.

Valorie cling to Cynder as they rode, having had plenty of prior experience riding larger creatures. That being said, she handled it quite well.

Valorie giggled and took this as about the closest thing to a yes she was going to get, tugging back on the finger ever so slightly as if to tease the poor thing further. It was like a mini game of tug o' war. "Now what do I call you..?" she thought out loud.

Valorie slid down Cynder's side and landed with a slight grunt, brushing off her skirt and turning to face Cynder in the relative dim light level of the cave. "So--You live here..?" she asked, wondering if it was water that made the ground so slick. She couldn't help but notice the treasure. What did dragons need treasure for? One of the great mysteries of the world no doubt, though the reference was lost on Valorie. "...Thanks for getting me out of there by the way, Cynder." she said with a note of gratitude in her voice.

Abra held onto finger tightly, as if he was a child and it was a toy. It examined the finger closely, beginning to nibble on it slightly. The creature quickly pulled its mouth away from the finger, sticking its tongue out and closing its eyes for a moment. Apparently human finger wasnt Abra's favourite treat.
Valorie yelped a bit, not much into being eaten. She wriggled her finger a bit as if to try and wriggle away from the pokemon's grip. "Nn... you're a hungry one, aren't you?" she asked, trying to gauge where the nearest restaurant was. What would an abra appreciate eating anyway? She had no idea, but she was going with it chinese food.
