A mysterious man with the power of A Red Mage at his disposal. His evil cunning and wordplay are only matched by his high sense of honor. A cruel gentlemen is he.
He is a mysterious man by far. He has a misty air surrounding him that others fathom about. He can hide his emotions very well through use of his body and mind. He also can hide it through the way he talks. The way he talks is chilly while at the same time shows no hint of malice. Like he knows something you don't, or maybe something deeper. But he usually doesn't bother anyone unless they're his target or a pawn.
He manipulate people to an extent where they will either do what he says or sub-consciously act on his deceptive words. He has used this manipulation to get by most in his life. Although becoming a Red Mage forced him to play the hero. He is truly vicious inside, but you don't know if hes playing you or actually sincere. You also don't know if he's becoming angry as stated above. He knows how to study his enemy and push their buttons. That's what having a IQ of 230 does to a person.
He often has a habit of brushing back his hair for some strange reason. Although of these bad traits, his laugh is like angels singing from above. He loves to read and his favorite book is WHITE FANG. He doesn't worry about Christianity, Buddhism, or any other religion. He find's faith in his own abilities.
He will not hesitate to kill strikes. But there are a few exceptions to that.
As known, Ale has fierce honor inside of him. He finds it beneath himself to hurt innocent bystanders unless he has too. He also finds it beneath himself to hurt women and children, and even enjoys talks and plays with them(But sometimes, he's forced to fight women, so he tries to disarm them. He will die at a womens hands if that may be the case. He ignores children.). He also finds it disgusting when someone tries to run from battle, and would never do it. He is honorbound by these, and continues to uphold them. Another weakness of his is when someone talks about/spits upon/ or disgrace's his honor in a bad manner. Then he gets angry. If you keep talking about it for a long period of time, hell eventually go berserk and start to attack wildly. Other than that, hes pretty calm.
Being a Red Mage, he has access to mid + (some) high lvl spells and can wield blades.
: Being a red mage (a very good one) he casts mid-lvl spells with the exception of a few high class ones. He wields the blade ALASTOR, has the equipment Heikes Helm, Gold Mail, Angel Wings, Phase Boots, and Red Cloak. His sword gives him a great attack and defense boost. It also allows him to store 3 extra spells (Regen, Bio, Poison, ect.). Heikes Helm s just a strong piece of armor. Angel Wings are gloves that boost his magic power. This plays an important roll later, as they have a higher magical ability than his sword. Phase Boots just boost his speed by a little. And his Red Cloak protects him from Doom, Toad, Stone, and DOA attacks. He has great fencing skills, and is able to move with a little above average speed. Hes trained with some of the top competitors in the fencing scene. But, when it comes to casting spells, expect to be outmatched in speed.
DUALCAST: the ability to use 2 spells at the same round.
FAST CAST: Boosts his casting speed.
CHAINSPELL: The ability to cast and recast spells instantly for a short period of time.
(special) HALF CAST: reduces the amount of energy needed to cast a spell. Works with other abilities too.
(special) LIMIT CAST: Allows the use of high lvl spells. But only with elements that have been mastered. (Ill add the high spells later)
(special) TEMPERANCE: A ability that allows him to unleash his true potential. Explained below.
SPELLS:
RAGE: A fire spell. Sends down a torrent of fire onto the enemy with a sword slash.
SORROW: A water spell. Creates 3 water bursts that lock onto the enemy at the same time.
SOLITUDE: A earth spell. Surrounds himself in rock spikes. A good shield and a good way to repel enemies.
SPIRITED:A lightning spell. surrounds the enemy with lightning strikes that close in on them.
HOPE: A light spell. Creates a beam(s) of light to rain down upon the enemy. However much damage has been done to you will be multiplied by 2. However, this is a slow move. If put on an ally, will heal him by however much damage he gave the enemy.
DESPAIR: A dark spell. Calls forth 6 dark orbs that follow the enemy around.
WILL: A wind spell. Slashes at the opponent, which cause a stream of piercing wind to wail through the enemy. Multiple hits, low damage, high knockback.
RESOLVE: A ice spell. Creates a huge ice shard to charge at the enemy, then break to pieces on contact with another object or after a few seconds when it hits the enemy.
TEMPERANCE: He learned this ability on his travels through the highlands from traveling monks on a rare mission. It involves Ale gathering magic from all around him (which displays itself as a spinning aurora) to power up his Life Force so he can awaken his true abilities and seemingly become one with the earth.
This gives him powerful magical capabilities. But there are a few problems. One is that he cannot chainspell or dualcast with the only exception being from spells that he has equipped on his sword. . Another is the time period. One has to be of serene mind and have a calm air. Which basically means he has to stand still as the process takes place. He becomes oblivious to his surrounding's, putting him at a great disadvantage. Also, there's this fact; moving around, attacking,using magic, and defending all deplete the Life Force. Standing still, however, does not deplete LF, but it doesn't go up either. Another one is the time it takes to charge. It takes about 6 minutes to fully charge.
However, all of this is a risky but small price to pay for the high reward. It's actual name is Komichi Suru Shinjitsu; Path to Truth. This form allows his magic speed, power, and duration last longer. And his sword floats around him, as if waiting to attack. Now, remember when I said Angel Wings plays a significant part? Well, since he had a sword in one hand and one glove on his other hand, his power was actually limited. One glove has more magical power than the sword, so If the swords free, he can use both his hands/Angel Grace and deal some good magical damage.
HATRED: A fire spell. Puts both his palms up in the air, close to eachother, and summons brings the sword up vertically half a foot above them. The swords burns with fire and the fire makes it seem larger. He slashes the sword downwards, creating a somewhat big inferno wave on the ground that goes straight forward.
ANGUISH: A water spell. Raises his hands upwards, making a tidal wave appear that grows bigger and bigger as it heads toward the enemy.
DEVOTION: A earth spell. Smashes his fist downwards, making rocks come up from the ground in the same manner SOLITUDE does, but makes multiple ones appear that follow the enemy.
ENERGETIC: A lightning spell. He puts one hand out and slowly closes it, traps the opponent with 8 lightning bolts, doing damage while they carry the enemy into to air. Then, he puts the other hand out and makes a ball of energy appear and pulls his hand back, then pushes forward after a few seconds, making the energy ball explode on contact with the enemy as it flies at them, pushing them out the lightning.
RADIANCE: A light spell. Creates a ball of light with his hand and makes it smaller untill his hand covers it, then he spreads his arms wide and unleashes it. A bright light comes out and deals damage to enemies in a large radius while healing allies in that radius.
AGONY: A dark spell. raises his blade up with magic, and dark orbs starts to appear like mines. They explode when he stabs his sword into the ground. The longer he holds up his blade, the more he makes. The limit is 15.
DETERMINATION: Summons a funnel cloud form the sky that chases after the enemy. Note how it never touches the ground untill after it envelops the enemy. Once it actually doe though, it goes up a few feet, then heads down at high speeds and bores into the enemy for 3 seconds.
RETRIBUTION: Puts out a ice shield bigger than him. If the enemy hits this, the attack wont be reflected,nullified yes(Depends on how strong the attack is for this to work), however, the ice breaks into large shards and head at at the enemy. Then it uses the same effect RESOLVE does and they break into multiple pieces.
Ale has many spells at his disposal, but can only equip 3 each match. And each has a specific cool down time/time needed to charge of 2 hours and a limti on uses (He cant chainspell or dualcast these, however half-cast and limit-cast work, but, dual cast works with White Magic spells that have time limits, like REGEN and IRON WILL . The dual cast only works with spells he has on his sword in this form and by now way does this excuse the restriction on his main-fighting magic.):
RESTORE: Brings back a small bit of health. 5 uses.
RESTORA: Brings back a good amount of health. 4 uses.
RESTORAGA: Brings back a chunk of health. 3 uses.
REGEN: Accumulate health over time. This also has some limb regenerative properties. But cant replace organs. Lasts for 3 minutes and heals like a somewhat fast RESTORE spell. 3 uses.
IRON WILL: Reduces damage done by magic. Lasts for 5 minutes.4 uses.
IRON HIDE: Makes skin and Armor alot more tougher to reduce damage done by physical attacks. Lasts for 5 minutes. 4 uses.
RESSURECT: Brings back an ally from the dead with full health. 4 uses.
CLEANSE: Cures any poison affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
RELIEVE: Cures any blind affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
AWAKEN: Cures any sleep affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
MIRACLE: Cures any stone affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
PRAISE: Cures any mute affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
UNWIND: Cures any petrification affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
REDEMPTION: Cures any zombie affliction or variation of the move. 5 uses.
PURIFY: Cures all status effects/ afflictions for every ally, no matter what they are. Also raises everyones health by max. 2 uses.
ECHO: Deals sound damage to the enemy. 6 uses.
TRANCE: Increases magical power. Lasts for 11 minutes. 2 uses.
INSTINCT: Increases physical power. Lasts for 11 minutes. 2 uses.
EDGE CRUSHER: Summons a zweihander made of magic that can break through physical and magical defenses. 3 uses.
His history is a past. Just know he's a cruel gentlemen who has killed people in the past and trained with some of the best mages and swordsmen in the world.
