'Shit; a Force user,' he thought. She had made light work of his bullets, easily evading their deadly projection. His pistol would be useless in this case, and he couldn't very well throw a pulse grenade to fry her. Instead, he holstered his pistol, backing away as she produced her lightsaber, powering up the blade and sauntering forward, her eyes brimming with malicious intent.

Reaching behind him, he grasped the grip of his shotgun. Not, this particular weapon had a special property: rather than firing conventional ammunition, such as buckshot or slugs, it emitted a high concussive force that was made to simultaneously knock back and rupture the internal systems of its target.

With a smirk, Thanos squeezed the trigger.

"Goodnight."

Isra looked at the weapon as the man backed away she expected more slugs but instead she was hit with the force of the weapon her suit took a good portion as she was flung across the room and she tried to use the force to soften the effect but he hit the ground with an audible thud. Isra's suit was locked up tight with only enough air for maybe 30 minutes if that. Though to the outside she looked unconscious or dead.

She tried to hold onto her rage and stay awake but she felt her consciousness slipping from her as she slowly began to pass out. She knew she had failed, Rolak wouldn't save her even if she survived no she did have one hope but she Doubted Thai would arrive in time they weren't suppose to meet for another 20 minutes at the Rendezvous.

She was down, and unresponsive. This amazed Thanos, but he made sure to be careful, in case she were feigning incapacitation. He walked over and prodded her with the end of his weapon. No response. When he was satisfied that she wouldn't be any trouble, he retrieved the item she had been trying to loot from her belt, and looked at it.

It was an ornate amulet, and it seemed to radiate with a strange power. He turned to the owner of the shop, who was still cowering behind the register. Thanos handed the artifact over. "Keep it," the shop owner said, "I have a feeling it will be safer with you." Thanos pocketed the strange jewelry, looking around at the shop. It was in pretty rough shape, but at least it wasn't completely destroyed. "Want me to pay for this?" he asked, gesturing at the open room.

The shopkeeper shook her head. "No need. My insurance will cover it," she answered with a frown. Thanos grunted in acknowledgement, then walked over to the unconscious woman, throwing her over his shoulder. He then turned to walk out of the shop and onto the streets. "Th-thank you!" the shop owner called.

He didn't stop. He had somewhere to be.

He was staring at her unconscious frame, restrained on an upright steel rack, her hands suspended by stasis modules, relinquishing any use of her hands or fingers. Her feet were locked down with metal shackles, and her eyes were blindfolded and her neck was placed in a vice, keeping her from turning her head. Additionally, she wore a shock collar that was connected to her neural system, and would send 400,000 volts through her body if it detected any abnormal brainwave patterns; simply put, if she tried to use the Force, she would be fried.

For now she was still unconscious, held prisoner in a bleak gray room in his building. The place was soundproofed so that if it came down to it, no one would hear her scream. He just had to wait for her to wake up.

Then, the fun could commence.

Isra groaned as she was in a lot of pain she attempted to use the force to reduce her pain but was only met with a painful shock. She began to slip back into unconsciousness and this repeated several times before she realized that she was not able to use the force she finally awoke normally. She lay still wondering where the hell she was an how was with her she tried to remember how long she had been gone though part of her wondered if she was even still alive or this was what like was after death.

It took a while for her to wake up, but Thanos was a patient man. As she stirred into consciousness, he looked her over. And when the shock collar activated, he smiled. On a normal person, such a shock probably would have killed; shut down the heart. But not this woman. The Force was strong with her.

Thanos felt it easiest to get down to business and abandon the pleasantries of witty banter.

"What is your name?" It came off as a command rather than a question.

My name is "Lady Ioas" Isra said it wasn't a lie in part, it was her given Sith name her real name wasn't part of her view of herself any more. Becoming a Sith she had left that name behind. Though she was beginning to wonder what this man's ultimate plans were. Clearly she couldn't kill him without the voice only her apprentice Thai was left out there but it would be all but impossible to find her and with Rolak and Captain Hawk assisting Master Mor a rescue at this point was all but unlikely.

'Well. That was much easier than I thought it'd be,' he thought. So he had a name, now he just needed a motive. He looked down at the amulet in his hand. It was a strange design, and seemed to give off a malicious aura. "This amulet," he began, "What do you want with it?" He had no doubt that this amulet possessed a sinister power that this Sith would exploit for greater strength. However, the specifics of the matter would be more helpful. Of course, this all depended on how cooperative she felt like being. He half-hoped she wasn't in a particularly talkative mood......

After all, he'd never interrogated a Sith before.

Isra knew she could have ignored the mans questions she could have lied but she saw no gain from that, she wanted to get out of here and maybe she could use this to her advantage. "It's an ancient sith artifact, one of many to be lost on this world though as to what it does I have no idea what it does. I was procuring it for further study. Some are weapons others contain knowledge and others hold souls of lost sith. It belongs to my people the sith not some merchant looking to make a stiff profit." Isra said with a exasperated sigh.

"Unless your a Sith or a Jedi it's just a fancy necklace to you." She added in.

"Now that I've answered that might I ask that you remove this blindfold I prefer to look my interrogators in the eye."

He looked at her as she spilled what she knew. "You're very forthcoming with that information. I just hope for your sake that it's accurate." He continued to listen. Eventually, she asked if he could remove the blindfold, saying she'd prefer to look at him. "Yeah, and I prefer you not know where you are, so stuff it."

He looked the amulet over. "I'm afraid this amulet doesn't belong to the Sith anymore either. It belongs to me. And I'll be keeping it, for a trophy maybe." He smiled as he said this; not that she could see it.

"Anything else you know that you would like to tell me?" he asked.

"Just that you are a fool, there are people out there that I work for that are dangerous. If you were at all shocked by my abilities these associates of mine are worse. And when I don't come back my apprentice will tell them about the necklace and then it will be only a matter of time before they track you down." Isra said.

"You can't hide from the darkness, the danger you are placing yourself in it will come in the dark slowly stalking you making you lose your mind. Giving me the amulet to study will keep it safe I had no plans to give it to my leaders but my apprentice will not hesitate to inform the correct parties only she knows what I was after and I assume she is already going to tell them as we speak." Isra said with a smirk.

She spoke, threatening him with retaliation from those more powerful than she. Sith, like her. She went on about how they would find him and destroy him if he did not let her go with the amulet. However, he knew better than to trust a Sith to let bygones be bygones. Still, she continued to speak about how he was making a mistake by keeping her here, saying that her apprentice would track them down, kill him, then free her.

He laughed. "Well, I wish them luck finding this place. No one knows you're here, they won't be able to sense you here, and no one but me knows where 'here' is. Chances are good that you won't be getting out of here alive." He smirked, looking up at her. He stood, walking over to where she was restrained getting in her face.

"I dare them to find me."

Isra listened to the man speak and closed her eyes. "I'm done talking with you." She said as she sat in silence thinking about this man the man who had beat her and was going to take her prize away and that angered her. For now she would wait here it was clear to her that this was a lost cause. She might not be able to use the force without risking getting a shock but she could still meditate and be left to her own thoughts. Silence and meditation would get her through this careful planning and and anger building intensity.

He walked in through the door to his room, looking around the familiar and comfortable establishment. It was the ideal setting for a guy like him; a bachelor with loose morals against criminals and a never-ending hatred for the corrupt and wicked. He took in a deep breath and smiled. "Honey, I'm home!" he called out to the captive Sith.

He strode down the metal stairs to his interrogation area. There she stayed, bound and motionless as always, just as he left her. "And how was your day?" he asked, insultingly. Angering her was almost as fun as gunning down criminals. Almost.

He removed his jacket and placed it on his chair, sitting down to watch her, keeping his pistol in his hand. "C'mon, don't go givin' me the silent treatment. Look, I promise I'll do my best to make this relationship work. We can even try therapy if you'd like." More joking, which was usually uncharacteristic of him save special circumstances. He supposed this was one of those. He smiled, not expecting her to speak to him.

However, he knew that he was getting to her.

Isra listened to the fool she was ready to give him the silent treatment. "So this is your idea of a relationship tying a woman up is this the kind of sick shit your into?" She remarked coolly

She knew that he was egging her on but she decided that just sitting there taking it was pointless. "You have no Idea what your walking into your a dead man. Letting me go while he doesn't know about that little artifact is your only chance here because once he knows what I did go behind his back he will kill me and then he is going to find you that artifact and he is going to kill you." Isra was probably saying too much but maybe that was her plan after all she knew that this man stood no chance alone against the power of Mor's building empire.

Again she decided to drone on about how much danger he was in from her superiors. He shook his head. "I'm really tired of this story. Don't you know any others?" Again, the uncharacteristic teasing came forth. He couldn't place why, but she was fun to make fun of. Maybe because anger drove her power, and if he made her angry enough she'd try to work her voodoo on him and be summarily fried by the shock collar.

He looked at her. "I really don't give a shit, doll. They won't find you here....." he trailed off, a returning thought that had occurred to him before resurfacing in his mind. And this time, Isra was going to help. "But, you are going to help me find them." He grinned, and let it fall instantly. He had to put his war face on, and think of the many ways this could go wrong, and then right those instances with contingencies.

He grabbed up the necessary equipment he'd need from his armory, looking over himself to make sure he had all he'd need for this operation. He strode over and unhooked Isra from the steel rack, keeping the shock collar around her neck and keeper her hands in the stasis modules, binding them together via a magnetic pull. He also kept the blindfold on until they could get far enough away from the hideout for her to know its location. "Let's go, sweetheart," he said, putting the Cervantes .33 in her lower back. "Try anything out of the ordinary and I'll fuckin' paralyze you."

With that, they left the building.

Isra was a bit taken aback as she was ordered to leave the building she wasn't sure what he was planning but she honestly didn't care if he left this place it just made her one step closer to an escape. Nodding she walked forward and let him lead her where he was planning to.

Back to where they had first met; this horrendous pun of a part of town. He had taken Isra's blindfold off, finally, and instructed her to show him where her cohorts were, keeping the pistol pressed firmly into her back.

"Alright lady. Where were you going to meet your friends?" he demanded, following behind her through the streets. It was night, the perfect hour to operate. He'd have to get this done quickly, and he hoped he'd be able to eradicate these Sith in a timely fashion before the WCPD or otherwise were alerted to the conflict.

A quick bullet to each of their heads -including Isra's, once Thanos was done with her- and he could be gone. If worse came to worse, he'd break out the heavy artillery and book it.

Thai was in the ship and was about to mention she had nothing to know about the amulet other than it's strong radiation for darkside energy when suddenly she felt a familiar presence. I FEEL HER SHE IS HERE IN THE STREET!Thai practically screamed in her thoughts. .

Isra felt the gun pressed to her back she wasn't sure why the man had taken her here it wasn't as if he should instantly know where her cohorts are. Isra could Feel Thais distant presence and a few others but she knew this was probably a trap for them. This man couldn't have been dumb enough to come here alone. "My Cohorts are on a mission Assaulting a Terran Prison if your looking to stop a crime and prevent a powerful criminal from escaping you would find them all there." Isra she wasn't lying persay and though she felt some other presences she wasn't sure why they were he actually leadership really was breaking out prisoners.

The Force River suddenly dried up and the Dathomirian girl would find herself now laying on the floor of the ship only to be left in the company of one of the masked coterie members who was practical a statue. Byron and the rest of his small group left the ship and headed in different directions as they felt the presence of the two who had just arrived on the street, Isra by far more notable than the fellow she had with her, and it was not long before each party member split off into different areas to set themselves up for a grand old time.

"You know I do detest violence of all forms." Byron called out as he stepped around the corner. His combat suit was something akin to robed power armor and his helm came to a full close around his face lighting up just ever so slightly with a dim red glow. The Sith Scholar just simply stared at the two for a moment before he took a couple of casual steps towards the hostage and the perpetrator who was wasting his time. "Might I ask what her crimes are exactly before I make any judgements that either of us will regret later? Surely you don't think that outright killing someone is true justice." Byron may not have looked ready for a fight, aside from his combat attire, but his reflexes were honed to almost near perfection and his eyes were not the only pair watching the event unfold. Two of the masked members of the Crimson Legion that were placed under his order were watching. From the shadows rooftops to alleyways they used the force to aid in their concealment and would act once the slightest mental command was given.
