Description

Name: Krisandra Vερό

Age: 24

Hair Colour: Black

Occupation: Pirate and Water Mage

Personality: Much like the element she controls, Krisandra is unpredictable, at times she can be absolutely quiet, just her breath following the motion and rhythm of the waves, other times she's rough and snarky to those people. At worse she is a tempest and force of nature, whom very power stems from the water around her, especially dangerous near oceans.

She does seem to have loyalty to the crew, but also seems at times to have jokey side, accenuating her rougher edges, especially that of the fact she literally can flood an entire place, her emotions are as much tied to her powers as anything else, so generally she tries to maintain a certain snark or placid state, to avoid causing a 'natural disaster'

Asleep was Wing City

The whole thing was rather devious, genius even. Due to one of the crew's connections they had 'entered' (the term being used rather loosely here) the previously inaccessaible Ocean Annex dock. Ocean Annex was a new attempt by the Government to bring some sort of order to Terra, a project meant to unite the seas under the hand of the government. Sadly the little group here had heard of it and well, it was basically concensus.

Let's live on the High Seas, s'not like that they were ever going to use these ships, and well, really. Who could use ships more: The Citizens of Terra, or an entire Government that's frequently taken over every second Monday of ever second month,
was the mantra. In short,
Fuck Aslund,
and
To Hell With Wing City
to boot.

In the end they had a plan, a dangerous plan, a plan that was likely to blow up in their face, a plan that had (as far as they were concerned) never been attempted before. It was the plan of plans, it was planception! It was sure to be a rough ride, but it would be worth it. At least they hoped, gods they hoped.

"This better fuckin' work," grumbled Linus Trucidabunt to the Captain under his breath as they strolled down the dock. They were approaching the gate, the stronghold, the first true mountain to climb in their devious scheme. Personally, he'd about had it with The Captain's plans that tended to get tied all up in knots.

Krisandra having been focusing on the ocean would reply, not realizing she had not been spoken too, "If we can get on the boat, I guarantee we can get out of port without any bother, but holy hell I hope you guys do have back-up because I am not repeating last try, how hard was it to just get into a boat?"

Linus Trucidabunt shrugged, coming to a halt at the first security terminal. It wasn't guarded with life forms, for it was just the first step, but it did have a couple lazers that automatically trained themselves on any movement. Linus sighed, and made a motion that would look like he was adjusting his tie.

Not even appearing caring about this, she would close her eyes and listen to the soothing song of the ocean, her breath light and her body placid.

In reality, Linus Trucidabunt was pressing a button on a transmitting module that he had cleverly hidden in the knot of the tie. It was surrounded in anti--detection foil, a product he had managed to snag off the black market. It was still, like most things he had, in prototype.

The wind would grow louder driven by a strange force and the tide would shift, and Krisandra would merely smirk, not even saying just knowing how hard it be to hear anything now.

BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTchknnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

That was the sound of the security buzzer clearing them to the port. The large gate rattled away and disappeared into the wall, Linus didn't hesitate and began marching forth. Best to appear like they were here on official business, and technically they were.

Finally speaking she would sneer, "I could probably smash the door open, if we weren't going for Captain's absurd idea of stealth, honestly we could have been done now, if I could just get ahead to flood this entire port!"

"Identification," The soldier addressed Krisandra.

"Oh well clearly I am here to keep an eye on you, surely you would not believe for one second a mage of calibur would be here to waste time. The fact you feel that I am not be trusted will anger your superiors I even imagine if you continue this I will be forced to report back to Government, I am here to inspect the ships to see how water tight they are, and you wish to waste my time? I have good mind to leave now and demand my money back from the Government and get your ass fired for obviously wishing the ships aren't seen, why would you want that? Got something to hide?"

"To..." The soldier blinked rapidly, pulling up the scanned identification documents from the man. He reviewed them closer, seeing associated names. He followed through the names to their adjascent profiles, blinking again when the people before him matched the images and verbal credentials.

Nodding Krisandra would sneer, "See, now move it grunt and actually let us in, rather than waste our time. We have business to do now!"

Sighing she would walk on over to the door and touch the hard metal seam of both, closing her eyes she would carefully channel a small amount of power. Gradaully she would force water within the crack, increasing the volume to force it open. Her eyes glowed blue and she hoped the others were keeping eye on things, since her attention needed to be on here, since the door would only be open for brief slot of time, they had to be fast, since the water would vanish and doors would slam shut. Really it was risky, but since captain and the first mate had no idea, she was going to keep increasing volume of the water, to force it open further, keeping the amount locked in stasis almost, so it would only increase in one way.

Her breath was soft and actually focused, while her tattoos on her body glowed cyan, her entire form displaying huge amount of power of untold proportion, hair splaying out.

Then her eyes shot open, and the door was forced, in a cruel sounding echoing tone, she whispered, "MOVE... NOW!"

Listening for the splashing she would survey the area slowly, drawing a pistol from her side, and whispering, "It's a precaution nothing more, you make sure to turn off the cameras in here, you did bring the laptop right?"

The Major would be interrupted by someone approaching, "Sir, we have word from RIP facility that dangerous mage has escaped and must be handled with all caution, they are currently sending details."

The man would turn around with his face turning red, "I have no time to deal with this, look unless she is a threat to this area, don't dare come interrupt me again!"

Krisandra taking initiative here, would channel her power sensing lots of water nearby, she would look, before finding it, millions of sprinklers in the roof, if she could increase volume in every single one this could cause a massive disturbance and enough chaos for them to act.

By all appearances she would just appear to be resting her eyes, but slowly and surely she was forcing more volumes of water within each sprinkler to cause it to explode having the roof to rain down constantly, thus juicing her to extreme levels, shame that Major had not listened to his Aide.

A few more soldiers would approach appearing ready to act. The Major smirked and said, "So... these seem all in order, but I did not become a Major by just trusting words on a screen, they can be hacked and have been in the past. After the assasination in the Government Buildings we are no longer accepting just one source of credentials"

Just then the Aide would interrupt, "Sir, I am serious this is importa--"

Furiously he would turn thus allowing them to react, "I AM BUSY MAN, DO SOMETHING USEFUL!"

Out of nowhere a small bang be heard, then another, then another, then another, then another, on and on the sprinklers above would just explode causing water to spurt down in rapid torrents. Each and every single one appearing to over expand and then just rapture and burst, the liquid leaking out in steady stream, cascading from every single one.

And still more kept blowing up thus leading to more.

Just as this happened the flash bang exploded and firing started, out of control blind firing to try and hit anything.

Meanwhile Krisandra would grin widely as her power grew from all the water being freed around her, with just one gesture, she sent the water rapidly so fast to the Major, but then the juicing effect faded and she remembered that she had escaped so best just terrify him.

As the water landed next to him she would bend down and whisper to him, "Should have listened to the Aide."

Walking away she would head towards the boat, it seemed the best one, and well she had a good feeling about this one, she would motion the others to climb up the gangway, as the whole place burst into panic due to flashbang and the sky raining down increased volumes of water.

Seeing that they were all coming on board, she would point towards cabin and yell, "Try crack the door, if you can't we'll use the cannons on board, and see what experimental exactly means, because to be honest I am rather fucking curious."

John Darton had been cowering behind a desk during the fire fight. When his quivering form emerged, he pressed his bifocals against his dilated eyes. The scientist rose and straightened his white lab coat before clearing his throat.

"W-w-well sirs..." he stammered as he looked around. "If you still have the desire of funding from Ereb Industries, then I suggest you do something about the security. I doubt Mr. Ereb would be comfortable with placing his investment in a place so vulnerable."

Watching she would stand at the stern, channelling her powers once more, as power surged through her veins thus allowing her to begin to gradually let the storm slip in, the wind growing in power and the waves turning more choppy as they trundled out the gate toward a sky that was slowly darkening as the weather was dramatically changing.

The scientist from Ereb Industries raised his eyebrow at the scene. He turned towards the other scientists and officials, pushing up his glasses. "Well I do hope that the ship was not the only project you were working on. You can be certain I will be informing my superiors about this incident.

Still inside the dock the Aide would glare at the Major and shake a broken laptop, "Guess what Sir, we found the escaped convict, but you already know this. I will be sure to inform your superior of this, pure negligence on your part."

As the ship exited the inner dock, a loud clap would sound and the waves would splash against the stone pier, while wind blew roughly and aggressively at the other ships. All the while this took place Krisandra stood at the stern and her eyes glowing deep cereleun and the marking on her body would be ablaze, her expression maniacal as the tempest hit the dock, to prevent anyone from chasing them.

It was extremely experimental, and ridiculously fun to play with.

They had a small crew together, they had stolen a ship. They had a code, a name, and a monkey. He still wasn't sure how they had acquired that, but hey. Shit happened. They were the Scoundrels of the Solinus. Who said they couldn't have a monkey?

Linus was still grinning, all pumped on Elysium when he activated the stealth of this ship. Alright, let's see what this baby can do, he thought to himself. It would be the ultimate test. Rollin' into port, underwater, sportin' a stolen ship! It would be invisible of course.

He grinned as a ripple passed through him, the mechanics of the ship vibrating through his core. He loved that feeling, the feeling of technology at work. Under the reality augmenting shield, which both deflected dark and absorbed light to create the illusion of no ship at all, the outer modules of the ship began to shift.

Oh yes, this is going to be awesome.

The ships exterior was sealed, under the cloak. There they sat, bobbling far from port, invisible, while Linus prepared some more Elysium to enjoy on the cruise through the underwater. Kicking the button with his foot as he entered a relaxed position, Linus lit up the Elysium and descended into the Solinus Sea.

Krisandra would notice him taking that drug without care and would say, "Really, keep that stuff away from me. In the RIP some creep got that in and it caused a prison riot." sighing she would would be listening to the rolling waves and the singing of the sea, an enchanting song of strife and creation. It spoke to her, it spoke to her, it's very whispers suggesting secrets she had never once heard or uttered, the whole chorus try to worm in and open repressed memories. What did it mean, she had no clear and this did concern her, nonetheless they had a crew and it was certainly clear the captain had thought this all through. Although despite the two techies they had on board, they were still having trouble removing the codes and former programs to make this ship untraceable, it was coming to point, she was ready to suggest just damn see if you can find an actual mechanic, since hackers knew computers but when it came to actual heavy lifting one was smoking a lethal drug Krisandra disliked having on board and the other was unclear in their goals, they had apparently hacked the Terra Stock Exchange.

It was getting to point, they would likely be traced if they did not leave this beach-head soon, not to mention the amount of people who likely wanted her back in RIP and those who wanted them all dead for stealing an experimental Terran Craft, was too numerous to mention, but she had seen the posters, the many posters.

If they did not leave soon, not even this cloak would protect them, her magic perhaps, but being this close to the ocean was insanely dangerous as she would be consumed once for by that constant state of euphoria.

Somehow despite everything they made it back to the cove, but it was obvious from even a glance from an amateur that they were taxing the systems and without a competent mechanic they would soon have no boat. What could pirate's do but advertise, but was it truly that easy, doubtful to be honest, but nonetheless they were back which was better progress than she had expected, now if only she could get that Elysium off this ship for good, it was putting her on edge.
