Lan Varynus's Story
Lan Varynus pushed open the door of the inviting, warm looking bar, and immediately regretted it. "Fffffuuu..." he swore, swinging around to duck out of the door again as a hail of bullets ricocheted somewhere inside. "Okay, that was a bad choice of eateries." he muttered to himself, poking his head rather more cautiously around the door frame once more, to observe.
Lan Varynus shuffled into the bar rather inconspiculously. "If I get shot, I'm going to sue." he muttered to himself, casting a sucpicious glance at the pair of pubescent girls shooting lasers at each other in the middle of the bar. "Kids these days..." he grumbled.
Lan Varynus edged his way over to the bar counter, and slumped down onto a stool. "A coke, please. Diet."

Lan Varynus winced, turning around to try and find the source of the abnormally loud noise "Who, what? Is someone trying to strangle a cat back there?!" the youth complained, scowling.
Lan Varynus nodded at Kasha. "Totally. If I don't get beer, you don't. You look younger than me."
Lan frowned, his fox-like ears doing something on his head that he couldn't quite keep track of. "Bloody things... I need to buy a hat, or something..."

Lan Varynus "And I'm nineteen. We're both under the legal age for buying alcohol." Lan replied, raising an eyebrow. "'least where I come from."
Lan Varynus threw a penny at Alexander, in a manner such that it was hard to tell whether he was trying to offer money for the performance, or just shut the guy up by hitting him with it.
Lan Varynus "Not to mention, you summoned it out of thin air. You probably have more stocked up in your void of guitars. Man, you could make a bunch of money spawning them then selling them on eBay."
Lan Varynus stood and stretched, walking over to where Alex sat and slumping down next to him. "Nah, I'm kidding. Nice music. Where'd you get it?"
Lan Varynus peered at the instrument over Alexander's shoulder, "And your father's father's, and your father's father's father's, and etcetera?"
Lan Varynus pouted "Aw, you're no fun." he teased, leaning on the other's shoulders. "No fun at all."
Lan Varynus "Awh, shucks handsome. You wouldn't lay hands on a darling little fella like me, would ya? I ain't doin' anything outta meanness."
Lan Varynus "Hey now. Let's not use offensive language, dude. I'm just teasing." Lan replied, folding his arms. "That was just uncalled for."
