The door to the bar was pushed open slowly, the wind making it open and close a little, before a young looking figure made his way in, more along the lines of stumbling inside. He was wearing a jacket, that was covered in snow, and the hood was up. He looked around slowly, his vision blurred, and he coughed a little. He looked around again and then walked over to Zekil, an urge making him go over to the taller figure.

He tugged on Zekil's pant's leg and then pulled out a marker from his pocket, and started to write on his own hand, and then lifted his hand up, to show Zekil what he wrote. The hand said, "Are you Zekil?" and the younger looking figure curiously looked at Zekil more.

The young figure then smiled a little, and wrote on his hand more, and then looked at Zekil, and smiled even more, and he showed the note to Zekil, his memories coming back more. The note read, "My name's Mason Kolnfyzz, I....recognize you from a memory....about this bar, and me meeting you....you gave me a sweatshirt, or a A hoody....."

The young figure waited for Zekil to speak and then he was swept up into the arms of Zekil, and he hugged him back, and smiled. He wrote more on his arm, and showed it to Zekil, and it read, "I remember you....brother, but I don't remember anything else, just you, and other people's faces, I remember the girl over there, Zalan".

Mason looked around and then smiled at Zalan but held onto his jacket, He pointed at the hoody and shook his head, he wanted to keep his jacket. He just hoped that Zekil knew someway to change Mason's jacket to the orangish color of the hoody. The jacket felt comfortable, and that is why he liked it a lot.

Mason looked at the jacket and smiled, nodding his head, and he hugged Zekil more, and then looked around the bar again, he thought the bar was really empty, but he didn't mind, he didn't want his reunion to be ruined by someone barging in and shooting up the place or doing something crazy.

Mason looked over at Zekil and then nodded his head slowly, he took the pen and started writing stuff on it, and then looked up, and then wrote some more things on it. He then showed it to Zekil, it said, "I won't leave....don't want to be alone, and I will stay with you or Zalan at all times" and he smiled and got out of Zekil's hug and sat by Zalan and smiled at her.

Mason looked over at Zekil, and then started writing very quickly on his notepad, and then showed it to Zekil, who would recognize the language he was writing in very quickly, seeing it was used by the Demon species. He then looked over at Zalan and smiled again, adjusting his hood.

Mason heard the words come out of Zekil's mouth and then nodded his head. He listened to what else Zekil had to say and raised a brow, and wrote more on the notepad, it reading, "That feels right......I do feel like I have a connection to you somehow, but why am I able to speak that.....I am human.....right?" and he looked at Zekil with a worried but curious look on his face.

Mason listened to what Zekil said and shook his head slowly, and got up, backing away from Zekil in a slow paced motion. He shook his head again, all his emotions building up in his head, and overflowing him with the feeling's that would be coming from them.

He opened his mouth, and the words just flowed out, filled with anger and pure dread. "No...no no no no! I am not a half-demon, I am a human, I feel human, there is nothing demon about me, I am human see?" he asked and took the pen and jabbed himself with it sharply, and instead of red blood, like a normal human coming out, a small stream of a black colored blood came out and then turned into little crystals. Mason just looked at it with a look of shock in his eyes, and he backed away more, "No, I'm human...it's just my mind playing tricks on me, I know I'm human, I don't feel like something inhuman!" he yelled, and backed up against the wall near the door, some tears running dwon his face, "I'm human......I'm not a demon....." he said with a firm tone, but a slowly wavering one.

Mason backed away some more, but then gave up, falling to the ground and put his head in his knees, crying. "No, I'm human.....I'm human...." he said with a distraught tone in his voice while he spoke. He shook his head, and then looked up at Zekil, "I thought I was human.......why.....why do I feel human then?" he said quietly, and tears ran down his face.

"I'll never get to heaven now......I'll just end up in hell and be the devil's servant, what salvation is there for me? What kind of afterlife can I look forward to now? I'll be nothing, just a speck under the control of the devil........why do I even exist?" he asked himself out loud, his voice conveying pure, unhindered dread.

Arttu chuckled and nodded his head, "You are correct about that, I'm wondering if he had any relatives though.....but I did not take his wife, no need for that" he said with a grin and nodded his head. He winced a little as he was helped into the seat next to Skaarj and he tilted his head at what the alien had to say next.

"Skaarj!" he roared, wondering what in the hell Skaarj meant but he just decided to roll with it for now.

A clack of shoes on the library floor would be heard, approaching Zekil, and then with a chuckle, a hand would wrap around Zekil's shoulder, and when he turned his head, he would see Mason, his brother grinning at him. "Wait until I told you how hard it was to literally change my eye color to this." he said with a still grinning mouth. Mason had changed quite a bit, looking taller, and much stronger, his hair was longer, a crimson color, that looked natural and not dyed in the slightest. "It's great to see you again brother, after two years of travels I am back for the time being." he said in a meaningful tone of voice.

Zekil hears the clink of shoes, his hand going to his card holder as he feels a hand on his shoulder, "Eb uai oly ofaswyl qezwefr sa berws ty, E qedd axdery...swairw E qaidk loswyl fas." he states in his native tongue thinking it may be another person seeking him out for a fight. When he turns his eyes though he blinks in surprise. "Mase?" he asks with a look of surprise on his face. "Haha! Out of all the people I didn't expect you to be here. And look at you now!" he says with a grin. "Glad you are back...good news Gambit's is back and running and I am a tender...bad news Angels and demon slayers huzzah." he says as he does something he hardly ever does and hugs his brother tightly. "Wait...I sense magic in you. Sorcery...and you no longer have my tainted blood in you. There has to be a story in there somewhere."

Mason chuckled as Zekil uttered words in his native tongue and he listened as Zekil talked about Gambit's being back and such and how Mason looked good. "Worked on my body with many different tribes and such, traveled with different species of creatures, learned many things and such." he then smiled widely at the tainted blood comment. He then hugged him back as he was hugged and then sat down on a small bookcase.

"Well.........that is a story for sure, In my travels, I sought out many tribes to cure the tainted blood in my veins, undertaking a series of trials with one tribe, known to be some of the best healers in all of time. I actually died for a day or two, as my body purged out the tainted blood, and I woke up and found out that the blood being in my system and being purged left me with sorcery. I also have healing properties, and the tribe helped me hone it quite well, not amazing but the best they could do with someone like me." he explained.

Zekil grins, "See that is why I like the people who aren't in the city...they have wisdom. Some of the people here have forgotten the old ways." He remarks with a chuckle as he hears him say he traveled with different tribes, patting him on the back as he was hugged before he leans on a bookcase.

He whistles as he hears the tale. "Sounds like you have been doing a lot. And hey least now you can heal yourself. No need for my shadow healing, which is great considering that tainted you in the first place." he explains. "Hey don't knock yourself short kid...even if you are a shrimp." He teases him. "After all not many can say they died and came back...speaking of you know Doc? Don't worry he is not dead, but yeah he had to reattach an arm and hand to himself. He got attacked by an agent of Death." he offers him.

He chuckled and nodded his head, and shrugged, cracking his bones a bit. "Yeah, I learned quite a lot in my travels, saw some things that I never want to see again, participated in some things I'm not exactly proud of, even got laid quite a bit, apparently people in other countries find me attractive, surprising as that is to hear!" he said, chuckling a bit more and then he raised a brow at what Zekil had said. "Damn, yeah I know him, and also, I died about three times being with you, goes to show how much fun you are." he said and then sighed.

"Agent of Death huh? Must have not been happy with him bringing people back to life and such, glad he's alright though, he isn't a bad guy, just a bit screwed up in the head is all." he said, and then looked at Zekil's back.

"You gonna tell me what happened or am I going to have to use my sorcery to make you tell me?" he remarked, with a raised brow.

Zekil laughs, "Probably cause you take after me." he teases him, even though Mason was a human. "I am so used to getting flirted with it ain't even funny...one time a priest in training hit on me." he comments with a shrug. "hey, if I had it my way you wouldn't have died once...but fate is a cruel mother. And I died once too you know...and almost again a few times after that. Angels, what can ya do?" he offers with a shrug.

"Yeah...he now is...well more seclusive heck for a while I would have to bring books to him." he offers with a shrug. "He is messed up in the head, but agreed not a bad guy."

He flinches at the question about his back looking away and up. "Oh and you think your sorcery is powerful on a demon who is past their ninth century in life?" he asks with a smirk.

Mason shrugged a bit, cracking his bones a bit more as he was still a bit sore from the plane ride back. He then nodded his head, "Aye, fate is a cruel mother indeed, and I do take after you, we are brothers by blood still despite it being cleansed from my body, you will and always shall be family." he said with a smile and then he listened to Zekil speak about Doc.

"Yeah, perhaps I need to stop by for a visit, I have some of the blood cleansed from my body in a vial for him if he wants to look at it. Also, I had a few guys hit on me when I was traveling.......might have said yes to just a few because they were kind, I don't judge." he said with a chuckle, and then narrowed his eyes.

"Zekil, speak, come on, I'm your brother, only brother, you can tell me, we've been through hell and back, and I deserve to know." he said, placing a hand on his back.

Zekil smirks, "we are brother by blood, and by fate it seems." he comments to him as he hears him say he might visit Doc to give him something to research. "Ha! He would love something new to research." he offers him as he ruffles his hair.

"Hey I don't judge, I am one of the least judgmental people I know...well I do judge angels and holy folk when I first meet them, but hey that is because of old habits...I have been getting better that though." he says with a shrug.

As soon as the hand is placed on his back he almost crumples to the ground as he bites his tongue. "Ow...careful about that." he hisses in pain as he moves away from the hand. "It...is not as bad as it seems. Just stings like heaven, which is no surprise....well a bit of one." he offers. "Some guy hit me with a blast of holy energy a bit ago." he explains, "From the degree of it, it is a lower rank angel...but damn I thought I was passed those days ya know?" he offers him. "But again it is nothing serious."
