Despite her best efforts half of Nina's papers flew from her hands, the woman barely managing to keep the others in her hands. "Don't worry about it, dude." She told the man, "I guess that actually helps me get those out to the people faster." The Serbian woman joked.

"You need some help getting your things back in order? They look important, you don't want to be fired because you bumped into someone and lost your papers." Nina slipped her papers into her coat, finding an inside pocket that couldn't quite hold them all, but it was all she had for now.

She moved to grab the few papers that weren't yet swept up by the breeze and that hadn't been stepped on by others on the street.

Nina smirked, "I wouldn't say I'm a special breed. Rare, maybe. Unique. One of a kind." The woman joked, taking a look at the different papers for a moment. She was actually curious, plus it helped to know who some of the wanted criminals were.

"Nina Sekova." She told Vernon as she took his hand in her own, "It's a pleasure to meet you so far." She said, "You're a cop or a private eye?" Nina asked, a dark eyebrow raising in inquiry.

"Right." Nina said, reaching into her coat and pulling her papers back out into the cold air. "My bosses have me handing out these papers to help relations between law enforcement and civilians." Nina told Vernon.

"We're throwing a party of sorts. A carnival kind of deal. We've got a location, we're just building and buying attractions." The Serbian soldier said.

"When it starts up you should come buy, I'll be in the dunk tank with it rigged not to allow me to ever fall in. Lose your money on me." The woman joked.

"Phrasing." Nina said to Vernon. The woman couldn't help but laugh at his words, "And here I thought I left Taco back home." She said to herself.

"Even in context that sounds so wrong." She told Vernon, "I need to get going. But... feel free to call if you need work or another chance to say something phrased horribly." Nina dug a hand into a coat pocket, sliding out a business card for Vernon to take.

She kept her head down, hiding the fact that she was stifling a laugh. She wasn't doing a very good job at it but it was enough.

Nina approached the teahouse, a black suit and tie making up her attire, quick to flash the Militia patch sewed into her suit's left bicep. The Serbian woman glanced around the establishment, waving towards Kianna. She had never met the woman personally, but she remembered her from the Militia meeting.

Nina made her way to a table, slipping out her phone as she seated herself. Texting away to get a few people she knew to show up.

Nina leaned against her olive sedan, donning her usual off-duty grey suit jacket, white dress shirt and black tie along with a pair of black suit pants and black combat boots.

The woman probably looked like a detective when she dressed this way, especially with the gun on her right hip and the barely visible handcuffs on her utility belt.

The woman yawned, seeming to be tired or bored with her current happenings. She was hoping she had an excuse to be Militia. Maybe two hobos would start a deathmatch over a discard hoagie.
