Setting
This noble city in the Kanto Region has historically been used as a giant graveyard of sorts. Though it's famous Pokemon Tower was once converted into a radio tower from it's previous status as a tower of graves, it was converted back after an incident, involving several members of The Hand of Arceus being exposed, caused the deaths of many residents. Despite all the ghosts that wander this town and all the grief and tragedy that has been shed here, people still flock to it. It is the third most populated city in all of Kanto, and easily the most unique and tourist attracting.
The locals are quite religious and superstitious. It is not uncommon for tourists to become confused over their foreign lore. (See: White Hands and such)

Valve Vlanderson seemed to flinch as he stared at the Mewtwo. It was a Mewtwo. Like, wow. He seemed to adopt a more tense stance as Arielle clutched his side, her mind sending thoughts to the Mewtwo.
Arielle's voice would fill Zee's mind.
[You...haven't an idea what you are? How absurd. You...are a Mewtwo are you not?]

Heywood Raincaller had nothing to say, but he didn't want to interrupt what seemed to be nothing more than an awkward silence between Zee and the movie star. He decided to take the long way around the duo en route to the Pokémon Center to rest his weary bones. Haxorus, Growlithe and the girl would be sure to appreciate it as well.
Zee turned his gaze for the Gardevoir now, and a voice unlike that of his verbal vocalization echoed through the air. <My race is Mewtwo, yes. My designation is 'Z'. As far as I can tell I am an alien clone.> There was a challenging note to his voice, as if anything to the contrary of that statement would be unwelcome.
Valve Vlanderson kept his tense look for a moment before calming down a bit and placing an arm around Arielle.
The Gardevoir wanted to challenge, but listened to Valve. She hadn't strength to match anyways, and was very soft regardless. Valve turned her around and walked with her towards the Pokemon Center. He looked over his shoulder once more at the Mewtwo, before urging Stunt to follow him.
They'd eventually get inside the Center, and Valve would move to benches and chairs within, taking a seat as Arielle sat on his lap, Stunt resting atop his head.
Arielle...this is where we simply let him be. This is what happens when trainers think they can control legends. It's simply not realistic...

Zee stared. This talk of trainers. Of pokemon Of legendaries. It confused him. But the less he had to deal with humans the better. He would find others of his kind. He took towards the pokemon tower to see if he might find answers there.
Heywood Raincaller looked over at Valve and Arielle. It seemed that all the rooms were full for the night due to the latest spat of ghostly activity. "Heh. How do you like that. I remember when they built the very first Pokémon Center and I've never seen such a sorry state of affairs. Full up...hmph. Resting under the stars is simply not an option for this little one," he sighed, pointing towards Haxorus. Meanwhile, Growlithe and the dragon were working on getting the flaxen-haired teenager onto the ground without causing further injury. It seemed that the Chansey were rather occupied tonight...
Valve Vlanderson smiled.
Arielle seemed more than pleased, and Stunt was smiling too.
Heh. You don't get it old man. Rock Tunnel and Pokemon Tower, and you expect there to be vacancies? It's fine. Most of us just need to sleep, doesn't matter where. Just sit tight, and I'm sure someone will be able to assist soon.

"Her physical injuries are the least of my worries." Heywood's face went pale as he recounted the trials he faced. "A Dusknoir was attending to her limp body as you see it. We fought bravely to save her from whatever vile ritual he was planning to perform. There were two others with me...I know not what became of them. When he was defeated, he disappeared into the night, saying that her time had already come. It bothers me even now, that last line, as his kind are the shepherds of the dead, leading them from this world and into the next. What if he was right?"

He looked back down at Arielle who had fallen asleep leaning against him as she sat on his lap. Stunt looked particularly ready to interfere, and so was met with a Poke Ball.
Valve grinned and looked back to Heywood.
I see. Most unfortunate. I'm sure she'll be fine. Dusknoir normally only ferry lost souls, not living individuals. It was an odd one out you encountered I'm sure.

You should probably keep her company until something can be done for her. Also see to it that Growlithe and Haxorus get healing. If you need it, I have some spare supplies.
Heywood Raincaller let a smile spread across his weathered face. "To not only give of yourself on stage, but also to share your excesses with those in need? Truly, you are a generous person, sir."
A young man with oddly dark, metallic skin stood amidst the city of the dead. Gazing thoughtfully at a tower in the distance, his eyes glowed with an unnatural faint light. He seemed to be considering something in his head. Every since 'the incidents' had begun to happen this town had been mostly abandoned due to the fear of hyper-active ghosts and their sometimes deadly shenanigans. "...Huh!" the boy remarked, glancing over his shoulder briefly. One observing would notice that he had visible seams on his joints, much like a classic ball-jointed-doll.
An old man with graying hair could barely walk as he exited the Pokemon Center. "Why hello there young man! What brings you to this humble part of Kanto?" A Growlithe played about his ankles, barking happily and hoping for a Pokeblock or two. "If it's the tower, you'd better be careful. I saw a girl about your age get dragged in there once, and I had to fight my way to the top to save her! Scary stuff. You'd better be prepared if you want to pay your respects."
Around his neck was a Cleanse Tag, which helped to ward off evil spirits--and wild Pokemon. Growlithe had one buried in its scruff as well.

DIN-02 turned his head to look directly at Heywood, eyes searching the elderly man for a moment. "...That's okay, I ain't afraid'a no ghosts!~" he remarked, a somewhat arrogant grin developing on his expression. Something seemed to be amusing him about the situation, and yet he declined to verbalize it. Had he even heard Heywood's recount of a girl being taken?
The Pressurized Sliding Blue Door that would lead one inside or out of the local Pokemon Center would seem to bzzt open, sliding to the side and what seems to be a Woman a Raven Black Overcoat or Trench would step outside, the cuffs of the trench seeming to be puffy and well furry, as well as the tail end and a matching black color of the same fur seemed to be around her neck. Underneath seemed to be a black t-shirt and upon her form was a pair of black dress pants and matching high heels. Long Aureolin Colored Hair would extend downward to bellow her rump and at the bends of her knees- a chill would surely run down her spine as the somewhat 'creepy' air of Lavender Town would overwhelm her after having left the more cheery and warm exterior Pokemon Center.
Those slate gray colored hues would seem to glance around slowly, aside from the 'Rumors' that had floated around Lavender Town or 'Stories' she had found to place to be one of 'interest', even though its where the dead are laid to rest it was nice to see people pay their respect to their dearest friends of 'companions'- it showed how deep the relationship between the Pokemon and Trainer truly was.
