"Those are some beautiful eyes you've got there, if I should say."
"Thanks?" Oscar replied, confused and somewhat concerned that Done was trying to chat him up.
It was then that he realised Done had seen his eyes before they had returned to their normal shade of hazel, so he would have to explain to Done about what he had just done when Done noticed Oscar's eyes were now a different colour.
"And as for rap music, you have no need to worry. I hate that genre. Too loud and filled with so much nonsense."
"Well, that's good to hear." Oscar sighed in relief, "But whatever music you're listening too, I think it would be in everyone's best interest if we both just used headphones, since I doubt you're particularly fond of Bach."
He continued to sort through his clothes, pulling out a pair of what seemed to be pajamas, removing them from the rest of the clothes resting on the bed. It didn't seem to be night yet, but he decided he might as well get ready. He wasn't going to leave this room for a while.
"My music taste is somewhat-" He paused realizing that he didn't have much of one. Not really. "Just anything that I enjoy. I mean... I hate rap, r and b, heavy metal, and stuff like that, but I usually like a variety." He smiled up at Oscar for a moment. He found him interesting. Maybe it was just his personality or look. He found it interesting when Oscar's eyes changed also, but guessed it was nothing he needed to worry about. They all were odd in a way.
"I don't mind R&B, as long as it's done properly." Oscar replied, "I used to say heavy metal singers sounded like drunk trolls, but I've learned better since I came to this school."
Oscar opened a draw built into his desk, reached in and pulled out a small piece of paper and a pen. He quickly drew the rune for unlocking the door on it and threw it to Done with a flick of his wrist.
"You can cast runes, right?" Oscar asked, "Because that's the symbol you need to unlock the door. If you can't, I'll find some way to remove the rune from the back of the door."
Oscar knew removing the rune would be easy, if he tried to disrupt it by cutting through it, it could just become a different rune. However, he could worry about removing it later, Done hadn't given him an answer yet.
