High society woman
Rebecca is soft spoken with impecable manners. She is trained to sing. Like all well bred ladies she reads books that are deemed proper and can do delicate embroidery with great ease.
She plays croquet and is quite capable of shooting a bow. Rebecca only engages in activities that are deemed seemly for a woman of her social standing.
She is used to being catered to and doted on. Rebecca is not used to hearing no. She exerts no effort to do anything beyond what is proper and correct. She gives little thought to those not of the same station as she is. She has never lifted a hand in 'work' of any kind in her entire life.
Her home in London as well as the summer home on the coast. Her clothes, luxurious room and many servants. Rebecca wants for nothing and her parents have ensured her every need is taken care of in an effort to secure her a suitable marriage.
Her former nanny, Miss Ambernath acts as her regular chaperone now. The woman is elderly and hard of hearing but she is always present so that Rebecca is never alone thus preserving her reputation.
Only child of Lord and Lady Huntington, Rebecca was given everything she could ever want from the moment of her birth. Fashionable clothes, the best schooling and tutors, Rebecca's parents gave their daughter all the tools to ensure that she would desirable to any suitor when she came of age.
For the last three years her parents have been steadily entertaining suitors. Currently three men are in the running for her hand though she does not know any of them very well. Rebecca has entertained them socially. She knows that her parents will decide for her that affection may perhaps come later in the marriage.
