Personality: Regere likes the idea of ruling the kingdom and loves to practice dueling in his spare times. He loves the thought of battle and strategy. His psionic powers have influenced his ideas greatly because he believes that legalizing magic would be the most beneficial thing to have happened to the Kingdom since it's foundation.
History: Regere grew up in an interesting manner due to his natural abilities. Any servants or tutors who taught him had to teach mentally so that he could improve his own abilities. Though the sessions would only be for an hour a day it proved to be very efficient. He was tutored by Algrovv's finest scholars but that included military training. He learned the tactics/strategy of war, diplomacy, the art of taxation, and royal etiquette. On his fourteenth birthday Regere was sent to a military camp filled with the worse soldiers of the kingdom by his military tutors for six months. It resulted in the Legion being turned into the most organized Legion of the kingdom. After that he was sent to different parts of Algrovv and various other kingdoms for different tests that he would see when he becomes King.
