"I'm...a little lost, here..."
She tends to be a little quiet, but will speak up when she finds a chance. She can be emotional, but tends to hide it, considering her siblings used to pick on her for it, so it can be hard to tell. She has always enjoyed hiking, but out of the state? Her energy level is fine with it, but she does get bored rather easily. Her personality can sometimes be more like a child's than an adult's, which has gotten her in trouble back home. She can be rather moody, too; bubbly and active one moment, and then tired and ready to go home the next. She can't stand beng on her own, although being around a group of strangers is a little worse than that. She does, however, make friends quickly...provided they can stand her energy and childish behavior.
She carries a small bookbag. Inside is only a small knife, a map (although she is horrible with directions), and everything she could get from her parents first aid kit, which takes up most of the space in the bag, though she did manage to stuff in a picture of her family, mostly to remind her why she needs to find out what's going on.
Originally from Washington, her father was military, and so they moved around a lot. She doesn't remember much from Washington, except the family members they go there to meet. From Washington to Hawaii, then to Louisanna, then Colorado, and the last moving trip was to Oregon. Soe doesn't remember much of anything from Washington or Hawaii, but she thinks she remembers Louisanna as her favorite place so far. She remembers Colorado well enough, but chooses not to remember a certain handful of people there. She wasn't altogether happy being moved to Oregon, but she stayed, even when hse was old enough to head back to Louisanna. She went to colleg for a little while to be a veterinarian, and then a baker, but soon changed to simply being a zookeeper. She still retains information from classes on how to cook and how to deal with injuries, but her strong point is animal behavior, which she believes can also be applied to humans, despite the differences.
Originally, she had been happy that everything was sent to the middle ages; she had always preferred looking at that time period than the one she was in. She quickly found, though, that on her own she wasn't very good at surviving. Not without her laptop! Most of her life was spent on the computer ever since her parents got her a laptop for graduating high school. Now she feels a little lost because she can't look up the information like she usually does, and especially since she can't play any of her favorite games. She had mixed feelings about fleeing Oregon and leaving her family behind, but they refused to leave, and some sense of self-preservation made her go.
