Adion Volf (unit number AG-13)'s Story

"Does a slave belong to a master? Truly? Does a man not have a choice, master or not? Or are you just another greedy cockroach to be crushed under my metal heel?" Adion asked, having both his blade and his short-range smg at the ready. The back feed that Wolf would be getting would begin to get stronger as the scientists slowly figured out the way to isolate Ki's empathy, sending most of it back into Wolf, while preventing it from going to Ki. This would act almost like a mirror, redirecting anything sent via Ki's bond and/or empathy straight to Wolf.

Wolf snorted as he glared at the male holding Ki, his eyes glittering as he sneered at him. "You wouldn't survive a day in Ki's position boy. Besides, Ki isn't going to die little boy. It isn't even his blood his body bleeds. Surely you've found this out by now! Besides, neither of you know what you hold to close in your arms." he said softly his voice held an odd emotion that was soon gone as the air cleared up and the stones dimmed back to there normal pulsing look, his eyes drifting over the male holding what belonged to him, only to turn his attention to the other male.

"I bought him twenty years ago. Trained him and showed him his place when he broke a rule. A slave has no choice but to do as he is told, let alone follow the rules set for him." a puzzled flicker flashed through his eyes as he watched both males, itching to get his pet back.

Gelon stuck his arm out as parts for his arm burst through the door and attach themself to it, the once so calm and sometimes focused gelon gave way to his more mad side of him. Gelon put ki down and pointed to him with his hand Adion protect Ki and make sure that the bound is severed between him and this ass cause I have had it with him, I'm not gone hit him but I'm gone teach him some respect" Gelon said clearly mad "kinetic" he said and his robotic hand switched into a gun and he fired to wolf. The 'bullet' exploded in front of him and forced him back to the wall "if Adion is succes full in separating that bound I will rip you to pieces or if you are lucky you can escape which I doubt" Gelon said to wolf and keep his aim at him

Adion's hand moved off to the side, picking up a small electronic device. Adion didn't know what it was, nor did he care. As the blueprints uploaded to his internal storage, the nanobots flowing throughout his body began to break down the device in his hand, rebuilding it as something that looked like a skullcap with a circuit board built in it.

Adion then walked over to Ki, carefully setting the device on his head in a very specific way. It isolated his mind, so he could not use empathy, nor be affected by any non-physical harm. Standing up, Adion looked over at Wolf saying "Ah, isolation. Both a defense and a weapon. Try as you might, Vera is quick to learn, and quicker to adapt. This one is free know, from all his curses and powers. I hope you have a better defense than him."

His eyes narrowed on the male as he laid his Ki down and shifted as he watched his arm, only to grunt when he hit the wall behind him and hissed as he looked up his silver eyes flashing black for just a brief moment, as the stones flared brightly, causing the room to chill rapidly as he smiled, the smile was both delightful and charming, but also sadistic and cruel. "I have had far worse than that boy. Nice arm." he stated softly, his voice chilled and dead sounding.

Only to look over at the other male, cocking his head as he watched him after placing the odd device on his forehead. "What is he to you? Why protect a slave from his Master? Why not just give him back, and let it be?" he asked, as he shifted slightly, pulling away from the wall, popping his neck in the process.

Gelon snapped at the word slave and ram wolf straight through the wall "push" he said on a mad tone as his robotic arm was on wolf's chest and KE exploded in his arm sending wolf flying "you have no right to call Ki that and I would run if I were you before I really lose it then this whole place will be gone!"

(KE = kinetic Energy)

"What right does one man have to own another, Mr. Wolf? If there is some mystical ownership right, then you are mine, and have no choice in the matter." Adion replied, taking out his sword and cleaning it off while Gelon fought Wolf.

Vera scientists began running about the labs. Something was going wrong. It wasn't big and easy to see, but small and minute. That is what truly began to send them into a frenzy. Some were yelling to others while they sat, eyes never leaving their own screens. Everyone could feel something bad beginning to happen, now even Ki, Adion, and Gelon.

Within moments, the three where thrown from the other dimension back through the portal. Wolf and his ship, on the other hand, were thrown into a dimension that was slowly getting further and further from his original one. The portal at Vera was now maintaining the perfect size, locking the two dimensions in reference. Just big enough from the energies of Ki's home dimension, but not big enough for anything else to come through.

"Mr. Volf! It appears the device used to break Ki from the bond destabilized the local area of his dimension. It seems that it has healed over, and the portal is far more stable than before." One of the scientists began to speak. Adion only responded by groaning slightly as he got up.

Gelon in full rage was still tearing metal from everywhere, the walls the doors, machines and even the portal machine, if he didn't stop or was stopped he could let the whole tower collapse in just 15 minutes "he is dead, so dead, calling my buddy a pet a slave when his is clearly wounded, THE MOTHER FUCKER!" Gelon yelled sending a pulse ripping more metal from the room

The moment that Gelon touched the portal, all his limbs were paralyzed. Before anything else could be harmed, four scientists were dragging him away from the portal. Adion, after inspecting the damages to the floor, as that was as far as Gelon got, walked over to him.

"Don't worry Gelon. We were ejected from the dimension by a break in the dimensions. If our not-so-good friend is even still alive, he will be fully separated from his home dimension. At the most, he would be able to survive a year, and his link with Ki might last an hour, tops." Adion stated, hoping that Gelon would listen to reason.

Gelon's eyes locked on to adion "a year is not good enough for him, he has zero seconds to live for me and any second he does is to long" he said and gasped as he passed out as an safety protocol was activated in his arm

A low groan slipped from Ki as he blinked open his eyes and gripped his head as he sighed and rubbed his temples. "The fuck is all the yelling about?" he gritted out, hissing as pain ripped through his mind, before he looked about and groaned before his eyes locked on the portal and scrambled backwards, images flickering through his mind and the memory of Wolf touching him. "What is going on?" he choked out, eyes flickering about the room before he saw Gelon and scrambled over to him, gritting his teeth. "What happened?"

"He over stressed his arm, causing it to activate a safety protocol that knocked him out. Gelon should be awake within the next hour." Adion said calmly before stating "Your former 'master,'" which Adion said with almost a hiss, "is now trapped outside your native dimension. He will not last more than a year, but your connection to him should be gone in less than an hour."

Blinking Ki frowned as he looked up at the male and shook his head. "That wasn't my home world, nor my dimension. It was a world I landed on 20 1/2 yrs ago and became a slave." he stated shaking his head again. "It's why I fucking hate that damn Portal. Sucks you up and spits you out in the worse places, and only the oddest planets." muttered and sighed as he rubbed his temples. "Mas--- Wolf isn't human anymore. Hasn't been in a very long time." he muttered, sighing softly.

"First off, that was your home dimension, just a few galaxies away from your home world, I might presume. Also, we are more than aware of Mr. Wolf's state. At Vera we tend to like to use scans that you can't note without special equipment. It provides the greatest accuracy for practical application and testing of gathered knowledge. But don't worry about anything that is personal getting out, or to the big guys upstairs. We little people self police about that." Adion stated, with a slight matter of fact tune.

A puzzled look flickered across Ki's features as he watched Adion the whole time holding Gelon and sighed softly as he looked down at the unconscious male in his arms. "I don't know what to say, but thanks." he murmured as he looked up once more brushing his bangs back out of his eyes huffing when he realized that his hair had grown while he slept, and his body still hurt like a bitch. "I need a bath, hair cut and something to eat. With my shields deteriorating like they are I need energy and sadly I really don't have any at the moment." he stated softly as he rubbed his face with his left hand since he was holding Gelon with his right.

Wolf snarled as he watched the portal close his rage consuming him as he destroyed the room his energy and powers demolishing the entire room. "Fucking bastards." he snarled even as he turned and left the room the connection to his pet now faint. "I will find you Shiro, you can't hide from me for ever." he snarled as he shouted to have the room cleaned up, the servants scurrying to do their jobs not wanting their Master's rage taken out on them.

"Go to the barracks, third room on the left from that hall." Adion stated as he pointed to said hallway, his armor giving off a slight shine. The barracks was the scientists' name for the room that was split into three different sections. The first was the sleeping quarters, each bed having a container that the user could fingerprint scan to lock a chest for 24 hours, so only they could access their stuff. Next to the sleeping quarters was the barber, who simply cut hair before giving a shampoo massage to avoid chemical smells in the cramped room. Closest to the lab was the cafe, a larger room with a dining area attached and a air tight door that prevented the distracting smells of food from escaping.

Going back into his office, Adion now had a serious task ahead of him. How do we create a one way energy siphon. It was a daunting task, but one that could be done, especially with the new data. This sort of technology could very well be used for other applications later on, something that he had to think about for whenever the board would ask him why they spent so much researching a useless technology. Adion tapped on the button to activated the intercom to the team he had working on the project. "Make sure to triple the safety systems of our last experiment. I would rather not have another forceful dimensional close."

Following Adion's motion Ki sighed as he nodded and shifted before he looked down at Gelon chuckling softly as he shook his head and with a grunt lifted the unconscious male in his arms and made his way towards the barracks, finding a bed not knowing if it was empty or not and laid Gelon down. Straightening up Ki stared down at his friend whom he had just met and knew that he had fought to keep him safe, his foggy mind remembering being in his arms when he had seen that portal and Wolf on the other side.

Sighing he shook his head and headed for the barber and smiled at him slightly as he told him the hairstyle he had had before, to be careful with his ears and sat down, after asking him to bag his hair knowing that he wouldn't understand that he never just threw his hair away, but always burned it knowing the power that could be siphoned from his genes via his hair. Past thoughts of Scientist's using his hair to clone him for his powers and having to kill them when they were sent after him.

Closing his eyes Ki sighed with pleasure as his hair was washed, scalp massaged and his hair cut. "Thanks." he stated as he smiled and nodded at the man as he took the bag, cocking his head as he looked at him. "That all the hair?" he asked, watching him, only to smile when he nodded.

"Yah, that's all of it. Don't know why ya want it but its your hair." stated the barber with a shrug as he turned back to his cubical and began to clean up his station.

Chuckling softly Ki shrugged as he headed out of the room, finding the showers he locked the door behind him, checked out the small trash can to see that it was steel and not aluminum he dumped his hair into it and using his fire element lit it on fire before opening the windows and setting the trash can just under it to let the smoke drift out the window. Turning he stripped and headed into a shower stall and sighed with pleasure as the hot water cascaded down his body, hissing as it ran over healing wounds that ranged from bruises to cuts to abrasions.

It was several minutes later that he stepped out and toweled off before digging into the pouch pulling out black skin tight pants and a black tee, slipping the on and his shoes back on, Ki pulled the fire from the can, cleaned it out and replaced the bag back in it, closed the window, unlocked the door and headed, making his way to the cafe his stomach growling when he opened the door. After acquiring his meal he found a seat and sat down, digging into his food purring as he did, his ears perked and twitching while his tail curled and flicked behind him.
