Image

Weapon-
-katana blade and throwing knives hidden in sleeves
-small smoke balls that are used for keeping her invisibility power secret.

Side- Hero (former Rogue)

Personality- Kina is strong-willed, just like the meaning of her name. She is brave, and is willing to stand up for what she believes in. She is very curious, and loves to learn. (She knows three languages: Arabic, Japanese, and English) Also, Kina is a little bit of a jokester, and likes to be sarcastic at times.

History- Kina was born in a small village in Afghanistan. Her parents died, and she was lucky enough to be sent to an orphanage. She wasn't aware of her powers until she was thirteen, when she was playing with her friend, Soorya, and was able to push her back by wind. Kina decided to keep her powers a secret. Soorya promised Kina that she wouldn't tell anyone. Terrorism was a huge problem in the region where Kina lived, and one day, terrorists invaded the village. When the Terrorists invaded the orphanage, Kina decided to defend herself. Putting on a black burqa to protect her identity, Kina defeated the terrorists. However, Soorya got shot, and Kina was devestated.

Later, Kina decided to fight crime all over the region. Dawning a long black dress, as well as her burqa, Kina helped to vanish much of the terrorism in the area. People gave her the names of Twister and Sandstorm because of her signature attack where it looked like she controlled the sand/dust beneath her using her wind powers. Although the public eye looked to Kina as a hero, she secretely looted the terrorists she defeated, classifying her as a rogue.

When Kina was older and had enough money, she bought herself a plane ticket to Japan. She remembered Soorya talking about the place when she was little, and always wanted to go. When she made it to Japan, she fell in love with the culture. She continued to fight crime in Japan, and eventually, an old martial arts master named Shigeru Ishamoto saw her potential. He trained her in martial arts, and also helped her develop her powers, helping her learn her power of invisibility. Kina then called herself ninja, and made a costume change, swapping her dress for pants and a long shawl. (this also helped her move faster in combat) Also, Shigeru taught Kina the art of meditation, which helped her mind to balance, helping her get over looting and stealing.

After finishing school, Kina learned about the city of Kirkroft and decided to move there. She learned the english language, and moved to an apartment. She feels that Kirkroft will help her grow stronger.

Kina woke up at around 10 am. She had been busy all night looking for a job somewhere in Kirkcroft, but nobody seemed to be hiring. Judging by her first week in the big city, she knew that it was overcrowded and tight. She had moved to the city to get in on the action, the whole "heroes and villians" thing, but she never seemed to see anything. All she saw was the occasional news story on tv, but that was it. Nothing. Kina was wondering whether it was a smart idea to move to Kirkcroft in the first place.

She started the day the usual way. After getting dressed into a black t-shirt and jeans, and having a cup of coffee, Kina left her apartment and started to walk through the streets. Kirkcroft seemed to be just like Tokyo, only much MUCH bigger. (and maybe less flashy lights)

She just walked, not really planning a destination. There were still many parts of Kirkcroft she hadn't explored. Without thinking, Kina stopped at a newstand. The bright headline of the paper attracted her. It said, "BRIGHTSIDE. SAVIOR OR DESTROYER?"

She walked up to the newstand slowly, making sure not to wake the shopkeeper guy who was sleeping. she picked a paper up, and softly said to herself,
"Brightside....who's that.....?"

"BRIGHTSIDE?"
Kina turned around to see a lady who wore a purple hoodie that just about covered her eyes. She also had long purplish-black hair and a mischievious smile.
"I'm assuming youre new here?" the lady asked her with a grin.
"yeah." Kina said, still a little startled.
"Brightside is this weird guy...you ever heard of superhumans?"
"yeah." Kina replied.
"Well, Brightside is this superhero guy....but he's not really a hero. In fact....he's not really a villian either. He's just this guy who kinda does whatever he wants. Some people call him....ummmm..........a rouge?"
Kina nodded. The word 'rouge' hit her pretty hard. Kina couldn't help but wonder why rouges would also be in Kirkcroft. After all, she was a rouge herself, but she had a reason to be a rouge. At least....she thought.....

The lady continued to talk.
"So Brightside's become really a household name in Kirkcroft. Since he's a rouge, some people argue that he's a good guy, and other people argue that he's a bad guy."
the lady leaned a bit closer to Kina, whispering something in her ear.
"To me, i think he's more of a villian. I think these rouges are just people who go on both sides so that they can get whatever they want."
Kina nodded, but she didn't know whether the young woman's words had hurt her or not.

"You should get that paper," the lady continued, "it'll explain more about 'im. You can make your own opinion. See ya." and she left. Kina sighed, waked the man up, and bought the paper.

There was a place that Kina always liked to go, and that was the Kirkcroft Central Park. It was nice, because after spending a whole day looking up at skyscrapers and breathing in smoke, you could go sit on a park bench and smell some fresh air. There was one spot that she particularly liked, which was the weeping willow tree right by the pond. You had to walk a trail before you could get there, but once you made it, the sight was breathtaking. Kina sat under the tree, and read the paper. The paper basically covered everything the lady had just told her. Kina was intrigued and rather interested in this rogue. Naturally curious, Kina wondered how she would be able to see him.

As Kina walked home to her apartment, she witnessed something that shocked her.

A car had drove straight into the courthouse, making a large blast. People were screaming and running away through the street. Fortunately, Kina saw the man who had jumped out of the car before the courthouse exploded, but unfortunately, she did not have her costume at the moment.

Kina decided to drop her newspaper, and follow the man who had jumped out of the car. Once she got close to him, she turned invisible, and kept following him. Kina was sure this man was a terrorist, and since terrorists had been the reason why Kina decided to be a hero in the first place, she knew she had to stop him.

The Huntsman was also diligently following the exploding car scene at the courthouse. Nestled ontop of a building across the way he watched through his scope as his current prey, Chaos, making his way through the crowd. Through his focus he was the perfect hunter currently, able to see things most though impossible due to his reflexes. But to him, it was just another day on the "job". He grinned under his helmet and moved from roof to roof, keeping his quarry in site and tagged through a system in his helmet. Little did he know Ninja, a fellow crime fighter was already on the case. He was debating on taking a shot even if this large crowd, even if it hit a civilian he'd hardly care. Ruso's philosophy was that Villains prospered because hero's were too busy with saving insignificants than actually capturing or in his words, claiming or slaying his prey. However, he refrained from taking a shot, merely deciding to follow until he got his prey into a more cornered position.

Kina moved faster as the man in front of her picked up his pace. She couldn't hear much, but she could hear him say,
"The courthouse has been bombed. Now it's time for step two. Attack the target."

She realized she should have been aware of this before. Terrorists always used some sort of distraction to get to something bigger. But then again, their distractions were also pretty big. Kina knew that she would have to fight, but with one throwing knife, Kina was unsure how she could fight.

Just then, as if on cue, a brown paper bag whizzed over her head, caught in the wind. Kina caught it, turned visible for a second, then turned invisible, so that the bag would become invisible with her. Kina remembered what to do in situations when she did not have her costume, and although it was risky, it was necessary.

ooc: YO WAZZUP!!! I'M BACK!!! i haven't been posting because of a little thing called SCHOOL... BUT, don't count me out of the story just yet ;)

As the events in the hospital lobby took place, Kina was up to more important business.

The reason why the canisters of mustard gas were empty by the time Brightside got to them was because Kina had used her wind powers to purify the air. Wearing the paper bag on her head with two slits for her eyes, Kina went from hallway to hallway, purifying the air. She made sure to avoid the henchman, as she realized they were clumped together, and since they had guns, attacking them would be like suicide.

Suddenly, Kina heard the announcement through the hallway.
"Those of you who are left scatter through the building! Spread!"

Kina could then hear footsteps coming from behind the corner. She quickly turned invisible.

It was one of then henchman, holding a pistol. He walked through the hallway, aiming it at each of the doors, shouting, "AWRIGHT!! ANY SURIVIVAS GIT OUT, OR I SHOOTCHA!! I MEAN IT!!"
Nobody accompanied him, so Kina knew it was her chance to strike.
Invisible, Kina silently took him down, and he fell to the floor. She stole the pistol, and made her way through the hallway. Kina knew it was against her moral code to kill, so if the henchman were not carrying guns, or if they were alone, Kina didn't kill them. If it seemed to be the opposite, Kina shot them while invisible. She tried not to look each time she shot. She felt like each time she shot, she was avenging the memory of Soorya.

Once all the men were gone, Kina turned invisible and shouted through the hallway, "HELLO!!! ANYBODY THERE!!! ANY SURVIVORS, IT'S SAFE TO COME OUT!!! helloooOOOOOOOO...AAAAHHHH!!!
Kina could feel some sort of shockwave below her feet. She started to panic, for she knew it had to have been an explosion. This left a serious question in Kina's mind; should she evacuate the survivors, or explore the noise? Kina thought, and then, came to a conclusion that if the thing downstairs wasn't terminated, then the hospital would fall under captivity again. Kina tightly held the pistol in her hand, and sprinted down the long hallway, and ran down the stairs.

Once Kina invisibly entered the lobby, she had to keep herself from gasping. There were vines everywhere. There were some people caught in the vines, and other people who seemed to be surrounded by them. Kina noticed a short boy, a girl who looked like she had some sort of attitude, robot spiders, an older looking man, (not sure if huntsman's still in this rp...) and a mischievious looking boy. Kina could hear him conversing with the small boy, saying,

"Well midgey since you've got this under control, I gotta go help a few people and take a prize. " he snapped his fingers and the weird spider robots seemed to settle in his pocket. "Peace, oh and if you ever wanna go out, ask someone else." the boy then teleported, and suddenly, Kina realized that the boy was Brightside, The anti-hero.

Was this party good, or bad? Kina had to know. without thinking, Kina turned visible, revealing herself in the lobby. With the paper bag still over her head, Kina held the pistol out in front of her, and shouted,

"EVERYONE, FREEZE!" she looked at the heroes, saying, "alright, i'd like to know what on earth is happening. first of all, what side are you all on? second of all, can i trust you?"

Garret was more annoyed now then before, Brightside had left him there, appearly to crash a jet. Plus, his costume, after looking at it, would take forever to fix. This was not turning out to be his day.

He was looking around to see what he could find, and then remembered he took his hair, "WHy on earth would he do that?" He thought to himself, and decided to not think about it, unless he saw him again.

This is when he saw a woman appeal out of no-where, holding a pistol at him. She had a paper bag over her head, with two eye slits. It looked funny to him, and he let out a chuckle, and put his hands down.

"Well," He started, getting his vines ready, in case she was a villian, "My name is Lil' Vine, maybe you heard of me. Hero to all!" He said rather happily, and used his vines to strike her, making sure she wouldn't fire at him, "Now." He started now that she was disarmed, "Who are you? Friend of the law or friend or Chaos?"

The small boy chuckled. (Kina knew it must have been the paper bag. She was kinda used to it) He talked first among the group.

"Well," He started, the vines moving around him.
"My name is Lil' Vine, maybe you heard of me. Hero to all!" he said rather cheerfully. This confused Kina, and because she was confused, she was caught offguard when the vines struck her. She watched her pistol fall to the floor. She struggled a little, but stopped once the kid started to speak.
"Now." he began to say,
"Who are you? Friend of the law or friend or Chaos?"
"....Chaos?" Kina started to say, "IS THAT WHAT THAT DOUCHEBAG TERRORIST IS CALLED?!?! I'VE BEEN ON HIS FREAKING TRAIL FOR A HALF HOUR NOW!!! I OUGHT'A SOCK HIM RIGHT IN HIS EFFIN MOUTH, WHEREVER THE HELL HE IS!!!" she said, struggling out of anger. Suddenly realizing she was shouting, Kina calmed herself down, and said,
"right, sorry. friend of the law. i'm ninja. pleased to meet you. I would shake your hand, but uh...." she motioned the vines around her with her head.
"sorry i'm not in my regular attire today. The stupid courthouse incident caught me off guard, and i kinda did whatever it took to get down here, hence the creepy paper bag." she said, staring intensely at the boy.

Garret was listening to the woman, and when she mentioned his vines he said, "Sorry about those, hold on one second." he said and moved his arms, making the vines leave her, and they dropped on the ground.

She spoke with an interesting accent, that was very cool when she yelled, "That accent is so cool." He said randomly, but it was true. He then realized she said her name was Ninja, "WHAT!? that is an awesome name. Come on, I get stuck with Lil' Vine, as if I don't get enough jokes about my height already." He said, brooding on the name the city gave him.

He than collected himself and said, "Well, i guess neither of us are really looking our best, "He said pointing at his newly cut hair, "That guy owns me." He said, ruffling his hair back into its spiked position. "If you want to take down Chaos, I will help you! We heroes need to work together!" He said, showing off a toothy smile at the woman called Ninja.

"Sorry about those, hold on one second." the boy then moved his arms, and Kina was able to move her arms.

She chuckled when the boy mentioned her accent, and she laughed when he talked about his name.
"Well, i guess neither of us are really looking our best, " he said, and then he pointed to his hair, saying, "That guy owns me."
Kina wondered if he was talking about Brightside, or someone else.

"If you want to take down Chaos, I will help you! We heroes need to work together!" he then said, flashing a smile at Kina. Kina half smiled from under her bag, her eyes becoming less intense. She said, "Alright, kid. you got it."

When she confirmed that they would work together, Garret became extremly happy, "Hero Team, Awesome." He thought to himself, and then realized his bag was on the floor. So he picked it up, and slung it over his shoulders, and walked towards the woman.

"So, Ninja," He started, "Couple of question. ONE: What can you do, i am betting invisibility, me personally: I can grow plants, as you saw, and my blood is a cure for most anything. And TWO: Where should we begin, come up with a team name, because I think Chaos would be a bit much for us to take on right now or at all, he is insanly strong, and he can like make people like servants, one of the reasons he hasn't been taken down yet." He said, realizing that he wouldn't stand a chance by himself against Chaos, he had no idea how he made people slaves, but he couldn't be immune to it.

Chaos was almost about to collide with the Huntsman before he completely dodged to the side in order to pass the hero to get to the other side. Running to the stairs near the lobby he shot eight bullets from his Uzi to kill an unconscious henchman to activate the C4. That would be a distraction for the heroes. Chaos blitzed down the stairs, not caring who followed, for the C4 had a five second detonation time.

Chaos continued to the first floor with out even paying attention to anything around him. He came across an unconscious henchman near the entrance. Picking up the AK47 he continued outside where the police and rescue teams were waiting. When they saw the villain they told him to stop or they would shoot. The man's answer was an open fire on a rescue truck before raising his hands in surrender.

"I surrender." He said stomping his shoe on the ground as if to try to step forward but realizing it was a bad idea. It was actually activating a remote that would activate the C4 on everyone of his henchman inside the hospital. The only problem was that the C4 when activated made a loud beeping noise for thirty seconds before it's destruction. Though it most likely would not kill the supers inside, it would kill a lot of civilians as planned.

"To answer your questions..." Kina started, "Yes, I am able to make myself and whatever I am directly holding invisible. I am also able to control wind and air. Before you heroes got here, I had to clear all the mustard gas from this building. I've also had some martial arts training, hence the name ninja. For your second question, I'm not sure what our team name should be. I'm not good at the whole creativity thing." She put her hands in her pockets as she started to walk out of the lobby. "I didn't know mr. Chaos was so strong. I've never encountered such a twisted man...I think maybe if we find a way to trap him somehow, maybe we can defeat him. Or maybe, we could just figure out how to get through the whole mind control thing. I dunno. But first, I'm gonna look for survivors in this hospital. Be right back."

Keepsake was about to throw all of her knives at Chaos as he ran into the lobby, but just as she raised her arm to throw her knives, he raised his hands in surrender. Keepsake, taking advantage of the situation, stepped forward and took out her handcuffs, placing them on Chaos' wrists and pulling them tight.
"Next time, choose someplace out of town." she said to him as she secured his legs as well, taking control of the situation. She shouted out to any heroes who could hear her, "Any heroes available go check the patients, make sure they're safe! If anything seems out of place, make sure that it's put back in place!" turning back to Chaos, she started on the new Heroic Arrest Rights. "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say or think can and will be used against you. You have the right to a lawyer, if you cannot afford one, we will supply ours, although he's kind of odd. You may try to run at any time, but no one escapes from me. Do you understand what I just said to you?" After she asked her final question, she looked directly into his eyes to get her answer.

beep. beep. beep.

As Kina made her way through the hallways, she could hear a faint, yet noticeable beeping sound. Kina realized that almost everyone seemed to be evacuated out of the hospital, so she decided to explore the noise.

As she got closer to the henchman that she had stolen the pistol from before, she could hear the piercing noise becoming louder and louder. Then suddenly, Kina realized that the beeping was coming from the henchman.

Before she had time to think, Kina was pushed back by the force of the explosion.

She could feel her ears ringing and her muscles becoming tense, but Kina managed to get up. Before she knew it, things were starting to catch on fire. Using a huge gust of wind, Kina was able to blow out the small fires before they got too large. But then, Kina could hear and feel more explosions. Bombs were going off throughout the building. Kina tried to rush down the hall to make sure lil' vine was okay, but now there was a huge fire standing in her way. She would have to leave him behind, and evacuate the facility by herself.

Kina just started running, not really knowing where she was heading. The fire alarms started to sound, but it seemed as if no water came to light out the fire. Now it seemed as if tiles were falling from the ceiling. How many henchman did Chaos have? Suddenly, Kina saw a fire extinguisher hiding in a glass case. She kicked the glass, and quickly grabbed the fire extinguisher. Kina lit out some small fires around her, and almost immediately she could see a pathway to one of the hospital rooms. She quickly ran across the burning floor into the room, which was abandoned. Inside, there was a window leading to the outside right in front of Kina. However, right after Kina started to sprint across the room, rubble from above started to fall on her. Kina had to push her way through the remains of the ceiling, being burned a little bit in the process. Finally, Kina made it to the other side of the room. She grabbed the knife from her pocket and threw it at the window, cracking the glass. She kicked the glass, and the window broke open. Instinctively, Kina jumped through the window. Before she could hit the pavement, she hovered down to the ground using her wind powers, gently landing on the cracked sidewalk.
She was finally out of the hospital.

Kina started to run through the alley way where she landed, getting farther from the building. Once a safe distance away, kina forced the paper bag off her face, and threw it to the ground. She breathed heavily, as some of the smoke from the fire got to her lungs. She could feel her whole body dripping with sweat, (it's not easy wearing a black t-shirt in a fire) and her legs practically blown apart from all the running. Her ear was still ringing, but only just a little bit.

Then, Kina assessed her burns. Her arms were a deep red, and she could still feel the heat of the fire tingling in her skin. Kina sat next to the side of a building, and with sweeping motions, she blew the air gently around her, cooling her down a bit. For some reason, Kina thought she could hear sirens nearby. She prayed for the safety of Lil' Vine, the girl from before, and for anyone else trapped inside the building.

After the events of the burning hospital, Kina limped home. She turned invisible so nobody could question her roaming around in the part of the city where she was. She felt bad walking home after all that had occured, but the ambulances had come right after the hospital incident, and Kina found out that all but one of the victims in the hospital made it out alive. Kina was thankful that it wasn't a large amount, but still, it was one person she could have saved.

The rest of the night, Kina treated her burns and rested on her bed. She definetely got what she wished for; finally learning about the heroes and villians in Kirkcroft, making new friends, and getting to see Brightside, the famous rogue. However, getting what she wished for came with a price, as Chaos seemed to have dominated the day. She decided that maybe she would focus her attention on him for a while. She also decieded that she would be carrying a large purse from then on, since she didn't want to use a paper bag again.

The next day, Kina took a little walk again, by the newspaper stand that she had previously visited. The weird woman from before wasn't there, but something else was. The majority of the newspaper seemed to be all about the events that had happened the day before: the courthouse, the battle at the hospital, and other things. After buying the paper, Kina went to a coffee shop, gave the manager her resume, bought herself a cappuchino, and headed home to her apartment.

Once Kina got to the door in her hallway, she saw her neighbor, June, standing in the hallway.

"Hey Kina." June said with a cheerful smile, "Looks like you got a new neighbor. He just moved in."
June was the kind of person who seemed to know everything about everyone. Kina smiled and nodded at June, since she didn't want to spend too much time in the hallway.

After a while, Kina kind of got bored in her apartment room, so she thought she would just do something nice for a change. She grabbed a piece of paper, and started to write.

Hi new neighbor!
My name is Kina. I'm located in room 121, which is right next door to you! If you need anything, don't be afraid to knock on my door. I'm a little new here as well :)
See you soon,
Kina Quadir

She left the note right below Jackson's doorstep, and then returned to her room.

Jackson woke early the next morning. Last night he'd found a local gang recruiting strong men to drive their movements; they wanted soldiers for conquest. It was as good a place as any to find strong opponents, or so he thought. They were disappointingly weak; he thrashed them mercilessly. As good fun as it was to beat people to a pulp, he didn't feel strong anymore. He felt like a bully. "Bullies aren't strong," he thought to himself. "Bullies pick only on the weak. Warriors need to fight on equal ground." But then again there weren't many as physically inclined as Jackson was. His body wasn't just honed due to the extreme training he underwent. Jackson's body was carved out of stone. Kirkcroft was known for it's supers, and villains. It was time to find some. Getting out of bed, Jackson stretched, warmed up, and changed into his athletic clothes. It was time for his run and his forms. Fighting would wait for now. Rent had to be paid, and Jackson couldn't let his physical condition slip. He would look for work during his run. On his way out of the door, Jackson noticed a note on the floor in front of his apartment door.

"Hi new neighbor! My name is Kina.
I'm located in room 121, which is right next door to you!
If you need anything, don't be afraid to knock on my door. I'm a little new here as well :)
See you soon,
Kina Quadir
"

Making a mental note to at least be nice to his neighbors, Jackson started off on his run. Weaving his way through downtown Kirkcroft, Jackson noticed something that shocked him. A blasted hospital, a shattered courthouse, and a city on it's ass with fear. "BRIGHTSIDE. SAVIOR OR DESTROYER?" read the headlines of the daily paper. THE Kirkcroft was shaking in its boots, and to be frank, Jackson liked it that way. "Fear and hatred make you strong" Jackson thought to himself, "even if only temporarily." This fear would create powerful fluxes in the city's attitude. People would start training, wanting to be strong, to protect their city. Jackson smiled, while the bombing of a hospital was abominable (ooc: pardon the pun XD) this, "Brightside", had some serious cahones. This city was running full steam ahead. The mental cogs of anyone and everyone with even a little power were spinning as if their lives depended on it. "Perhaps he'd like to go a few rounds", Jackson thought evilly, a beautiful image of a fist pounded face surfaced in his mind and Jackson resisted the urge to groan in hunger. Either way, Jackson had some business with him. Looking at the damage, Jackson's warrior's high fell flat on its face. The damage to the hospital and the courthouse was irreversible, they would have to be rebuilt entirely. "The weak don't deserve such euthanasia, they deserve the chance to become strong. Then and only then do they have my permission to die in combat with me." While twisted, his intentions remained honorable and solemn. Jackson would find the murderer. He would fight him, and he would win. In his mind, there was no other way around it. Returning home after finding a gym where he could work as a trainer, Jackson was tired, but he figured appearances had to be made somehow, and sooner was better than later. After showering quickly, Jackson put on his usual grey hoodie, his jacket, his jeans, and his black Chuck Taylors. He picked the note from the pocket of his dirty athletic shorts, now in the hamper. He walked out into the hallway, put on his best new neighbor face, and pounded on the door of room 121.

Prime

Deep down in the sewers of Kirkcroft, Prime was floating around in her lair, trimming the tremendous amounts of plants as usual. To complete the serum she needed to infect the entire city of Kirkcroft with hypernatic DNA, she needed a small clipping of almost every plant alive, and a gemstone containing a rare energy source, known as chezin . Prime had the plant part down, but she never started on her quest to find any sort of gemstone.

Suddenly, Prime could feel a prescence coming from behind her concrete door,
the entrance to her lair.
She cleared her voice, and produced some sort of alienated sound. The door opened slowly, and revealed a burly looking man, who seemed to be covered in sweat.

"Are you Prime?" he asked her in a monotonish voice.
"The one and only, darling." she said with a devilish grin.
"What do you want? I suppose you wouldn't be coming all the way down to the sewers of Kirkcroft for NOTHING, hmmm?" she said, motioning him in. Once the freerunner was inside, the door closed behind him. Prime floated in the air, as if he was nothing of importance to her.

"Chaos, perhaps the greatest man alive, has sent me here to tell you that he has your dreams in the palms of his hands and that the only thing you need to do to get it is to help him give to you." he said, staring upward.

"My dreams in the palm of his hands? That's not possible. I'm in control of my own destiny. You may leave." Prime said, facing away from the man.
"You don't understand," the man tried again, "Chaos is able to control anything. He can get anything you want in the blink of an eye."
"I think it's going to take more than a wink to get what i want. I'm sure there is a catch?"
"oh no, no catch. none at all."
"Interesting...." there was a long pause as Prime thought to herself.
"And where can i meet this, what do you call him? ummm...Chaos?"
"Oh, he has many secret bases. The last time i saw him, he was at the base near the Kirkcroft central park."
"Thanks sweetheart." Prime said, giving a devious half smile. Suddenly, she snapped her fingers, and vines from above coiled around the mans feet, and hoisted him into the air. He struggled to get free. Prime floated around him, chuckling at his attempts to tear the plant in half.
"I'm afraid that's all the information I'll need." she said, "Get comfy for now, darling." she whispered in his ear, "i'm gonna need you for later"
And without warning, Prime unleashed one of her destructive sonic screams right in the man's ear. Prime's screams were enough to shatter glass and other materials, cause deafness, and knock people out cold. This man was no exception. His hands dropped below his head, and he dangled, unconcious.

Later, Prime exited her lair, flying with her supersonic speed across the city of Kirkcroft, looking for the base. She thought to herself as to what kind of dreams this Chaos wanted to give her. Infecting the whole world with hypernatic DNA, even himself? Giving her a gemstone with chezin and some technology to help her out? Or maybe, slaughtering her archnemesis, Brightside. The cocky, airheaded, arrogant Brightside.

Once she got to the building she recognized as the base, She kicked the door, making a knocking sound.
"Anybody hooooome?" she shouted.

Ninja

Kina was skimming through the newspaper, looking through the job descriptions in the newspaper, when suddenly, she heard a pounding at the door. She plopped the newspaper on her bed, and opened the door. Standing there, was a guy about her age dressed in a grey hoodie and a jacket.
"Hi. Can i help you?" Kina said with a polite smile. She made sure to roll down her sweatshirt, covering the awful burn marks on her arms.

The door swung open and Jackson met Kina. She was obviously not American like Jackson. She had long brown hair, brown eyes, and tanned skin. She wasn't orange like the fakes you see on TV. He delighted at the difference. Kirkcroft was world famous for it's melting pot mentality, and Jackson was no different. "Different races have different styles, different methods of fighting, perhaps she knows a little", he thought to himself. But as he looked at her, with her bright little smile and her newspaper plopped on the bed, dropped as if in a hurry to meet him; "Most probably not," he sighed mentally. "Hi. Can i help you?" she asked. Jackson held out his left hand, offering it to her to shake, keeping his right hand in his pocket, it usually scared people he was just meeting for the first time. Jackson smiled and hammed it up. He was trying something new with this proper greeting, normally he didn't care what people thought of him, but he had a sense that she might be good to be acquainted with. He didn't like her or anything, he just figured that beating her face in was a poor way to make friends. Formalities and all that. Usually he needed no friends, but in Kirkcroft you never knew. One day you might be the strongest, the next you're lower than the smallest insect. "It's nice to meet you. I'm Jackson, I just moved in next door. I just figured that I'd drop over, say hi, and meet my new neighbor." He smiled when he said it. It probably looked just fine, but the smile felt forced. "Being nice is hard,' he thought, "but then again you haven't had a friend since before... that day. It's been a long time, slow and steady Jackson. Slow and steady."

Just as Kina was about to take his hand, Jackson heard a massive explosion. "That came from the direction of the park," Jackson thought to himself. "I'm sorry Kina, but we'll have to hold off on the introductions, I've just remembered that I have a very important appointment." Jackson said, turning on the spot. Taking off down the corridor, Jackson thought to himself, "An explosion that big can only be made with Grade A explosives... or... superpowers." Jackson smiled to himself, there was someone worth fighting in this town and Jackson was intent on finding him. Turning down the corridor Jackson bolted towards the emergency exit. Jumping through the window, Jackson was about 20 feet in the air. Right hand first, Jackson landed with a loud thud, the ground cracked under his weight. Bolting towards the park, Jackson smiled with sheer glee, "Please be strong, please be strong!" Jackson was tired of fighting gang members, drug dealers, and thugs with knives. Jackson wanted a super. Panting slightly from the exertion, Jackson stopped in the park. He saw him, a boy wearing only boxers in the center of a crater. "Hey! You! Fight me!"

Ninja

The boy held out his left hand.
"It's nice to meet you. I'm Jackson, I just moved in next door. I just figured that I'd drop over, say hi, and meet my new neighbor." he said with a smile. Kina grinned, she wasn't expecting her new neighbor to come by and visit her so quickly.

"Well hello Jackson. I'm Kina. I'm assuming you read the letter?" Kina was about to shake his hand, when he suddenly said,
"I'm sorry Kina, but we'll have to hold off on the introductions, I've just remembered that I have a very important appointment."
"oh, uhhh...okay then...." she said awkwardly as she watched him rush down the hall.

Kina closed the door behind her, shrugged, and then sat on her bed. She decided to go free-running, since she hadn't trained often in the week she had been in Kirkcroft. She put on her costume, and turned invisible. Once out of her apartment, Kina scaled the skyscrapers with ease. With her wind powers, Kina was able to boost herself up, giving her the abilities of running faster and jumping higher than the average human. She paused on one of the buildings to look at the city in front of her. She swore she could see someone on one of the high buildings, but she just decided that she was dillusional.

Kina headed towards her resting spot; the park. She figured she would head to her usual spot by the lake, when suddenly, she could see two people fighting. They weren't just any people either; they were supers.

For once, Kina felt like she had enough of fighting in Kirkcroft. Fighting only meant more killings, and crime rate growing. And besides, they were scaring people away from the peacefulness of the park. Invisible, Kina crept up to the two men. She noticed one of them was wearing boxers, and the other with blood red looking...claws. (she was unaware that this was actually Jackson)
Before turning visible again, Kina threw a smoke ball between the two men. The smoke ball blew white dusty smoke that couldn't be seen through. Kina cleared the smoke away using her wind. She blew the wind so hard, that it was enough to knock the two men down.

She drew her katana and said with intense eyes, "Break it up you two. You're disturbing the peace."

Prime
Prime was frustrated. Nobody answered the door.
"Fine then!!! I'll leeeeeave!!!" she said in a childish tone. She never liked wasting time.
Suddenly, she could hear loud sounds, almost like an explosion near her. She realized it was coming from the park, and without drawing attention to herself, she scurried near the battlefield. She could see a man eating a burrito near a tree, watching the battle. Prime stood next to him and said, "People here are so crazy. It's good though. The strong get to prove themselves. And the fools....well....they learn something about themselves."
She snatched the burrito from Chaos's hands and took a bite. "I don't think these two are weak. No. Maybe a bit ignorant, but strong to say the least."
Suddenly, Prime could see Ninja trying to break up the fight. Prime rolled her eyes and shouted, "BOOOOOO!!!! WHY'D YA HAVE TO BREAK UP A GOOD FIGHT, LADY?!?!"
