Personality

Markov is steadfast and forward. He appears bored and uninterested, but if someone is wrong about something he's quick to call them out no matter who they are. Which makes him come off rude. He's not afraid of criticism and actually invites it. He's confident in himself and takes extreme pride in his inventions as well as everything else that he does. If asked a question about his creations he would go on a three hour lecture about it. Part of his confidence comes from his innate ability to guess right almost almost all the time. Markov is constantly thinking and if he cannot figure something out he will stay up for days until he does.

Ark has two huge black pistols, but mostly fights hand to hand because he is extremely agile.

History

Markov grew up poor, but thanks to his intellect was able to get into top schools. Because of he was good on guessing his opponents next move in chess matches he was soon dubbed the Psychic by his peers even though he was no such thing and believed that the chances of someone being born a psychic is about zero to none. After entering one of the world's best colleges, he began work on a new project that would predict the changes of society through percentages. During his Sophomore year he came upon a student who was drowning under pressure from work at the school and decided to attempt suicide by jumping from the window of their dormitory. Markov reached out and grabbed the student as he just jumped out of the window, but the student's momentum pulled Markov out of the window as well. That student died and Markov ended up paralyzed from the waist down. He continued college and before graduating he completed the work on his Society Prediction mainframe and became the "It" boy of every science magazine in the world. They called him the "King of Probability".
