"What I mean by as well is that I can't remove my headgear and all I see is black." her characters hands made motions as she spoke "I can't feel anything either."

Letting go of Esme and and gave her a mana pill then turning around she dropped a specially developed rune summoning her pets to her side. Making sure to stay close to her friend she began saying a seris of seemingly random numbers and when she was done they did something that no pet in the game should've been able to do. The night that she'd first began playing and caught her pets she hadn't been training them as she'd said, instead she'd been modifying them to scan and store data on other players and NPCs. Right then they revealed their true forms of a semi-trasparent blue screen with a semi-transparent blue keyboard attached and a hover-disk.

"Have you been 'killed' sometime the past 24 hours? If so what did you attackers look like if you can remember? Give me every bit of data possible, even the tiniest detail is crucial. What were you doing at the time that this happened? Do you have any ideas as to why you would be targeted?" Kristy asked getting straight to business.

As she was speaking the hover-disk swirled around the girl she was asking questions of to scan her and sending the data back to the semi-transparent sreen where she was tapping at and sorting it, every now and then using the keyboard to type something in or to bring up a new file. If there was any doubts in Esme's mind before that she was a hacker, she knew that they were certianly gone now and that she'd just revealed herself to this girl.

When the scan came to a close Kristy expected the hover-disk to lay on the ground beside her feet, instead it flew off alerting her to another person's presence. Quickly she created a glitch in the gaming system, making any more unwelcome players automatically skip over their area as the disk swirled around the intruder to signal where they were. "Who are you? Why are you spying on us?" Kristy demanded coldly, shooting a look at Esme to not use her real name.

Esme didn't know who was around. "I have not said a thing. No messages or anything. I don't know anyone, but you and Sa--I mean Misty-chan in this game." She was scared. She just wanted a way back to her body.

Setsugie had been found out 'well sooner or later they would've found out.' Setsugie thought, he walked into the open where the three girls where "Hello, I couldn't help but to over hear your conversation, I seems quite interesting." Setsugie said. Partly true Setsugie was interested in what happened to the girls though it was hard to believe he knew something was up nonetheless, "I am Setsugie." he answered; 'One of them is a hacker I got to be careful of what I say and do.' Setsugie thought " Your friend cannot log out is that correct?" Setsugie said looking that Esme's avatar.

"Neither of them can, I'm not technically logged into the game. As far as the administrators of this game are concerned I'm just a minor anomaly at the moment tha will sort itself out in a few hours. So what will it take to keep your mouth shut about me? And do you have any information reguarding this phenomena?" she demanded as she wentbck to work, confident that he couldn't and wouldn't take off on her.

"Well I can see that a problem and don't worry if you don't do anything illegal I wont report you to the administrators. Though it's weird, not being able to disconnect out of the game, comatose state, I feel like I've heard this before somewhere...." Setsugie said and started to think back feeling a slight deja vu. But the it flashed in his mind, " Know I remember it was a friend of mine, he was on the net when he stumbled upon a locked file about Trivula, he was intrigued he tried to open it but to no avail he called out a few of his colleagues and in a matter of weeks they opened it. What really shocked them was the information he and his friend found, comatose people children and adults alike he was going to release this information to the world.... But before he could he and his colleagues where sent to jail on unknown charges, and they where never heard from again, that was a ear ago, to this day I still cant contact him I search multiple times in his computer but it was wiped clean. This is the only info I have gathered in the past year from anonymous sources, and I'm not a hacker so finding that info was hard to find." said Setsugie, thinking if it was right to give hem that information.

Pausing in her work she looked over at the boy, calculations and thoughts running through her mind so fast that they would've been incomprehensible to almost any other person, hacker or not. "That sounds plausible, the most recent group of hackers were forced to act as NPCs with their memories locked, perhaps the same happened to your friend and his group. It would certianly explain why everyone else is too scared to try anything anymore or even give up what data that they had gathered so far," she thought out loud then turned back to her work as she continued speaking, "Usually we live for the thrill of a tough hack like this one but it seems that the price is just too high this time. I'm going to have to see if there are any insanes left or if they've already been rounded up."

Glancing up to give him a skeptical look she gestured to the file that she'd pulled up earlier that was still floating next to her, "I didn't exactly come across that by any legal means, to sum it up I copied the original and stole it after I started the game. Also I'm pretty sure it was illegal to alter the pets as I did. Now get over here already, there's no need for you to be seperated from the group now, you might as well see everything that I'm working on, even if you don't understand most of it." SilverMinnow then gestured for the hover-disk to scan Heartwings now, which it immediatly jumped up to do as ordered.

Esme looked around at the group of people. "I had been doing a simple gathering quest. I was on the last part of it when two cloaked figures and a strange monster showed up. I managed to dodge the initial attack from the monster, but it was so fast. I got struck from behind. Next thing I knew....I couldn't move, couldn't feel, couldn't see. Until somehow...I was back here. In the field that I was working the quest at."

Setsugie nodded walking forwards to the group still in doubt "So if you get killed by certain cloaked group you get sucked into the game world?" Setsugie said resting his hand on one of his swords, "This all seems to be coming out of some manga or something," Setsugie then added taking a slight chuckle, he had read lots of manga to see where this was going, "What happens if she stays in the system for too long? Might the Game masters see her as a bug that need to be fixed and 'delete' her?" Setsugie said.

"This is no manga or dream, this is real life and it's serious," she stated with a cold anger underlineing her words that weren't directed at the boy rather at the person who dared to do this to her best friend and at herself for her incompetence of being unable to protect said friend.

"The GMs probably know all about this already so they won't do much more than just leave them be and play dumb to any questions asked about it. However if someone is persistent and starts asking too many questions or the right questions then that person might find themselves either banned or a NPC with their memory suppressed. The admins are who I'd be worrying about, they might actually start suppressing her memory right away. I don't think that they'd 'delete' them though since I don't think that even they know how it works. My theory on who's behind this is that it's a rouge sect of the company wanting revenge for some slight like stealing their ideas or wrongful termination or any number of things. Of course it could also just be a group of gamers that just happened to know a lot about programming that are doing this for the hell of it because they were bored," as she spoke her rage was rising higher and higher until she just had to stop what she was doing or risk making a mistake.

Breathing deeply she closed her eyes to calm herself for a few minutes before looking up in shame at the people around her. "Sorry, I'm not mad at any of you, just at myself and whoever did this. It says a lot about someone who's able to break through my barriers so neatly and easily, it should've taken them hours if at all, which would've been enough time for someone to come by and help or for me to log in and do something. It looks to me like the kill strike infects the player with some kind of virus that keeps all data in the game i.e. your consiousness and blocks all transmission to and from your body, which is what causes the comatose state. What I can't figure out is how to reverse it without causing any damage to the player, but it seems like you need to die first in order for the 'virus' to take full effect," SilverMinnow explained as she stepped away from the screen to let everyone else see the two diagrams of Azure and Heartwings side by side.

Esme started to feel really exhausted and tired. Like something was taking her energy. "Silver-chan....I don't feel too good...." She said, her voice tired.

"Interesting, so we need to find whoever killed your friend, to get some answers seeing as Game masters and admins are not going to help us right." Setsugie said looking at the diagrams. 'Hmm, this is all starting to add up bit by bit. Soon I will find out who or what is doing this I hope.' Setsugie thought, "One question just out of curiosity, what where to happen if your friend dies in this state, would something happen to her or nothing at all?" Setsugie said looking at Heartwings 'Feeling exhaustion it might be because of the game state, her health points might be low also, she's a cleric heal might work it worth a shot it not going to hurt anyone right?.' Setsugie thought "Miss why not try and use your heal ability on yourself to see if the cause of your exhaustion is health points?" Setsugie said.

Esme looked up at Setsugie. "My health isn't low. Its like I have no energy to do anything."

"Oh Well it was worth a try I guess." Setsugie replied, 'Weird though could she be feeling physical exhaustion, that might explain it but to feel physical exhaustion in the game world is hard to believe, well she trapped in the game so its not so hard to believe.' Setsugie thought, "Maybe you know what might be happening to your friend here miss?" Setsugie said looking at SilverMinnow.

"It's SilverMinnow, hopefully it's the only name that you will know me by," she finally introduced herself as she looked from the charts to her friend that was complaining of exhaustion to the other girl who'd yet to say anything. "It could be that instead of shattering the programs that I had running were just damaged and since they are self-repairing they are using the nearest source of energy to do that which in this case is you Heartwings. But that's strange because any normal hacker or programmer would either shatter them or slip through the cracks to show off their skill, not just damage them," she explained. In her mind she thought of another theory but didn't say it aloud so as to not raise any false hopes, 'It could also be that the damaged programs are tethering her to her body as they try to repair which is causing extra stain. But the question is how to fix it without leaving where I currently am?' Not seeing any alternitive solution she looked hesitantly at her friend as she started to explain. "I have to dive to fix the problem, I can't do it from here, it'll take me about twenty minutes max depending on what the damage is," SilverMinnow explained waiting for her reaction.

Emse looked at Kristy...or she should say Silver. "Dive to fix the problem? I don't understand." She said quietly.

Sighing she tried to think of an analogy that would make the most sense to someone who wasn't as advanced in computers as a majority of people were. "Think of the net as an ocean. All of the data going around is like the currents and water and the different programs together make up the sealife such as plants, fish, mamals, etc if you will. Sometimes, if a hacker or programmer or anybody computer savey is good enough they can dive into the net and manipulate it to some degree like when a diver goes into the ocean. It is just as dangerous as real world diving, because you can be seen as a virus or you can get turned around real easily too," she explained.

Esme thought for a moment. "So....you have to go deeper into the programming of the game in order to find the cause?"

"No, if it was that I could stay right where I am. The reason I have to leave is because I need to go onto your computer where I placed all of the firewalls and other programs and see where it takes me from there to see if I can fix the damage. Kind of like a diver swimming to a different reef rather than going down into an underwater canyon," SilverMinnow clarified making sure to give her an analogy so that she could follow along with her.

Setsugie felt like he couldn't do anything to help, just watch, he felt kinda useless he sighed "If it isn't much of a problem, I wish to help in anyway I can, I am pretty strong, and though I disappeared long ago I'm willing to make an appearance to help, even if it means getting banned or worse. This is a serious matter so the more help the better right?" Setsugie said; Setsugie the Kenshin or Azure blade, rumors that he was still playing where few and hes never been seen or heard of in a long time though his reputation is god like being the best warrior class in the game and one of the top players in the game, many people think of him as a ghost who quit he game many years ago, even in Player vs Player his skill was unmatched beating higher level avatars with ease, the Kenshin was said to have quit the game but that was a lie made by himself......

"Maybe later, we need evidence first before we start making any wild accusations. The company could sue us for making false allegations, I need to get that file open somehow first. It can't be opened with brute strength, it's a delicate process and it's the only copy I have, getting another would be next to impossible. You guys could try tinkering with it to see if you can open it. Sometimes someone that has no idea what they are doing is able to complete a task that someone else might have years of experience in. I don't mean anything bad by that, just that you guys might be able to crack it or at least get it to a point that I can open it," she shrugged as she picked up the file and tossed it to Setsugie. "I'll be back as soon as I can," was all she said as she then seemed to just sink into the ground as she left them for the moment.

Esme didn't want Kristy-chan to leave her here. She didn't know what she was to do here. She supposed that she could do the quest she had been working on. Though now....she could feel things, see things, hear things, taste things. If she was to get hurt, she would feel it.

Setsugie grabbed the file carefully, "Uh but I don't know how to even start?!" he said slightly flustered, but SilverMinnow was already gone, 'Great what do I do know....' he thoguht and scratched his head then looked at Heartwings, "Uhm.... What know? Do you feel well enough to help me do something about this thing?" Setsugie said and pointed to the file with his other hand, "or is there anything you want to do?" he added. 'I really don't know where to start...' Setsugie thought....

Heartwings pulled out a glowing purple bag. "Put it in here. Its a rare item called a Void Bag. Anything you want to hide yet keep with you, you place into this type of bag." She opened it and waited for him to put the file into it. "As for doing anything else....I don't know. If I get hurt, I will feel it and experience it. And doing a lot of the quests would be out of the question for me right now."
