He had cleaned the area, moved away chairs and tables in case there was a need of healing the injured. He knew that it was one of the safest places around there, and he was planning to keep it that way. Although he didn't have enough skill to actually participate in the fight, he was still going to do everything in his power to help out.
Tomiko had anticipated for this night a lot.
"The whole town is under lock-down. No matter what, it will not be good for you to get around," Chiyo nodded and was preparing some of his weapons under the counter, behind the bar, so it would be easier for him to grab then in a need. "I just hope that Takeo isn't getting into trouble after hearing the news," he chuckled softly, yet there was some sarcasm hidden in there and looked across the room into one of the VIP areas, where Takeo was chained up and muffled, yet giving death glares towards him, "he will hate me for this for a long time."
"He will get over it eventually," Tomiko mused, taking another sip from his glass.

Takeshi heard it, as well, but knew it wasn't really much of a secret where most of the family members lived. He watched his wife, remaining where he was by Hikari's side.
"You and I both, my love," he told her gently. "We will hunt these bastards down and make them pay for what they've done to us."
He glanced down and brushed a lock of hair away from Hikari's face. It always seemed that when things were going well for him, someone decided to mess it all up. But no matter what, he would be sure his family came out on top.

It took a minute for Ichiro to regain his composure. His head was swimming and his body was tingling as he came down from the high he received from Luci's immense sexual energy. Finally, he stood and exited the spare room just as the priest passed him to go into the room where they were keeping Hikari.
Ichiro hesitated, then instead of going to check on his sister, went into the living room where Andrew was standing and Hiromasa was lying unconscious. Noticing the shinigami's expression, he frowned slightly, still in a bit of a haze, and moved closer.
"Are you okay?" he asked, concern evident in his voice.
"You and I both, my love," he told her gently. "We will hunt these bastards down and make them pay for what they've done to us."

Andrew had managed to stand up, but still leaning against the living room wall, dizzy and having trouble to understand where exactly he was. His dark, short hair started to turn completely white, strand by strand.
There was a voice, so familiar and soon the face followed: "I... will... be. Now... that you... are... here, I... will be." He only managed to mutter, only to fall back onto his knees, into the small puddle of his own blood. Coughing, Andrew leaned his head back against the wall and just looked at Ichiro, smiling weirdly: "You look like an Angel... my... Angel..."

Takeshi looked up as Luscious came into the room, listening as he spoke. He then kept his gaze on their daughter.
"Will you be able to reach either of them?" he asked worriedly.
The dhampir then glanced over at his wife, and guessed by her tense expression that the battle they had fought earlier was far from over.

Kenji jumped a bit when the man spoke, but gathered his courage and moved forward. He sat down next to him and stared rather boldly at his tails.
"I'm sorry to disturb you," he began. "I've met many creatures since being back in Tokyo, but I don't think I've met someone quite like you. What are you?"
He tilted his head curiously, relaxing a bit, glad that this man was allowing him to ask his questions.

He ran into the restaurant in his fox form, but quickly shifted to his human form, making his way quickly over to his husband.
"We should stay here tonight," he whispered, seemingly ignoring Tomiko. "I've asked a friend for some extra protections, so he'll be-"
Upon hearing the muffled groans from the other side of the room, the kitsune finally noticed Takeo. He paused, then burst out laughing, having to place a hand on the bar counter to keep himself upright.

It was damn near impossible to not take the boy into his arms and kiss him until he was out of breath. But Harue was well-practiced in keeping his composure, and managed to hide his excitement behind a polite smile.
"You have just made our visit worth the time and money," he said, his voice strong with no signs of distress despite his racing heartbeat.
The squeeze to his hand made Harue nearly lose his breath, but instead he managed to reply with a gentle squeeze of his own. He wouldn't be letting go any time soon.
"Have you been working here long? You seem well-practiced."

Tomiko was used to being ignored, most of his life he was ignored and the fact that he had become close with Ichiro, Takeo and Chiyo was something totally new to him and hard to get used to from time to time. Thus he quietly sipped his wine and tried to be as invisible as possible.
"Yes, I have done many preparations," Chiyo replied to Raiden and offered a very loving smile, "I am prepared to recieve Kochou-sama and others anytime soon. As safe as the Apartments are, it isn't a safe as this place."
Since the chains were charmed, Takeo would not get out of them until the owner of the chains commanded it for being so. He hated this situation beyond measures, as it often was used as a punishment as well. The Kimura Prince glared at Raiden long and hard, growling specially deep and long.

"I want a picture of this, but he may kill me later," he said, pressing a kiss to Chiyo's cheek afterward.
A moment later, Asao came in, dragging a rather frightened-looking Kasumi by the wrist.
"The perimeter is clear. All I found was this scared little kitten," he muttered, shoving Kasumi forward. "I think he's just looking for protection."
Kasumi stumbled forward with a soft gasp, almost falling but managing to catch himself and remain on his feet. He glanced at Chiyo with a shy smile.
"You always said your place would be the safest," he murmured to the kitsune, not yet noticing Takeo in the corner.
Asao glanced at Tomiko, then smiled charmingly.
"I'm glad to be in good company tonight," he practically purred.

He wondered, though - why did Inari-sama asked to meet him there.
"Don't worry. You are not disturbing me," he lifted his head a little bit, so only his lips would be visible and smiled with warmth to the other male. "Yes, the world is mainly inhabited by supernaturals now, it is almost fifty-fifty." He smiled again and looked up into the skies, yet the shadow of the hat still hiding his face. "Some people say I am yokai, some people say I am oni, some people say I am a kitsune. For myself, I am merely someone who likes to help people in need."

Chiyo turned to look at Asao, and although the man was helping out, there was something suspicious about that one. He nodded, pulling on a professional face and held back a remark about how Asao was treating poor Kasumi. "Good," he replied in a stern tone that was usual among those not so close to him, "and this is Kasumi. He is one of the VPV." Then, nodded to Kasumi, softly and with care.
Takeo was making as loud noises as he could, only to fall over on his side with the bundle of chains he was wrapped into and with the chair. "I hate them all!" was all he could think. Even then, the sound of something heavy hitting the floor was kind of loud.
The young Akiyama Prince felt shivers run over his spine, when he heard the familiar voice speak. "H...hi," was all he could say, almost choking on his wine and starting to cough. "Just don't touch me, don't touch me... I won't be able to take this..." he was panicking in his mind.

"I will explain later, but we can trust him," he whispered just loud enough for Chiyo to hear.
When he heard the thud from across the room, Kasumi jumped and turned towards the noise. He gasped and scrambled over to the Kimura prince.
"Takeo-sama!" he exclaimed, pulling the gag away from the other man's mouth so he could at least talk. "Are you okay?"
Asao felt pretty arrogant seeing how he affected Tomiko. He tilted his head a bit.
"Still afraid of me, little one?" he asked teasingly.

Kochou was speaking to the Shinigamis in her mind, giving them orders to protect the place as much as possible. It was necessity, until they managed to figure out the situation with Hikari and Luce. When this was clear, they were going to move to Chiyo's.
Opening his eyes, Luscious nodded: "Yes, Hikari is more present than Luce. She is saying that there is some sort of halo between our world and them. It is in color of dark red...Hikari keeps saying she hears the sounds of wolves. That they look old, but vicious. There are three of them, protecting the 'lock'. This was the best way to keep his energy up until he was done with the fighting. He might end up more hurt than he was then, but he didn't care. This was his home, and he was going to protect it. "NO! I AM NOT OKAY! THOSE DAMN BASTARDS!" Takeo replied, shouting out, and glaring at others, then clearing his voice, he pretended like he was actually okay and enjoying this, "Just kidding. Kidding, Kasumi-chan. I am actually quite enjoying it." And with those words, he grinned at the beautiful boy, yet the next moment tossed a chaotically deadly glare at Raiden, his Senpai.
Managing to get his cool back, Tomiko took a peek at the man beside him, and shifted himself on the stool at the bar, taking another nervous sip of his wine. "It is not about being afraid, Sir. It is something else," he spoke after a moment, then added with more confidence, with his pureblood hybrid pride, "I may be shy and awkward, but I know for sure that I am not afraid." He turned to look into Asao' eyes, boldly and his eyes turned into Akiyama' signature color for a mere moment, then faded away again. Tomiko grabbed the shirt above his heart, trying to catch a breath. "Why is he so beautiful?" The boy thought to himself, then whispered under his breath: "I am just a monster."

"Yes," he hissed. "An ancient enemy. We will need to gather all the forces we can manage."

Ichiro was taken totally by surprise when Andrew pulled him into a kiss. After a moment, he responded with a soft moan and kissed him back. His head was still swimming and he still felt tingly when Andrew then confessed.
"You... You what?" he stammered, eyes wide.
It took a few more moments for him to process what had been said. Finally, he blushed even darker than before and leaned forward to kiss Andrew firmly again. He would have trouble saying it out loud, so he poured all his love and admiration into the kiss, and the soft touches as he ran his fingers through the man's white hair.

"This seems mean," he whispered in concern, brushing his hand over Takeo's chest.
Asao leaned on the bar, still smirking at Tomiko.
"Is that so?" he murmured. "I don't see you as a monster, at all. If you're a monster, then I'm the devil himself."

"She will not like it, Raiden," he spoke again in their connection, but the smile coming from his husband made him whimper cutely after his words, "you can't do this to me all the time. You know it makes me want you here and now, but we can't."

"I sent a message to Fujin," Kochou turned and her eyes were completely black, "Yoshi, that old cat, is heading back as well. I feel like this is a practice run for The Council, but I know it is much worse."
Luscious closed his eyes again, and before he fell into a trance, he said: "I will start breaking through the wolves. It will take time, but it would be best if we teleported to Chiyo's at one point."
"Yes, because going to the Chapel or to the HQ, it would be too much of a risk," she spoke, as the darkness around her started to gather. "Takeshi, do you think there are only hencmen around here, or is their Master in New Tokyo as well?"
"You are the very first soul I have ever said those words to," Rem said, his younger-looking face smiling. He couldn't believe he had that courage to actually go in for the kiss, not to mention confess right in the middle of the chaos. "And you know my real name. It has echoed in your mind, I bet. We have a connection," he murmured, and with those words, the name Rem echoed in the air, but only Ichiro, Takeshi, Luscious and Kochou were able to hear it.
Next kiss made him breathless, as he finally understood all the emotions being shared from the boy much younger than him. The feelings were mutual, but Rem knew he had to be patient with this situation, just like he has been until now. "You know that you just gave me a gift, right?" The feelings that Ichiro poured into him gave him more strength than he ever could ask for, and he now was completely ready for the next battle.

"Tonight, maybe when things settle, I will make you mine," he purred, brushing his hand over Chiyo's waist, pulling him close.
Kasumi smiled and complied, shifting forward and pressing his lips to Takeo's in a firm kiss. He rested his hand against the man's cheek, moaning softly. He would do anything for Takeo, like the perfect obedient pet.
Asao noticed that the boy was in pain, and tilted his head slightly. The sexual tension in the room was growing between the other two couples, which signaled to Asao that he should start feeding. He did so, feeding on the energies coming from the other five people in the room.

"Much worse," Takeshi growled, his hands clenching into fists as he glanced down at his daughter, injured by these monsters.
The dhampir was lost in this thoughts for a few moments until he was asked a question.
"He wouldn't be here. He would try to lure us outside the city. Outside our safe zones," he explained.

With those words, Chou shook her head and replied: "I am sure he has gathered a lot of strength, but he is still missing part of his soul. Would it be a idea to pull him out of everlasting medidation, I don't know, but I will leave it up to you." Luci just nodded and focused fully on Lucelle and Hikari.

By the energies coming from the other room, he could sense that the situation was dire and they were facing a bigger problem at that night than The Council and their mutated monsters. He squeezes it gently and sighs, "There is so much work we have to do. I guess our practice sessions are done in live action. Good chance for you to unleash your darker side and take control of it. As Kochou-sama likes to say: "You overcome your limits by reaching higher than your expectations reach.""

From the distance, he saw Gonzo making the kissing motions. So he wanted the boy to kiss Harue in front of everyone, he had always managed to avoid it, but this time it was so tempting. Only because it was Harue. Only because he loved that man beside him. Only because he wanted to flee.
Suddenly, he stood up and asked for a microphone instead of smooching the man beside him. Not letting go of the hand, he held firmly and spoke into the mic: "Beloved guests and co-workers, I will let you know that your darling TayTay is retireing. Master Gonzo had believed all these years that I am a virgin, as a matter of fact I am not. I lied so I would be safe and perhaps dance and sing myself free, but that never came."
"What are you talking about, boy?" Gonzo raged and hurried over to the table, trying to grab Taewoo away from Harue, but failed due to Taewoo pulling out a black, velvet card with golden butterfly on it. "H...h...how? How did you? H....ow?" Taewoo smirked and spoke into the microphone once more: "I know a girl called Hikari Kimura. She has been taking care of me behind the scenes. Mending my wounds after immense beating you and your thugs have given me. She told me to wait for this man beside me and then leave. She gave me this envelope."
Gonzo was breathless, and he knew he couldn't do anything against the law of the VPV. That item on the table protected Taewoo and as he spoke the name of Kimura, he could see of how some had disgust on their faces, while some were relieved looking around and waiting for the VPV henchmen to arrive.

He noticed Asao concentrating on other people, so he carefully plopped off of his barstool and just walked towards the door, unlocked it and quietly slid outside, away from everything. He was on a mission, and he was going to do that right there and then.
Chiyo turned to look at Raiden and smirked, wrapping his long, elegant fingers around Raiden' chin and licked his lips, falling into the kiss next. "I know. I can't wait," he purred against his husband's lips and enjoyed this feeling a lot, not even noticing that Tomiko had left.
Tomiko felt the darkness, and he was suddenly completely out of his mind. He saw some shadowed figures in the distance on the street and started walking towards them, the heart beating faster and faster. He felt like it was going to burst any moment now and he wanted to get rid of this feeling. He wanted to feel at ease, like someone at ease, love someone at ease... so much that only thing in his mind was echoing over and over again: "Kill myself. Kill myself. Kill myself."

Raiden glanced around briefly, and upon noticing Asao and Tomiko were gona, and that Take and Kasumi were in their own little world, he hummed.
"We could go right now," he whispered with a smirk. "Up into one of the private rooms on the second floor, where I can worship every inch of your body until you're begging for me."
With no one standing close enough to hear, Raiden always got bolder with his speech. It was amazing to think of how timid they both were when they first met, especially Chiyo. If Raiden had said something like this back then, the boy would have bolted.
A soft gasp slipped past Kasumi's lips when Takeo nibbled at them. Blinking a few times, he averted his gaze shyly as a dark blush crept over his cheeks.
"Stop teasing me," he whispered softly, though it was impossible to hide his smile.

Takeshi nodded in solemn agreement. Their kids were often reckless with their powers, which led to him worrying constantly about their well-being. This included Ichiro, though he tended to be much more obedient than their other children.
"Whoever joins us, whoever decides to help us, they need to know that they're joining a war," he said quietly. "This won't come to an end any time soon. I imagine the casualties are going to be high."
Takeshi's gaze flickered over to his wife. His eyes were a mix of lavender and red, giving away his worry and anger.
"Rest assured, my love. Though the battle may be bloody, we will win this damn war."
Ichiro kept a tight hold of Andrew's hand, closing his eyes and focusing on the way it felt to be so close to the other man. It felt right, and for the first time in years, Ichiro felt at peace.
When Andrew then suggested he start putting what he had been practicing to actual use, the half-blood opened his eyes again, sitting up just enough to stare at his teacher in slight horror.
"I'm not ready!" he exclaimed, shaking his head. "I-I can't control it!"
"Whoever joins us, whoever decides to help us, they need to know that they're joining a war," he said quietly. "This won't come to an end any time soon. I imagine the casualties are going to be high."

Ichiro kept a tight hold of Andrew's hand, closing his eyes and focusing on the way it felt to be so close to the other man. It felt right, and for the first time in years, Ichiro felt at peace.
When Andrew then suggested he start putting what he had been practicing to actual use, the half-blood opened his eyes again, sitting up just enough to stare at his teacher in slight horror.
"I'm not ready!" he exclaimed, shaking his head. "I-I can't control it!"

Collectibles

Mobs
Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!
Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
