WESCOTT JAMIESON

Nickname
Wes

Age
22

Jobs
Wes left college at 17, and in the past five years, nearly 6, he has been doing further training and becoming a lecturer of a college, being quite a popular lecturer, but what Wes yearned for was Echo, as there was a boy similar in appearance that reminded him of Echo, and how he wished to be in his arms again like how the boy had his arms round another, so with the semester over, he decided to return home.

Personality
Wes has an enchanting personality, having the charm, the looks, the kindness, that draws people towards him. He’s always been someone that is approachable, who is nice to others. Though he couldn’t really be considered the strongest, his own strength laid in his feelings, as odd as it sounds. To elaborate on this point, how he feels powers up his strength, so his desire to help another gives him the strength needed to have the strength required. He cares deeply for those he gets close to, and would stand by them, fight for them, even die for them. Sounds extreme, but he finds losses hard. What he tends to do, is bottle up his negative feelings and unleashing them when required, but sometimes when the bottles goes over its maximum capacity, then his attitude changes and how he feels is different, which is what occurred when he and Echo broke up, though now, he deeply regrets it, and wants to piece everything together. However, there is a unknown factor which is his personality now, which is his cunning and deviously, with his enchanting personality enhanced, now that he is a vampire, which makes his beauty even more alluring, though his human side still fights back.

Background
Wes was born to two parents in a small town. His life was as normal as any could get. That was, if his parents were like any others. His childhood was like no other, or maybe it was, but to him, it felt like he was alone in the world. He didn’t receive all love and care while the two of them argued and were at each other’s throats, before one day, which Wes remembers well, when he found his dad with another bloke. Once he saw Wes, he was told not to speak of it to anyone, but at that moment, his mother came and sent him packing. From then on, all Wes had was his mother, with no real male model to look up to. All his father had shown him, was that men had to be tough, had to shout, had to be argumentative, had to be control, and that it was okay to kiss those of the same sex and cheat on those you were married too. A lot of what his father demonstrated, was not the same in other families when they had to write a report about their family, so Wes decided to make up a fantasy father, one who everyone dreamed of, a footballer. It was a perfect fantasy, since Wes was into football, and footballers rarely have much time to be around, especially with practices and going cross-country. He embarrassingly asked a girl for some fashion tips, saying it was for a friend and she was too shy to ask, so she told her, and with that, he made sure to make his mother look nice when it came to parent’s evening.

Thanks to Wes’ work, it all went well, but then his mother begun to break down, so Wes asked around to see if he could get her help without splitting them up even further. She was all he had, and even volunteered to work for free at some places, or anything to get there. One man listened to his plea, but he was a dirty man, asking for a picture or description and then asked that he would do it, if his mother would sell him her body to keep him warm. He wasn’t able to finish his sentence with the hit Wes gave him. Eventually, his mother did get help from a nurse. However, they started getting too acquainted with each other which crazed Wes. He had saw his father and a bloke kiss and saw as wrong from what everyone else, and now his mother and the nurse. It was all too much, before the nurse explained that it was alright, that it was acceptable, just not common and not okay by everyone, before demonstrating with some cases she dealt with. The nurse was quite devious however, so when Wes came home late, and slept on the sofa, she had her son who was to sorta-chaperone him, so Wes had quite a startle when he woke up. The boy pleaded that it weren’t his fault, that his mother told him too, and then you can probably guess what happened later on. Mother and the nurse ended up getting together officially, and the boy ended up being Wes’ brother.

Wes still found it odd, since the majority were girl-boy relationships, so not only had he had his fantasy father, but he had a whole different family in his fantasy world all together, and that’s what got him into reading, and to avoid getting too involved with all the weird stuff going on, he also got into sport, and got pretty good at it, aswell as doing some karate, which is also considered a sport. Despite that night, his brother supported him in his frame of mind, and became quite a comfort. No matter how hard he tried, how he explained, Wes was having none of it....until he started college, and his school buddy, Echo, then told him how he felt. Inside, he was telling himself it weren’t happening, despite all that he had heard and saw, before he experienced himself as Echo embraced him. It felt no different. He still got that fuzzy warm feeling inside. It felt strange...yet also felt so right. From then on, he had opened up, and not only cared for his mother and his second mother and brother, but also Echo, and the relationship between the two went well. Many raised their eyebrows, but not many actually walked straight up to them to tell them to stop, so from then on, Wes had no fear, and proudly stood by Echo throughout his college life until graduation.

However, just as things were looking up, everything began to tumble down, and all of Wes’ bottled up frustrations were on Echo, and immediately left town and begun training. Got away from his family, his friends, everything. He just wanted to be alone. A fresh start. A new beginning. It is safe to say, that he did achieve all this, but then dĂ©jĂ  vu struck when he saw others how he and Echo was, how his two mothers were, even away from the little town, which he thought must of under-represented the whole population, but it seemed he didn’t. Then, he comes across a lad who reminded him of Echo in his class, and he could barely hold out much longer. It was like he was directly infront of him, continually urging himself to rush forward and hold him, but it weren’t him. As soon as semester was over, he left for the holidays to return home, walking out at night on the hilltop where he could see the college and look at the moon above, before he felt someone at his neck and begun to feel faint. When he woke up, he was in pain, as he looked up and saw a male, but it wasn’t Echo, but someone else. He jumped up immediately only to fall back down, before the man asked, if there was anyone he loved, what he would do for them, would he die for them. Wes responded to each in turn, even if it amount to tears, before the man, who revealed himself as a vampire, told him what he had done, how he can now live forever, but he also had to be careful. It was alot to take in, but then again, it wasn’t the first time he had been confronted with something that seemed out of this world.

So now, his mission was to see Echo again. Find someone who he could rely on, someone to help him, someone to love him again. The only person that could be, was Echo, and he wanted him. He wanted him badly, but he was scared, where he generally wasn’t really. He was scared of doing something he regret, something that was beyond his control, he wanted to shun the vampire side out, but it continued to remain inside. The vampire had tried to be humorous and say how tasty and delicious he was, and that Echo must be a lucky man, but it still didn’t help how he felt. Could he ever move away from this? Would Echo still love him?

Hobbies
Wes enjoys drawing, sports (though tends not to do since turning into a vampire), and reading.

Interests
Wes once had a great interest in a variety of sports, but unless they were inside or at dark, then he wouldn’t play, so now he’d complain to his back killing or a really bad tummy-ache. His greatest interest, as crazy as it sounded, was Echo. The only one he truly desired, but there was one thing in his way, something that teething it’s way to his core, which was a great appetite for blood from the vampire side of him. It’s in his interest to make things work as if nothing happen, but at the moment, he’s trying to decipher what his interests can be now with his life turned upside down.

Powers
Vampires have the ability to heal, have heightened sense, have quicker speed and reflexes. As far as his powers go, he is able to now enter people’s minds to create an illusion, and also fly. He refuses to change into a bat even if it is a ability he has, but would rather stay as human as he can be. Using such an ability would be proof that he was human no more, and would only use his powers when needed.

Appearance
Image
Wes is a tall, handsome, slender young man with a muscular body, wrapped around by a red tunic. Even before becoming a vampire, red has been a colour he likes as it is vibrant and accompanied with gold, it paints quite a picture. He has two alluring green eyes which turn red when his bloodlust activates, which are upon his soft bright skin, which is then cuddled around his head, by his brown soft hair, which is much like a teddy-bear. Speaking of teddy-bears, he's always soft and cuddly due to his nature, though now, it seemed his whole belief system has gone out of whack, but least his looks have remained the same.

”HERE FOR YOU”
So you think you've got it all figured out
Well you know you can't make it alone
Everybody needs somebody to help them out
And you know I could be that someone

And if you ever get lost on life's highway
Don't know where to go
There's just one thing that I want you to know

Chorus:
I am here for you, always here for you
When you need a shoulder to cry on
Someone to rely on, I am here for you

So you think that love is long overdue
Tired of looking for someone to care
Let me tell you now the choice is up to you
But you know I will always be there

I am here for you, always here for you
When you're needin' someone to hold you
Remember I told you
I am here for you
I am here for you

So now you've got it all figured out
And you know you've found someone that cares
And if you ever need somebody to help you out
Well you know I will always be there

And if you ever get lost on life's highway
Don't know where to go
There's just one thing that I want you to know

Chorus

I am here for you, always here for you
When you're needin' someone to hold you
Remember I told you
I am here for you, I am here for you

It had been five long years.
In such years, they walked alone, carried their burdens alone, suffered alone.
In such time, there had been no one else to lean on, no one else to replace the other. There was only, each other.

Since they broke up, with reasons that are not so clear after the five long years, Wes desired to see Echo more and more. When he left Morning Side Valley, Wes left up north to the city, using his qualifications to get into furthur education to gain a degree in teaching. With the degree achieved, all his hard work paid off, and was now an established lecturer who could essentially teach anyone, providing the money was good of course.

At first, the job seemed easy, as he applied what he learnt to the lesson, prepared the lessons, got to know the students, mark work, read reports, lay back and relax. However, when one of his students continually reminded him of his long lost love, Wes began to slowly deteriotate. Thankfully, it was the end of the semester, so when he finished, he packed his things away, packed his car, and took a stroll. However, that stroll would be one he would never forget. A stroll that would affect the rest of his life, perhaps even his relationship with Echo, and without Echo, he didn't know what to do anymore.

Coming home he felt different, and when he got home, he realised it was different, since when he knocked on the door, no one was in. Thankfully, by asking around, he found out where Echo was, and went into the cafe they told him about. Entering in, he simply took a seat and grabbed a menu, as he then glanced over the menu to see what he could order, waiting to be served....

"Hai there~ Welcome to the cafe....Um...which number table are you sitting at?", was the voice he heard from behind him. Growing up, Wes always preferred the seat that faces towards the doors, so when he was talking to the one opposite, they can be distracted by his good looks, rather than those who come in. The same applied here, as he took a seat, facing towards the door as usual and facing away from the counter in which the question came from. His life had changed dramatically, and as a result, he urged himself to live as normal as he can. If he hadn't walked out that night, everything would of been normal, but he couldn't change anything. If he could change anything, he'd turn back the clock, and make sure that he had Echo with every step he took. The step he had taken now was so large that he felt the ground crumble beneath in, metaphorically speaking, awaiting it to give way and for him to fall.

"Table 2", Wes responded to the query posed to him, as he rested in his chair. As he did so, memories begun to rise to the surface, now that he was back home, back in Morning Side Valley, close to being united to Echo's side, hoping he was near. Back in the city, he only had vague memories which yelled at him when there was that student that reminded him of Echo. Now he was back home, he hoped to be with Echo again. He still loved him, and wanted ever so much to be by his side again, to never let him go again.

Afterall, he had known Echo for a great portion of his life, starting from High School, before their feelings grew and dated and stood by each others' side in their college lives. When he needed support, just being round Echo made everything better, and when Echo needed support, his arms would be open to hold him again. Since leaving, he had no one that had shown any love to him. Due to his looks, he had a glance here and there, but there was only one person who could fill his emptyness, one person who could fill his void.

However, this void was pretty large, and he felt himself being pulled into it. How long could he keep this charade up? No. He couldn't achieve anything if he didn't have belief in himself, which was what he kept telling himself. The whole affair drove him mad inside. He could hardly sleep at night since his vampire side had woken up causing him to be weak as if he had no sleep at all. Why couldn't things return to how they were before.....
