Dietrich
Infirmary Office

Dietrich smiled down at Tabby, gently patting her on the head. "Noir is fine, don't you worry." he said with a calming smile.

"Attention all dumb ass scientists. Your new over lord has arrived and is waiting in her new office." an angry voice came over the PA. Dietrich just looked totally confused, he had no idea who the hell was in wherever they were, there was a PA system in a few offices...he just shrugged, thinking it would just be some experiment playing a joke, like they normally would do. "This is Miku your new lord and master! I'm getting rather bored sitting here!" There was a smashing sound. "Oops! I hope there was nothing important in the jar!" She laughed for a minute. "Now I am in my new office the for Chief of science's former office. So get your worthless asses down here before I shut this flea infested rat hole down! COME ON PEOPLE! DOUBLE TIME! MOVE IT MOVE IT!!" the voice came again which made Dietrich sigh heavily.

"Coming" he replied, not that she would hear him. He walked out of the room and down towards the office, sighing slightly. Who's Miku anyway? he wondered.

Alien/Noir
Lab 9/Wish

"Now, for posterity, I need to get some Information to supplement your file in our records. Simple things, really, like your name and/or Designation, Age, Not sure if you keep track of that or not. Here, we just go by the number of times our homeworld has orbited the sun since birth. Stuff like that. Oh, and be sure to alert me of any memory loss. You were in cryogenic stasis for a while to prevent decomposition, but there may still be some damage." The doctor spoke to him, though the Alien gave no reply, was about to when he was interrupted again. "Well, best we take this to my office. This lab can't take much more damage. I'll have to send a security team to round up subject 12 and Dex. Come along then." he had now opened the door leading to Lab 8 and the Alien followed him out, it's eyes narrowing to the point of almost closing at the lighting of Lab 8. It was so different to Lab 9, because it was on top of the ground.

"Now I am in my new office the for Chief of science's former office. So get your worthless asses down here before I shut this flea infested rat hole down! COME ON PEOPLE! DOUBLE TIME! MOVE IT MOVE IT!!" there was a loud and seemingly angry voice echoing around the room, the Alien growled slightly at the sudden loud noise coming from where he didn't know, he was looking around angrily to find someone planting the voice in his head but only found Dr. Redfield. They were walking down the hall ways until Noir ran out in front of them, he was seemingly in a hurry but stopped when he came to in front of Dr. Redfield, staring at the 'thing' behind him, the Alien.

"What is that...?" he asked, not taking his eyes off from the strange creature. "Is that...an Alien? They exist?" he took a few steps back, a little bit scared by the thing, even though it was shorter than him. The Alien walked past Dr. Redfield and stared up at Noir, there was something about Noir which made the Alien feel like it was family or a friend. He suddenly transformed into Noir, imitating everything from the height to the appearance. It was one of the abilities the Alien had, and it would prove to be useful in hiding it's true form around Wish, though it could only do it with people/things it had already met. "Huh?" Noir took another step back, looking at his 'twin'. The Alien placed a hand on his head and suddenly Noir fell to the ground unconscious.

You're lucky human, I wiped it's memories. However you'll explain to me what that thing was. Why do I feel like I know it? The Alien imitating Noir said, still speaking through it's mind and taking a few steps towards the doctor, enjoying its new form, causing the daggered tail to swish behind him. Though he wouldn't admit he enjoyed it.

Alien (Ixexas)
Science Office

"Oh, that's just one of the subjects we run experiments on.. basically he gets a home, and we get to open him up, fill him with science stuff, and patch him back together, good as new. The horns and such aren't from us, just how he reacted to DNA from your species. Which is strange, because he looks nothing like you. Oh well." Dr Redfield told the Alien, now writing something down on a notepad. The Alien was furious at the fact his species DNA was being used by humans, like that were some lab rat or item to be used again and again. The anger was shown clearly as his eyes narrowed and the tail whipped the air violently. "Now, if you'll excuse me, there appears to be a brat in my office smashing my jar of radio-active jellybeans. Keep up, we were heading there anyway." The doctor was now wielding a rubber mallet and briskly headed to the office, the Alien merely following, glaring towards at Dr. Redfield's back.

Another super-human sat in his chair, with blue hair and a smug little smile. Again he felt the same feeling he got from Noir, the familiar but all-enraging feeling. The Alien glared towards her, standing behind Dr. Redfield as they both bickered between them. Something about the super-humans breaking free and killing security, the Alien laughed to himself at the fact the humans had been foolish to create things which they couldn't control. The humans definitely were a foolish species, but amusing in a sense.

Eventually the other super-human gave up and walked to the door, but now before releasing a high pitched scream which shattered the remaining jars in the room, their contents spilling anywhere it could. The Alien clearly heard the scream, though it had no affect on him, it didn't bother him, but he knew that humans couldn't hear it. He watched her go, an angry look on his face, the fact that his DNA was used to make her, giving her that power. He turned back to Redfield and continued to glare at him, the tail now wrapping itself around him and the daggered point steadily pointing to a main artery in his neck. If stricken it would cause an instant death.

"You've got explaining to do human," The Alien spoke in his mind, never actually opening his mouth but closing the gap between them both. "How dare you our DNA for your pathetic little species. You'll pay human." his eyes narrowed, well one of them, the other was covered with the black eye patch. The tail pulled tighter, making it very hard for any human to breath, even possibly shattering a few bones in the process. The Alien was angry, that was obvious, he didn't care that Dr. Redfield had revived him. He was just engraged that he and his friends had been used.

Dietrich
Wish Facility

“Excuse me!” a voice called out, making Dietrich turn to see a young lady dressed in the usual white jacket. “Um, I’m Ashleigh Vanderbilt. I’m supposed to be starting here.” Dietrich stopped, walking back towards her with a friendly smile. He had heard that someone new would be starting any day now, though poor girl had come at a wrong time, it was hell around here right now. But it couldn't compare to the hell Fate was experiencing, Dr Redfield would be the only one who knew of this incident they had and even he wasn't clear on what Mikhail was complaining about. Other members of Wish had no idea about the Alien either, including Dietrich. When Dietrich came close enough to her he held out hand and shook the new recruit's.

"Dietrich Kamui," he replied, dropping his hand back to his side but the smile remained imprinted on his features. One had to be optimistic at such a difficult time and he couldn't scare away Ashleigh. "Welcome to Wish, I was just heading over to the science office, i'm guessing you heard the intercom." he laughed nervously, it wasn't normal that Dr. Redfield would let someone take over his office, so it was worrying how someone manged to get inside. Unless...something had happened to him whilst the break-out occurred. Then again, he was seen taking blood from Noir not long ago...

Dietrich continued walking down the halls until he came to a unconscious Noir, just lying in the middle of the hallway, not too far from Lab 3. "Noir!" Dietrich immediately ran to his side to check if he was injured, or worse. Dead. He sighed in relief that the super-human was just unconscious, he took him in his arms and carried him to the nearest lab, lying him on a bed and checking for injures. He was fine. No cuts or scrapes, bruises or bumps. Though it was confusing why he passed out in the middle of the hallway. "He's probably exhausted," Dietrich told himself with a smile of relief.

Alien (Ixexas)
Science Office

It amazed the Alien that the human was still able to speak and despite his situation, he looked angrily to the Alien. "Look, this project is over fifty years old. If you want the guy who's idea it was to stick a needle in your petrified arm and get some blood samples to give people super powers, you kinda missed him by about 30 years." he motioned with his head toward a portrait covered with sticky notes. The Alien didn't bother looking at it for more than a second before tightening its bind on the human. "You still follow orders and carry it on! Which makes you just as bad!"

"So, you can get mad at me for something that was way before my time here, or you can acknowledge that what's done is done, and focus on the positives. For instance, we still have your ship is storage. Disassembled and reversed engineered here or there, but intact none the less. Also, given time, I could replicate the serum that brought you back to life and revive the rest of your crew. Meaning; with a little help from me, you could go home; but only with my help. so you really might want to think twice about killing me." The Alien looked at him for a minute, still holding him up tightly with the tail, he quickly let go and allowed Dr. Redfield to drop he stood there just glaring at him, the fact that the human made sense and he needed him was even more enraging.

"Take me to my ship," he told Dr. Redfield, still watching him for any signs of movement which could be bad for the Alien, such as him injecting the thing or even hitting it. Though the Alien was a lot more powerful than any human, having almost every power imaginable. "But first, revive the others as you did so to me." It was obvious the Alien was annoyed and just wanted to get back to its own planet, possibly even prepare for a full assault on Earth in revenge for what they had done.

Dietrich
Lab 5

Dietrich hadn't noticed that the new recruit- Ashleigh had followed him, he wouldn't have noticed her further unless she spoke up like she did so. “You should check his brain activity to be sure,” Dietrich turned to look at her standing against the wall, she almost seemed afraid of the creature on the examination table. In a way it was understandable, Noir was known for causing a few deaths here and there, especially when he was annoyed. He nodded once before turning back to Noir and hooking him up to a machine.

Various noises were heard and a few buttons pressed on a keypad bringing up a report of the current brain activity. There was something odd about the file, brain activity was fine, working as normal, though something was off, there was apparently part of Noir's memory missing. He stared at the computer baffled by how this had happened, there wasn't any experiment who could do this, as far as they knew...

“I’m not sure who I’m supposed to give this to," she confessed aloud, setting down a few papers on a side table before finding a box of latex gloves close to the table. Covering her hands she approached the unconscious creature on the table. “Is it even human?” she asked. It was a good question, one which many people would ask, Noir being their most unusual looking Subject with stripped horns, a daggered tail and not to mention the skin was just grey in colour. Dietrich saved the report of his brain activity to the database before standing up and picking up the files Leigh had left.

"Not really, no." Dietrich said in reply to her question, his eyes skimming over the report, her registry form where lots of information was filled in, along with various boxes ticked. One which really stood out was that she was offering to take part in the experiments, Dietrich wondered if she knew what that meant. Surely she would have read the letter given to her about what they do here...but even so...was she stupid? No one who ever worked here had ever wanted to go through what the other Subjects did.

“Sounds like something out of a movie, removing someone’s memory. Hopefully Noir’s mind is strong enough that he won’t be too hurt by it,” Dietrich nodded slightly at Ashleigh’s statement, he knew that she would probably find it rather hard to accept the situation. But all of the scientists who worked at Wish found it hard to begin with, but then you got used to it, even to the point of making friends with the experiments. Just as Dietrich had a relationship with Noir. Sure they were creatures but inside they were human and had the right to be treated the same as any other human would. Even when Noir killed a few of Dietrich’s co-workers. “I think I’ll find my workspace, try to get settled in and acquainted here,” she smiled weakly and Dietrich looked towards Noir then back to her with a nod. “Sure, I’ll take you to it if you want. But I have something I need to take care of first. You can come with me if you like,” he picked Noir up and carried him in his arms, back down the hallway to Lab 3. A few buttons were pressed and the door opened, Noir was then placed in a room concealed behind a glass wall. It was the only room in which he couldn’t escape from. His own room, at least the dead scientist had been cleaned out now.

The door was locked to the room and Noir was left unconscious in the middle of it. Dietrich sighed deeply before leaving Lab 3 and continuing down the hallway towards the Science Office. It was locked from the inside, but luckily Dietrich had a key card. Swiping it the door opened and Dietrich stood in shock and fear from the scene before him. Dr Redfield was behind his desk and sitting on a chair was…an experiment? No…none of them looked like that. It was an Alien. Ixexas turned in the chair, his large eyes narrowing at the sight of the new scientist. Another lowly human in charge of the experiments going on around here. Out of pure rage the Alien seemed to teleport until it was in front of Dietrich, staring up at the slightly taller human. Dietrich gulped. “R-R-Redfield!”

[Dr.] Ashleigh Vanderbilt - Wish

This boy on the table, she reminded herself, was barely older than herself. It was a hard fact to face. Simple intelligence and status had led her to the position of holding a white coat instead of being in his shoes, physically mutated from whatever had been done to him. The fact that it seemed like a random outcome irked her. Her mind was decoding possible genetic strands in the compounds. Of course it was only her imagination running wild for the moment. When Dietrich spoke Leigh’s head snapped up and her eyes met his again, her hand reaching out for her backpack absentmindedly.

“Sure, I’ll take you to it if you want. But I have something I need to take care of first. You can come with me if you like,” he told her. She nodded in response and watched as the doctor effortlessly picked up Noir in his arms and proceeded to exit. Such handling of a patient seemed absurd. Why not wheel him in a chair to where they needed to go? The more she reflected on it the more she realized Dietrich’s demeanor appeared almost fatherly. She doubted the patient reciprocated such feelings.

They exited the room and backtracked down the hallway. They proceeded to a sealed room, one that Dietrich opened and set the boy down inside unconscious. There appeared to be little decoration. It appeared far more like a cell. Dietrich set Noir in the open floor and left him there without so much as a pause. Leigh swallowed, feeling the coldness of it all strike her. Everything was so white. It was more than a hospital though. There was absolutely no color.

Leigh stayed close to Dietrich. It took an extra step to keep up with his pace. The tall man seemed to know where he was going but not state where exactly. She was about to pipe up when he swiped a key card. With her hands midair Leigh held them at her chest level, one in a fist and another extended as if to tap him on the shoulder. The door swished open and Leigh swallowed, her eyes widened when suddenly she was exposed to someone else. Two figures actually.

An unknown scientist sat poised and confident behind a large monstrous desk. A curious looking creature however seemed to take hold of the situation first. It appeared to Leigh as another experiment. It was curious looking but immediately ferocious. It disappeared and within a blink was inches away from the man who stood in front of Leigh. She shrank behind him, closing her lips tightly and practically holding her breath.

“R-R-Redfield!” Dietrich stammered. His nose was practically touching the Alien’s face. If Leigh bumped him he would touch him. The proximity was killing her. It was so bizarre. Leigh felt as if she was dreaming or being pranked. The sincerity of her colleagues however begged to differ.

Redfield sighed as he set his notepad down and interlaced his fingers on the desk in front of him. "Hello, Dietrich. This is Ixexas. He's going to be staying with us until repairs are done and we can get his ship up and running, and his crew on their feet. Ixexas, for the record, people around here are big on the whole 'personal space' thing. so if you don't mind backing away a little? I'm sure Dietrich and his friend there would appreciate it. Catch more flies with honey, as they say."

After a moment, he glanced at the newcomer and tilted his head with interest. "And I don't believe we've met. You must be the new hire to replace Dr. Clark. Welcome aboard, I'm Dr. Redfield, Chief science officer, and that's Ixexas." He pauses to gesture at the angry alien "Don't mind him, he's just a little grumpy at being Dead for the last 50 years. Oh, and us using his species' DNA to try and develop weaponized humans with super powers. Anyway, how about every one just calms down. Who wants some cake? I just got the molecular replicator up and running."

Ixexas continued to stare at Dietrich, not even noticing the other scientist behind him. Dietrich just stared back, leaning away from the Alien in front of him. Catch more flies with honey, as they say." Dr. Redfield said, causing Ixexas to shrink back slightly, he continued to stare at Dietrich before teleporting back to Dr.Redfield and sitting on the chair. A small sigh of relief escaped Dietrich’s lips, he then looked behind to Leigh who seemed a little scared at the whole situation. Then again, Dietrich was as well. He just tried not to show it.

"And I don't believe we've met. You must be the new hire to replace Dr. Clark. Welcome aboard, I'm Dr. Redfield, Chief science officer, and that's Ixexas." He pauses to gesture at the angry alien sitting on one of the chairs and still staring with narrowed eyes at the two scientists in the doorway. "Don't mind him, he's just a little grumpy at being Dead for the last 50 years. Oh, and us using his species' DNA to try and develop weaponized humans with super powers. Anyway, how about every one just calms down. Who wants some cake? I just got the molecular replicator up and running." Dietrich took a small step forward, feeling a mixture of emotions, both scared and relieved. But he wanted to act strong in front of Leigh, to prove that the situation was under control. At least Redfield seemed to have it under control. Though how did the Alien get revived? That obviously had something to do with Redfield

Dietrich took a deep breath, claming his nerves further before speaking out. “That’s the thing which was dead in Lab 9, what’s it doing up here and alive?!” the more Dietrich spoke, the more nervous he became. Ixexas became slightly angrier, transforming to Noir and using his tail to stab Dietrich. He stood up and appeared once again in front of Dietrich, who was now doubled over in pain, blood dripping from between the fingers in his hand which was pressed against the wound. “Thing?! Inferior human, you don’t understand the situation you are in.” Ixexas growled, the tail swishing furiously behind him, the daggered edge covered in blood which dripped with every movement. His voice would echo in the minds of everyone in the room. Then he noticed Leigh, now clearly watching her, but not attacking. He could sense that she was scared but also slightly clueless. “Human,” Ixexas started, his voice seemingly much calmer. He took a small step towards her, the flicking of his tail seemed to calm down too. “You’re innocent, you should stay that way.” he looked away from her, in a way he seemed like a friendly Alien. Not wanting to harm innocent people.
