& still pondering which boy to take on :) xx

Would you be willing to leave that role OPEN in case someone else did want to come along and take the role? Or is it mandatory to double up? No problem doubling up if needed, just curious. Don't want to jump for it in case there WAS someone else who really wanted the role.
I know how the lack of people wanting to take on male roles can be sometimes. Pain in the arse.
