It's been two years since the death of Emeperor Lelouch and once again Britannia has taken control of Japan which is now Area 11 once again only now a new hope has surfaced and a new rebellion is formed. {Remake}

why is Area 11 the only location? It would be so much easier to understand where each character is with legitimate locations for each pots.

Because Area 11 is the main place and since many scenes may take place possibly in different parts moving to other parts it's easier to keep Area 11 as he loaction.
