The mirror world. A world that is hidden to us, and at the same time, shown to us. Unknown to us humans, two more spirits live in us. Be it a legendary hero from before, or a simple peasant. The other is..... well, you could call it the dark side of yourself.

The first one is referred to as a Dreamer. It can be anything- even a soul of an animal can be a Dreamer. Even gods and goddesses. Dreamers are attached to you- They cannot disobey something you order them to do, lest they get punished.

The second one is the Anima. Every dark thing about you, it has. It IS you, only altered. Every dark thought you think makes it stronger, more fiercer. Harnessing an Anima is very dangerous, as the Anima could become you, possess you to release its evil, its darkness.

The Anima and the Dreamers are all at war. Both sides need more power. The power they need is...... You. Their bearer. But you can only choose one side. Remember that if you choose one, you will let go of the other. Now, to give you a choice, I will tell you their advantages and their disadvantages. Listen carefully.

Now Dreamers are good and all, as they can be gods, heroes, and anything. The element they choose will automatically become a Purified Element, which can be used to fight against a Tainted Element, as long as you know the basic trio of elements: Fire, Water, Grass. The disadvantage to a Dreamer is that they can only be seen in your mirrors.

The Anima are the beings of darkness. The advantage to using Anima is that they can Taint their enemies, but this takes a lot of training. Their Tainted Elements, can also destroy a Purified Element, and vice versa. The disadvantage to Anima? They sometimes don't follow orders, and if you let them free for even a little while, they will be causing chaos. Some Anima can break out into the real world, but humans can't see them.

Once your character had been accepted, you can start roleplaying.

UPDATE:
There is a new update in the universe here. Apparently, there are humans that have not chosen a side, but have the ability to come into the Mirror World. They have both Anima and Dreamer. They are called Moderators. They are the "neutral" of the war. Moderators are limited, however. Only a few can be Moderators. Yeah, so, I don't really want everyone to be Moderators. Plus, it'll be a challenge to have one evil, and one good.

Anima can now be legendary people, or a simple peasant, but the Anima should be evil. They are now not limited to only the dark side of its Bearer.

And, you can now have two characters! I'm planning to create another, this time, an Anima.
Also, the Anima can now also change sides sometime in the story, either if you convince them, or they go there themselves. Same goes for Dreamers. They can become Anima.
